Bezpośrednim celem pracy jest przede wszystkim zidentyfikowanie repertuaru językowego, w ramach którego przebiegała wypowiedź przekazu reklamowego, jak i wyodrębnienie funkcji pragmatyczno-dyskursywnych, które w sposób prawdopodobny poprzedzałyby wybór odmian języka obecnych w tych komunikatach. Aby dokonać selekcji i analizy badanego zbioru, skoncentrowano uwagę na przełączaniu kodów (code-switching, code-mixing, tagswitching), traktując te zjawiska jako moment kulminacyjny nacechowania językowego i funkcjonalnego w tekstach pochodzących z Carosello.
The aim of the present work has been the sociolinguistic analysis of media language in the one of a kind advertising programme Carosello, broadcast over the course of twenty years, from 1957 to 1977, in the era of the so-called Italian paleotelevision, the time when the media gave the viewers exposure to the standard Italian and enabled its acquisition. The main aim of this research has been to identify the linguistic repertoire of the language in the advertising messages and pragmatic-discursive functions, which probably determined the choice of language varieties present in them. The selection and analysis of the corpus was centred around the phenomena associated with the relation between language codes (codeswitching, code-mixing, tag-switching), treating them as the culminating point of linguistic and functional characteristics of the texts from Carosello in the examined corpus.
La presente ricerca ha per oggetto l’analisi sociolinguistica del parlato trasmesso televisivo del programma pubblicitario unico nel suo genere Carosello, andato in onda per vent’anni, dal 1957 al 1977, periodo incluso nella cosiddetta era paleotelevisiva italiana, nella quale – fra gli altri fattori – i media favorirono il pubblico nell’avvicinamento enell’apprendimento della lingua italiana. L’obiettivo è innanzitutto quello di individuare il repertorio linguistico entro il quale si muoveva il parlato trasmesso dei comunicati pubblicitari nonché la mappatura delle funzioni pragmatico-discorsive cheplausibilmente starebbero a monte alla scelta delle varietà in essi presenti. Per compiere la selezione el’analisi si è concentrata l’attenzione sui fenomeni di contatto fra i codici (code-switching, code-mixing, tagswitching), considerandoli il momento culminante della marcatezza linguistica e funzionale nei testi dei caroselli del corpus d’indagine
Accurate determination of helium atom and hydrogen molecule properties using explicitly correlated functions
No full textWydział ChemiiRozprawa doktorska poświęcona jest wyznaczaniu dokładnych przewidywań teoretycznych własności atomowego helu i molekuły wodoru w ramach teorii NRQED oraz z wykorzystaniem funkcji jawnie skorelowanych. Wymagało to rozwinięcia metod obliczeniowych, zbudowania oprogramowania dedykowanego poszczególnym zagadnieniom, a następnie wykonania złożonych obliczeń numerycznych. Obliczenia dotyczące molekuły wodoru zostały wykonane w podejściu w pełni nieadiabatycznym. Dla H2, HD oraz HT został wyznaczony wiodący rząd stałej ekranowania, który uwzględnia efekty skończonej masy jądra. Na podstawie otrzymanych wyników dla HD i HT oraz dostępnych pomiarów NMR zostały wyznaczone momenty magnetyczne deuteronu i trytonu. Jeśli przedstawiony w pracy wynik stałej ekranowania dla H2 zostanie uzupełniony o poprawkę relatywistyczną, możliwe będzie ustalenie bezwzględnej skali przesunięć chemicznych w spektroskopii NMR protonu. W przypadku helu-3 została wyznaczona stała ekranowania razem z~poprawką QED. Dokładność wyniku pozwala na ustanowienie nowego standardu dla absolutnej magnetometrii. W pracy zostały przedstawione wyniki dotyczące poziomów energii cząsteczki wodoru. Po uwzględnieniu poprawki QED do energii dysocjacji HD otrzymano wynik, który był rozbieżny z dostępnym wówczas eksperymentem o 3.2 σ. Po 4 latach ukazała się publikacja przedstawiająca wynik nowego pomiaru, który potwierdził nasze przewidywania. Przedstawione wyniki nieadiabatycznej poprawki relatywistycznej dla cząsteczek H2 oraz HD w stanach wzbudzonych rotacyjno-wibracyjnie J=1,2, v=0,1,2, mają potencjał zostać wykorzystane do wyznaczenia energii przejść, wychodząc naprzeciw najdokładniejszym obecnie eksperymentom.
The doctoral dissertation concerns accurate theoretical predictions of atomic helium and hydrogen molecule properties. The calculations were performed with the use of explicitly correlated functions and the NRQED theory, that required development of computational methods, and dedicated software for each task. The direct nonadiabatic approach was used in all calculations regarding the hydrogen molecule. The leading order of the shielding constant was determined for the H2, HD and HT molecules. The obtained HD and HT shielding constant values were used for determination of deuteron and triton magnetic moment. Moreover, supplementing the H2 shielding constant with a relativistic correction, may result in determination of the absolute scale of chemical shifts in the proton NMR spectroscopy. In case of the helium-3 shielding constant, the QED correction was determined. The accuracy of obtained value permits establishing a new standard for absolute magnetometry. Moreover, the results of the hydrogen molecule energy levels were presented. Applying the determined QED correction to the HD dissociation energy led to acquiring results that diverged over 3 σ from those obtained in experiment. Four years later, the result of a new experiment was published confirming our predictions. The presented results of the nonadiabatic relativistic correction for H2 and HD molecules in rovibrational excited states J = 1, 2, v = 0, 1, 2$have the potential to be used for determination of the transition energies and thus verifying experimental data.Badania przedstawione w niniejszej rozprawie były finansowane przez Narodowe Centrum Nauki w ramach projektów: Ultraprecyzyjne wyznaczanie stałej ekranowania dla helu-3, PRELUDIUM 18, 2019/35/N/ST4/04445; Nowe standardy precyzyjnych obliczen dla przejsc rotacyjno-wibracyjnych w czasteczce wodoru oraz lekkich jonach molekularnych, SONATA BIS 9, 2019/34/E/ST4/00451.

No full textThe election victories of the United Right in 2015 and 2019 are associated with limiting women’s rights. This applies mainly to reproduction, security in the home place, the labour market or politics. Changes in the situation of the Polish women under the rule of the conservative coalition are the subject of this article. Its aim is to present the process of implementing the right-wing vision of the role of women in society. The researchers asked the following questions: Do legal regulations sufficiently protect the safety of Polish women under the rule of United Right? What is the process of changes taking place in the labour market from the point of view of women? Is there a slight but systematic increase in the number of women in parliament and their promotion to other high political positions? In order to obtain answers to the above questions, an analysis of the texts of documents and magazines was used. The analysis showed a radical restriction of women’s rights.
Zwycięstwa wyborcze Zjednoczonej Prawicy w latach 2015 i 2019 wiążą się z ograniczaniem praw kobiet. Dotyczy to głównie sfery reprodukcji, ale dotyka także bezpieczeństwa w przestrzeni domowej, rynku pracy czy udziału w podejmowaniu decyzji. Zmiany w sytuacji Polek pod rządami konserwatywnej koalicji są przedmiotem analizy niniejszego artykułu. Jego celem jest zaprezentowanie procesu realizacji prawicowej wizji roli kobiet w społeczeństwie. Postawiono następujące pytania badacze: Czy pod rządami Zjednoczonej Prawicy regulacje prawne w dostateczny sposób chronią bezpieczeństwo Polek? Jak wygląda proces zmian zachodzących na rynku pracy z punktu widzenia sytuacji kobiet? Czy wraz z niewielkim, lecz systematycznym wzrostem liczby kobiet w parlamencie idzie ich awans na inne wysokie pozycje w polityce? W celu uzyskania odpowiedzi na powyższe pytania posłużono się analizą tekstów dokumentów i czasopism

No full textWydział SocjologiiGłównym tematem rozprawy są postawy młodzieży polskiej i rosyjskiej oraz ich przemiany będące skutkiem wymian młodzieżowych. Szczególne znaczenie zostało przypisane określeniu wpływu warunków kontaktu zawartych w hipotezie sformułowanej przez Gordona Allporta. Założenie polega na tym, że sposób organizacji wymian ma bezpośredni wpływ na ich uczestników, na chęć nawiązania kontaktów, a także prowadzi do rozwinięcia kompetencji międzykulturowych oraz współwyznacza stopień potencjalnej zmiany postaw w stosunku do przedstawicieli innych krajów. W celu uzyskania rzetelnych wyników w badaniach zastosowano kombinację metod ilościowych i jakościowych. Pytania badawcze zostały podzielone według trzech kryteriów: pierwsze dotyczyło źródeł wiedzy o innym państwie, stereotypów narodowych oraz dystansu społecznego pomiędzy uczestnikami; drugim kryterium analizy było pogranicze, procesy zachodzące na tym terenie i ich wpływ na lokalną społeczność; ostatnie kryterium analizy wiązało się z głównym zagadnieniem niniejszej rozprawy, a mianowicie z tym, jak zastosowanie warunków hipotezy kontaktu wpłynęło na uczestników wymiany oraz jakie dodatkowe elementy oddziaływały na skuteczność realizacji tego wydarzenia. Dzięki przeprowadzonym badaniom udało się udowodnić istotną rolę warunków zaproponowanych przez Gordona Allporta na przebieg wymiany. Ale też ujawniono dodatkowe czynniki mające wpływ na sukces wymiany, takie jak wprowadzenie zajęć integracyjnych, zaangażowanie nauczycieli czy wartość bliskości kulturowej. Wspólnie spędzony czas przyczynił się do zmniejszenia dystansu społecznego w wymiarze mikrostrukturalnym, najważniejszym dla socjalizacji młodzieży i kształtowania postaw. Można stwierdzić, że wymiana wpłynęła na zmianę postaw zarówno w stosunku do uczestników wymiany, jak i do całego społeczeństwa innego kraju. Obecnie zarówno wymiany młodzieżowe pomiędzy Polską a Rosją, jak i opisane wyniki badań mają już wymiar historyczny. Materiały badawcze zbierano i analizowano w innej niż obecna sytuacji politycznej między oboma krajami. Ale przeprowadzone badania nie tracą swojej wartości i nie ma wątpliwości, że wyniki pracy będą przydatne w dalszej perspektywie. Wymiany młodzieżowe i inne podobne przedsięwzięcia mają duże znaczenie dla obszarów pogranicznych. Kiedy nadejdzie czas odbudowywania więzi i poszukiwania wspólnych tematów, wówczas informacje uzyskane w trakcie badań będą pomocne w działaniach na rzecz odnowienia relacji między społecznościami obu państw.
The main subject of the dissertation is the attitudes of Polish and Russian youth and their transformations resulting from youth exchanges. Particualar importance has been given to determining the impact of the contact conditions contained in the hypothesis formulated by Gordon Allport. The assumption is that the way the exchanges are organized has a direct impact on their participants, on their willingness to establish contacts, and also leads to the development of intercultural competences and co-determines the degree of potential change in attitudes towards representatives of other countries. In order to obtain reliable results, the research used a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods. The research questions were divided according to three criteria: the first concerned the sources of knowledge about another country, national stereotypes and social distance between the participants; the second criterion of analysis was the borderland, the processes taking place in the area and their impact on the local community; the last criterion of analysis was related to the main issue of this dissertation, namely, how application of the conditions of the contact hypothesis affected the participants of the exchange and what additional elements influenced the effectiveness of the implementation of this event. Through the research conducted, it was possible to prove the important role of the conditions proposed by Gordon Allport on the course of the exchange. But additional factors affecting the success of the exchange were also revealed, such as the introduction of integration activities, the involvement of teachers and the value of cultural proximity. The time spent together contributed to the reduction of social distance in the microstructural dimension, the most important for the socialization of young people and the formation of attitudes. It can be said that the school exchanges have changed attitudes, both towards the exchange participants and towards the whole society in another country. At present, both the youth exchanges between Poland and Russia and the research results described are already historical. The research materials were collected and analyzed in a different political situation between the two countries than the current one. But the research conducted does not lose its value, and there is no doubt that the results of the work will be useful in the future. Youth exchanges and other similar ventures are of great importance for border areas. When the time comes to rebuild ties and seek for common themes, then the information obtained from the research will be helpful in efforts to renew relations between the communities of the two countries
Analiza preferencji wyborczych mieszkańców Pomorza Zachodniego w latach 2001–2020
Get PDFThe article concerns the voting preferences of West Pomerania inhabitants in comparison to the whole country regarding parliament elections, European Parliament elections, presidential elections, except for self-government elections. Taking into account different characteristics of the last type of elections, a separate article has been prepared to discuss them. Applying the comparison method, the election results have been analyzed in terms of political geography. The comparison of territorial diversity of political behaviors has shown how political preferences have evolved with respect to division into provinces, country districts and towns ruled by presidents in reference to, among all, three main political parties (PO RP, PiS and SLD). It has been checked if since 2005 the Platform has really managed to dominate the West Pomeranian political scene and also if any differences in voting preferences occur depending on the place of residence or the type of elections? Subject to the analysis have been election results without the study of factors having impact on them, that is electoral campaigns and events on the political scene (they will be discussed in a separate publication). Regarding the typology of political parties ideological and programme criteria has been applied resulting in west-wing (SLD), central (PO RP) and right-wing division.
The analysis has shown that there are no significant differences between the results of different types of elections. Regardless, the results from the whole country in West Pomerania in years 1993–2004 left-wing preferences were demonstrated, in years 1993–2004 central and since 2015 central-right. However, analyzing the results depending on the place of residence, together in three types of elections, in 8 the results between country districts and president cities in majority have overlapped and in 6 of them the differences have occurred.
Artykuł dotyczy preferencji wyborczych mieszkańców Pomorza Zachodniego na tle kraju w odniesieniu do wyborów parlamentarnych, do PE i na Prezydenta RP, z wyjątkiem samorządowych, którym ze względu na odmienną specyfikę, poświęcono osobny tekst. Stosując metodę porównawczą, przeanalizowano wyniki elekcji pod względem geografii wyborczej. Porównanie zróżnicowania przestrzennego zachowań wyborczych, pokazało jak kształtowały się preferencje wyborcze w podziale na województwo, powiaty ziemskie i miasta w których wadzę sprawują prezydenci, w odniesieniu m.in. do trzech najważniejszych ugrupowań (PO RP, PiS i SLD). Sprawdzono czy faktycznie od 2005 r. Platformie udało się zdominować zachodniopomorską scenę polityczną oraz czy zachodzą różnice w preferencjach wyborczych w zależności od miejsca zamieszkania lub rodzaju wyborów? Analizie poddano wyniki elekcji, bez badania czynników na nie wpływających w postaci kampanii wyborczych i wydarzeń na scenie politycznej (zostaną omówione w osobnym artykule). Odnośnie typologii partii przyjęto kryterium ideologiczno-programowe, dzieląc je na lewicę (SLD), centrum (PO RP) i prawicę (PiS).
Analiza pokazała, że nie występują istotne różnice w wynikach między poszczególnymi rodzajami wyborów. Bez względu na wyniki w skali kraju, na Pomorzu Zachodnim w latach 1993–2004 występowały preferencje lewicowe, w latach 2004–2015 centrowe, a od 2015 r. centroprawicowe. Natomiast analizując wyniki w zależności od miejsca zamieszkania, to łącznie w trzech rodzajach elekcji, w 8 wyniki między powiatami ziemskimi a miastami prezydenckimi w większości się pokrywały, a w 6 wystąpiły różnice
Synthesis and analysis of new supramolecular architectures containing hydrogen bonds

Te relatywnie słabe wiązania potrafią zmienić diametralnie kształt i charakter systemu, wpływając tym samym nie tylko na właściwości fizykochemiczne ale i funkcje. Niniejsza rozprawa doktorska przedstawia zastosowanie oddziaływań supramolekularnych, w tym głównie wiązań wodorowych, do tworzenia różnego typu architektur takich jak polimery czy kapsuły. W pierwszej części pracy zaprezentowano nowy dwufunkcyjny ligand, który w roztworze i stanie stałym formuje jednowymiarowy polimer wiązań wodorowych. Dodatkowo kompleks liganda z jonami Fe(II) wykazał zdolność do adsorpcji CO2. Następnie przedstawiono metalocykl Ag(I) utworzony z liganda, który tworzy jednowymiarowe polimery supramolekularne. Praca uwzględnia również przegląd literaturowy dotyczący fluorescencyjnych architektur i ich roli jako chemosensorów. Zakończenie pracy skupia się na badaniach fluorescencyjnych kapsuł wiązań wodorowych, ukazując ich potencjał w tworzeniu zaawansowanych struktur supramolekularnych.
Apart from coordination bonds, hydrogen bonds are the most important interactions used in supramolecular chemistry. These extremely weak bonds can radically change the shape and nature of a system, thus affecting not only the physicochemical properties but also its functions. This doctoral thesis presents the application of supramolecular interactions, including hydrogen bonds, to create various types of architectures such as organic polymers, coordination polymers or dimeric capsules. In the first part of the work, a new bifunctional ligand was introduced, which, in solution and solid state, forms a one-dimensional polymer of hydrogen bonds. Additionally, the ligand's complex with Fe(II) ions demonstrated an ability to adsorb CO2. Subsequently, an Ag(I) metallacycle formed from the ligand was presented, which creates one-dimensional supramolecular polymers. The work also includes a literature review concerning fluorescent architectures and their role as chemosensors. The conclusion of the work focuses on the studies of fluorescent capsules of hydrogen bonds, showcasing their potential in creating advanced supramolecular structures
Correlational Research on Mobile Phone Addiction and the Interpersonal Relationship Distress of Chinese College Students
Get PDFIn this essay, we utilized the following scales: Mobile and Internet Addiction Test, Basic Psychological Needs Scale, Negative Coping Style Questionnaire, and Interpersonal Relationships Assessment Scale. With those, we surveyed 1,730 college students, investigating the influence of mobile phone addiction on their interpersonal relationship distress and the mediating chain effect of basic psychological needs and negative coping styles on mobile phone addiction and interpersonal relationship distress. The results indicate that: (1) Mobile phone addiction can predict interpersonal relationship distress in college students; (2) Basic psychological needs serve as the mediating variables between mobile phone addiction and interpersonal relationship distress; (3) Negative coping styles prove to be the mediator between mobile phone addiction and interpersonal relationship distress; and (4) Basic psychological needs and negative coping styles establish a mediating chain effect between mobile phone addiction and interpersonal relationship distress

Here, we discuss current unknowns in molecular mechanisms underlying key developmental events in pancreatic islet and intestinal epithelial formation. Recent breakthroughs in single-cell and spatial transcriptomics, paralleled with functional studies in vitro, reveal that specialized mesenchymal subtypes drive the formation and maturation of pancreatic endocrine cells and islets via local interactions with epithelium, neurons and microvessels. Analogous to this, distinct intestinal niche cells regulate both epithelial development and homeostasis throughout life. We propose how this knowledge can be used to progress research in the human context using pluripotent stem cell-derived multilineage organoids.
