    Mechamasher automation in brewery on Braumat control system

    Zadatak diplomskog rada je automatizirati stroj za ukomljavanje u pivovari. Potrebno je izraditi SCADA sučelje na kojemu operater u pogonu radi, osmisliti program koji ispunjava zadaće naručitelja te uspostaviti komunikaciju između sustava u pivovari na temelju dijagrama cjevovoda i instrumentacije (P&ID) te funkcionalnog opisa (FDS) rada stroja za ukomljavanje. Koriste se i MS Excel tablice koje služe za konfiguraciju i parametrizaciju programa, Corel alat za crtanje vektorske grafike i izradu SCADA i HMI sučelja, BRAUMAT softver koji omogućuje izradu procesnog dijagrama, kontrolu recepata i mnoge druge mogućnosti. Nakon programiranja u Simatic Step 7 aplikaciji, u BRAUMAT-u se testira napisani softver i otklanjaju se greške prilikom pisanja koda. It is necessary to create a SCADA interface through which the operator works in the plant, design a program that performs the tasks of the customers and establishes communication between the systems in the brewery based on the piping and instrumentation diagram (P& ID) and the functional description (FDS) of the operation of the Mechamasher. MS Excel tables are used for the configuration and parameterization of the program, the Corel tool for drawing vector graphics and creating SCADA and HMI interfaces, the BRAUMAT software that allows the creation of process diagrams, control of recipes and many other possibilities. After programming in the Simatic Step 7 application, the written software is tested in BRAUMAT and errors in writing the code are corrected. When the errors are corrected and the software works correctly, it can be used in a real environment in a brewery

    Web aplikacija pod nazivom ,,Web stranica plesnog studija Hajp” izrađena je alatima React framework-a, JavaScript metodama i Firebase sustavom, a izgled prikazanih elemenata dizajniran pomoću Bootstrap-a i CSS-a. Ovisno o stanju korisnika, web stranica nudi razne mogućnosti. Gost može listati gotovo sve podstranice, no nije mu dostupna funkcionalnost upisa na određene plesne programe, dok se registriran korisnik može upisati i ispisati sa željenog programa.Web application called “dance studio Hajp website” was created using React framework tools, JavaScript methods and Firebase functions. The appearance of the displayed elements was designed using Bootstrap and CSS. Whether or not the user is logged in, the website offers various options. A guest can browse almost all subpages, but the functionality of enrolling in specific dance programs is not available to him. On the other side, a registered user can enroll and withdraw from a desired program

    Opening Drawers by a Robot Arm Using Computer Vision and Force Control

    U ovom diplomskom radu predstavljena je metoda za otvaranje i zatvaranje ladica robotskom rukom koja se temelji na raˇcunanju globalne trajektorije pomo´cu raˇcunalnog vida te upravljanju silom i pozicijom tijekom robotske manipulacije. Metode su implementirane i ispitane na ˇsesto-osnom robotskom manipulatoru UR5 s robotskom hvataljkom Robotiq 3-Finger Gripper. Za detekciju modela ladice koriste se metode raˇcunalnog vida iz programske biblioteke RVL koje procesiraju slike dobivene Intel RealSense LiDAR L515 kamerom priˇcvrˇs´cenom pri vrhu alata robotskog manipulatora. Na temelju modela ladice i medusobnog poloˇzaja dijelova robotskog manipulatora i ladice, raˇcuna se trajektorija otvaranja i zatvaranja ladice. Upravljanje silom i pozicijom ostvareno je ˇcitanjem vrijednosti s ugradenog senzora sile i momenta FT 300-S. Kako bi se osiguralo robusno manipuliranje ladicom, iznos sile se minimizira u lateralnim smjerovima, dok se upravljanje pozicijom odvija u smjeru otvaranja i zatvaranja ladica. Na ovaj naˇcin, osigurane su adaptivne korekcije lokalne trajektorije otvaranja i zatvaranja. Predloˇzeno rjeˇsenje sastoji se od tri faze: 1. detekcija modela ladice temeljem snimljene sekvence RGB i dubinskih slika ljudske demonstracije otvaranja ladice, 2. raˇcunanje poloˇzaja za hvatanje i hvatanje ruˇcke robotskom hvataljkom te 3. robotska akcija otvaranja i zatvaranja ladice upravljana po sili i poziciji po izraˇcunatoj trajektoriji. Eksperimentalnom evaluacijom utvrdenja je uspjeˇsnost izvodenja akcije otvaranja i zatvaranja ladice od 62.5%. Ustanovljeno je da detekcija modela ovisi o poloˇzaju kamere u trenutku snimanja slike ladice na kojoj se provodi detekcija, a najˇceˇs´ce greˇske dogadale su se uslijed krive detekcije modela, odnosno pogreˇske u dijelu programa temeljenom na raˇcunalnom vidu. Sustav je implementiran i ispitan u Ubuntu operacijskom sustavu, ROS Noetic distribuciji i unutar Docker kontejnera.This thesis presents a method for opening and closing drawers with a robotic arm based on the calculation of global trajectory using computer vision and the force and position control during robot manipulation. The methods were implemented and tested on a 6DoF UR5 robotic manipulator with a Robotiq 3-finger gripper. Computer vision methods from the RVL program library are used to detect the drawer model, processing images obtained from an Intel RealSense LiDAR L515 camera attached to the robot manipulator end effector. Based on the model of the drawer and the mutual position of the parts of the robot manipulator and the drawer, the trajectory for opening and closing the drawer is calculated. Force and position control is performed by reading the values of the built-in force and torque sensor FT 300-S. To ensure robust manipulation of the drawer, the force is minimized in the lateral directions, while position control is performed in the direction of opening and closing the drawer. In this way, adaptive corrections of the local opening and closing trajectory are ensured. The proposed solution consists of three phases: 1. recognition of the drawer model based on the recorded RGB-D image sequence of a human demonstration of opening the drawer, 2. calculation of the position for grasping the handle with a robot gripper, and 3. force and position controlled robot action of opening and closing the drawer, according to the calculated trajectory. The experimental evaluation showed that the success of the action of opening and closing the drawer was 62.5%. It was found that the recognition of the model depends on the position of the camera at the time of capturing the image of the drawer on which the recognition is performed, and that the most frequent errors occurred due to incorrect recognition of the model, i.e. due to an error in the part of the program based on computer vision. The system was implemented and tested in the Ubuntu operating system, the ROS Noetic distribution and within the Docker container

    A simulation of the calodont game

    Cilj ovog rada je bio napraviti multiplatformsku aplikaciju za simulaciju igranja popularne igre Kaladont. Razvoj aplikacije ostvaren je u Android Studio-u i Flutter razvojnom okviru korištenjem programskog jezika Dart te Firebase baze podataka za prijedloge novih riječi za igru. Rezultat je da aplikacija pametno i brzo predlaže nove riječi te ne dopušta da se upisuju riječi koje ne postoje ili nemaju smisla odnosno ne omogućava varanje u igri. Omogućava učenje novih riječi, pospješuje brže razmišljanje i zabavu. Objašnjava kako igrati igru te omogućuje predlaganje novih riječi koje još nisu u rječniku aplikacije. Također, daje korisniku priliku okušati se u raznim težinama igre.The aim of this project was to develop a cross-platform application for simulating the popular game of Kaladont. The application was developed using Android Studio and the Flutter framework, utilizing the Dart programming language, and Firebase database for suggesting new words in the game. As a result, the application intelligently and quickly suggests new words, preventing the input of non-existent or nonsensical words, thus preventing cheating in the game. It facilitates learning new words, enhances quick thinking, and provides entertainment. It explains how to play the game and allows users to suggest new words that are not yet in the application's dictionary. Additionally, it offers the user the opportunity to challenge themselves with various difficulty levels of the game

    Measurement of vine parameters using machine vision

    U ovom završnom radu izgrađen je sustav za mjerenje pH vrijednosti vina. Sustav se baziran na ESP32-CAM mikrokontroleru s ugrađenom kamerom koji služi za prikupljanje podataka, odnosno snimanje lakmus papira te slanja slika (video prenos) na mrežni server, na obradi slika pomoću programskog jezika Python pomoću kojeg su dobivene pH vrijednosti. Tehnologije koje su korištene pri izradi sustava su Arduino razvojno okruženje za programiranje uređaja i Python razvojno okruženje (Visual Studio Code) za obradu slike. Postignuti su rezultati sa 78% uspješnosti.In this final thesis, a system for measuring the pH value of wine was developed. The system is based on the ESP32-CAM microcontroller with a built-in camera, which is used for data collection, specifically capturing litmus paper images and sending them (video transmission) to a web server. The images are then processed using the Python programming language to obtain pH values. The technologies used in the system development include the Arduino IDE for device programming and the Python editor (Visual Studio Code) for image processing. The achieved results show a success rate of 78%

The application allows users to sign up and log in, enabling them to rent cars. It enables employees to process orders and generate order reports. Administrators have access to car statistics, can add and modify cars, as well as view employee information and create new employee accounts. The application is developed using the Bootstrap framework, Javascript, HTML, PHP, and MySQL. The technologies used in the development of this web application are described in the paper

    Cilj ovog diplomskog rada bilo je istraživanje prednosti i mana DDSCAD programa u odnosu na tradicionalne metode prilikom projektiranja industrijskog postrojenja. Automatiziranim proračunima struja, napona i opterećenja smanjuje mogućnost ljudske pogreške prilikom projektiranja i osigurava poštivanje propisa i normi. Obuhvatom svih kategorija električnih instalacija kao što su sustav za zaštitu od udara munje, elektronička komunikacijska instalacija i instalacija utičnica i rasvjete nudi cjelokupnu sliku projekta. Unatoč manama prilikom 3D prikaza električnih instalacija svejedno olakšava projektiranje većih i složenijih građevina dok se projektiranje manjih građevina, barem za sada, financijski i vremenski ne isplati raditi u DDSCAD programu.The goal of this master's thesis was to explore the advantages and disadvantages of the DDSCAD program compared to traditional methods in the design of industrial facilities. By automating the calculations of currents, voltages, and loads, it reduces the possibility of human error during the design process and ensures compliance with regulations and standards. By encompassing all categories of electrical installations, such as lightning protection systems, electronic communication installations, and socket and lighting installations, it provides a complete picture of the project. Despite the drawbacks in 3D representation of electrical installations, it still facilitates the design of larger and more complex structures, while designing smaller structures, at least for now, is not financially and temporally viable in the DDSCAD program

Opisana je shema spajanja sustava te izrada i dizajn mobilne aplikacije. Sustav je testiran kroz šest koraka kako bi se prikazala njegova ispravnost i funkcionalnost. Pametni sustav je koristan sustav, jednostavan za korištenje i olakšava život korisniku.This bachelor's thesis explains the details of the process of creating a system for managing devices in a smart-home environment using a mobile application and the Arduino development platform. This one the system can be very useful and applicable for every household. This system is developed using Arduino Uno development board. The system consists of one LED diode, blind, fan, one servo motor, four-channel relay module and Bluetooth HC-05 module. The system is powered with a 5V USB type B cable. The result met expectations

    Mobile platform as a tool for augmentative and alternative communication

    U teorijskom dijelu rada prikazana je augmentativna i alternativna komunikacija. Augmentativna i alternativna komunikacija je disciplina koja proučava načine komunikacije prilagođene osobama koje ne mogu koristiti standardne načine komunikacije. Rad daje opis asistivnih tehnologija s primjerima, među koje pripada i augmentativna i alternativna komunikacija. S obzirom na vrstu tehnologije koja se koristi, u sklopu rada opisane su tehnologije od no-tech komunikacije bez vanjskih predmet do high-tech uređaja prilagođenih određenim skupinama korisnika i njihovim potrebama. Zbog raznolikosti poremećaja koji imaju potrebu za AAK uređajima prikazane su i metode kojima se uređaji prilagođavaju fizičkim i kognitivnim sposobnostima pojedinaca. Opisane su raznolike potrebe korisnika u ovisnosti s poremećajima koje imaju i načini na koje AAK mogu smanjiti njihov utjecaj na svakodnevno sudjelovanje u društvu. Prikazane su i dostupne aplikacije unutar Google Play i Apple Store trgovine. U praktičnom dijelu rada izrađena je aplikacija SymbolSpeak-AAC koja primjenjuje načela izrade aplikacija za korisnike s poremećajima kao što je autizam. Način korištenja aplikacije detaljno je prikazan opisom načina korištenja pojedinih funkcionalnosti aplikacije i opisom pojedinih zaslona. Zaključno se provodi istraživanje na 35 osoba koje opisuju svoje zadovoljstvo i iskustvo korištenja aplikacije.Augmentative and alternative communication is presented in the theoretical part of the thesis. Augmentative and alternative communication is a discipline that studies methods of communication adapted for individuals who cannot use standard means of communication. The thesis provides a description od assistive technology with examples, including augmentative and alternative communication. Depending on the type of technology used, the thesis covers techniques ranging from non-tech technologies without external objects to high-tech devices tailored to specific user groups and their needs. Due to the diversity of disorders that require AAC devices, methods for adapting devices to individual's physical and cognitive abilities are also presented. Various user needs are described based on their disorders, along with the ways in which AAC can reduce the impact of these disorders on their daily participation in society. Available applications within Google Play and Apple Store are presented as well. The SymbolSpeak-AAC application is developed in the practical part of the thesis, applying principles for creating applications for users with disorders such as autism. The application's usage is thoroughly explained throughout descriptions of its functionalities and individual screens. In the end, a research involving 35 individuals was carried out describing their satisfaction and experiences using the application

    U ovom radu je prikazana konstrukcija i simulacija zračenja između dva konusna dipola između kojih se nalazi prepreka od armiranog betona. Simulacija je izvedena u programu Ansys 2022 R1. U radu su opisani svi koraci konstrukcije modela konusnog dipola, betonskog bloka, te bloka armiranog betona. Simulirani su i opisani koeficijent refleksije S11, dijagram zračenja, odnos stojnog vala VSWR i ulazna impedancija za konusni dipol u slobodnom prostoru, te parametri transmisije S12 i S21 za dva konusna dipola u slobodnom prostoru, te u slučaju kada se između njih nalazi beton, odnosno armirani beton.This paper describes construction and simulation of radiation between two biconical dipoles with an obstacle of reinforced concrete. Simulation is done in the program Ansys 2022 R1. This paper describes all of the steps needed to construct the model of biconical dipole, concrete block and 68 reinforced concrete block. The results of reflection coefficient S11, radiation pattern, voltage standing vawe ratio VSWR and input impedance for biconical dipole in open space, as well as transmission coefficients S12 and S21 for two biconical dipoles in open space, as well as when there is concrete and reinforced concrete in between them were all simulated and described
