Accelerated Reconstruction of Magnetic Resonance Images Based on Deep Diffusion Models
Ovaj diplomski rad istražuje primjenu dubokih difuzijskih modela za akceleriranu
rekonstrukciju slika magnetske rezonancije mozga. Rad pruža pregled područja magnetske rezonancije,
uključujući tehnike akvizicije i suvremene metode rekonstrukcije. Predstavljen je novi model temeljen na
difuzijskim modelima s inovativnim pristupom dinamičkog uzorkovanja -prostora. Evaluacija modela
na dva različita skupa podataka pokazuje poboljšanja u brzini i preciznosti rekonstrukcije u odnosu na
tradicionalne i suvremene metode. Kvantitativna i kvalitativna analiza rezultata potvrđuje uspješnost
modela uz prostor za buduću nadogradnju i optimizaciju posebno u radu s podacima u k-prostoru.This thesis investigates the application of deep diffusion models for accelerated reconstruction
of brain magnetic resonance imaging. The thesis provides an overview of the field of magnetic
resonance imaging, including acquisition techniques and state-of-the-art reconstruction methods. A
novel diffusion-based model is introduced, featuring an innovative dynamic -space sampling
approach. Evaluation of the model on two different datasets demonstrates improvements in both
reconstruction speed and accuracy compared to traditional and contemporary methods. Quantitative
and qualitative analysis of the results confirms the effectiveness of the model while also highlighting the
potential for future enhancements and optimization, particularly in handling k-space data
Handling bound constraints in differential evolution
U radu je opisan problem rukovanja ograničenjima prostora u diferencijalnoj evoluciji (DE),
evolucijskom algoritmu koji se često koristi za optimizacijske probleme. Prikazana su četiri
različita mehanizma za rukovanje ograničenjima prostora: projekcija, refleksija, ponovna
inicijalizacija te konzervativna metoda. Dan je pregled osnovnih koraka DE i razlog zbog kojeg
rješenja uopće izlaze iz granica prostora. Implementirana je standardna inačica algoritma DE i dan
je opis i prikaz načina rada. Ostvareno programsko rješenje omogućuje izvođenje algoritma DE s
prilagodljivim parametrima i odabirom različitih funkcija cilja. Odrađena je analiza učinkovitosti
sva četiri mehanizma na nekoliko poznatih optimizacijskih problema. Kroz rezultate analize,
pokazano je da odabir mehanizma za rukovanje ograničenjima, kao i odabir parametara algoritma,
može znatno utjecati na učinkovitost algoritma.The paper addresses the problem of handling bound constraints in Differential Evolution (DE), an
evolutionary algorithm frequently used for optimization problems. Four different mechanisms for
handling bound constraints are presented: projection, reflection, reinitialization, and the
conservative method. An overview of the basic steps in DE is given, along with an explanation of
why solutions can be out of bounds. A standard version of the DE algorithm has been implemented,
and its use was demonstrated. The developed software solution allows for the execution of the DE
algorithm with adjustable parameters and the choice of different objective functions. An analysis
of the efficiency of all four constraint-handling mechanisms has been conducted on several wellknown
optimization problems. The results demonstrate that the choice of constraint-handling
mechanism, as well as the selection of algorithm parameters, can significantly impact the
algorithm's efficiency

U ovom završnom radu opisana je Web aplikacija trgovine za ljubimce. Web aplikacija
napravljena je pomoću tehnologija HTML-a, CSS-a, JavaScripta, Djagno, Vue.js i Stripe, koje su detaljno
opisane su u radu. Funkcionalnosti aplikacije uključuju registraciju korisnika, naručivanje proizvoda,
pregled povijesti narudžbi i upravljanje proizvodima. Registrirani korisnici mogu kupovati proizvode i
pregledavati narudžbe, dok administrator ima mogućnost upravljanja korisnicima, proizvodima,
narudžbama i kuponima. Web aplikacija sadrži stranice kao što su početna stranica, stranica proizvoda,
registracija, prijava, profil stranica korisnika i košarica. Registrirani i prijavljeni korisnici imaju pristup
stranici „My account“, a korisnici koji nisu prijavljeni imaju pristup „Sign in“ i „Login” stranicama.This final paper describes a web application for a pet store. The application is built using HTML,
CSS, JavaScript, Django, Vue.js, and Stripe, all of which are detailed in the work. The application's
functionalities include user registration, product ordering, viewing order history, and product
management. Registered users can purchase products and view their orders, while administrators can
manage users, products, orders, and coupons. The web application includes pages such as the
homepage, product page, registration, login, user profile, and cart. Registered users have access to the
"My account" page, while non-registered users can access the "Sign in" and "Login" pages
Finding or recognizing the QRS complex in the EKG
Tema ovog rada je izrada aplikacije za detekciju QRS kompleksa u zadanom EKG
signalu. EKG je neizostavan alat za dijagnostiku u medicini, za što je bitna detekcija i analiza njegovih
karakterističnih točaka. U opsegu ovoga rada objašnjena je graĎa srca, gdje električni signal nastaje i
kako putuje kroz njega, te EGK i njegove karakteristike. TakoĎer, opisana je implementacija i način rada
aplikacije, a rad iste je testiran na uzorcima iz MIT-Arrythmia baze podataka. Rezultati testiranja su zatim
detaljno analizirani i prikazani, te je na temelju njih donesen zaključak o preciznosti aplikacije. Za izradu
aplikacije korišten je programski jezik Python i njegove pripadajuće biblioteke.The subject of this paper is the implementation of an application for the detection of QRS
complexes in a given EKG signal. The EKG is an indispensable diagnostic tool in medicine, for which the
detection and analysis of its characteristic points is essential. The structure of the heart, where the
electrical signal originates and how it travels through it, and the EKG and its characteristics are explained
in the scope of this paper. Also, the application's implementation and mode of operation are described,
and its operation was tested on samples from the MITArrythmia database. The test results were then
analyzed and presented in detail, and based on them, a conclusion was made about the accuracy of the
application. The Python programming language and its associated libraries were used to create the

An automated floor sweeping system with incorporated system for movement zones detection based on a color analysis
Zadatak ovog završnog rada bio je projektirati i dizajnirati automatizirani čistač
podova sa sustavom detekcije zone kretanja korištenjem crte u boji s mogućnošću kontrole mobilnom
aplikacijom. Čistač treba imati mogućnost detekcije prepreka i izbjegavati iste te mora imati i mogućnost
detekcije boje. Logika čistača izvedena je na mikroupravljaču ESP32 WROOM koji je programiran u
razvojnom okruženju Arduino IDE a mobilna aplikacija izrađena je pomoću besplatne platforme MIT App
Inventor.The task of this final paper was to design an automated floor cleaner with a motion zone
detection system using a colored line with the possibility of control with a mobile application. The
cleaner should have the ability to detect obstacles and avoid them, and it must also have the ability to
detect color. The logic of the cleaner is implemented on the ESP32 WROOM microcontroller, which is
programmed in the Arduino IDE development environment, and the mobile application was created
using the free MIT App Inventor platform
Movie recommendation system
U ovom diplomskom radu opisan je proces izrade iOS mobilne aplikacije Cineverse
koja ima zadaću preuzimanja filmova s web stranice TMDB, obrade i prikazivanja filmova i pripadajućih
podataka te ih obraditi i ponuditi korisniku film kao prijedlog. Korisnik potom ima mogućnost pregledati
podatke o filmovima te određeni film osobnom preferencom pogledati na nekom od drugi postojećih
filmskih servisa u kinu ili u svom domu. Nakon gledanja film treba ocijeniti negativno ili pozitivno te si
tako omogućiti preporuke sličnih filmova prema žanrovima. Mobilna aplikacija razvijena je u računalnom
programu XCode na prijenosnom računalu MacBook Pro 2019. Rezultat je opravdao očekivanja i mobilna
aplikacija se može koristiti, a također ima veliki potencijal za daljnji razvoj.This master's thesis describes the process of creating an iOS mobile application Civerse, which
has the task of downloading movies from the TMDB website, processing and displaying movies and
associated data, and offering them to the user. The user then has the option to choose movies based on
personal preference and after choosing and watching the movie, rate it negatively or positively and thus
enable recommendations of similar movies based on genres. The mobile application was developed in
the XCode computer program on a MacBook Pro 2019 laptop. The result has made expectations and the
mobile application can be used, and also contains great potential for further development
Security and privacy protection in 5G mobile network environment
5G mobilne mreže se koriste svakodnevno, te kako bi ta komunikacija ostala sigurna i
privatna, potrebno ju je zaštititi. Bilo to putem same korisničke opreme koja se koristi ili jezgre mrežnih
poslužitelja. Napadači uvijek pokušavaju doći na razne načine do privatnih informacija korisnika, poput
DDoS napada ili HeNB Femtocell napada. Kako bi osigurali mrežu, moraju se koristiti sigurnosne mjere
poput kriptografije na fizičkom sloju, autentifikacija. Servisi moraju uvijek biti dostupni, podaci moraju
ostati ne promijenjeni te se na siguran način treba obaviti razmjena ključeva. U slučaju privatnosti,
koriste se razne tehnike kako bi ju osigurali. Prvenstveno se privatnost korisnika mora osigurati, zatim
privatnost same 5G mreže koju koriste. Na kraju se implementiraju sigurnosni mehanizmi poput

the network servers. Attackers always try various ways to get private information of users, such as DDoS
attacks or HeNB Femtocell attacks. In order to secure the network, security measures must be used such
as cryptography on the physical layer, authentication. Services must always be available, data must
remain unchanged and key exchange must be done in a secure manner. In the case of privacy, various
techniques are used to ensure it. First of all, the privacy of users must be ensured, then the privacy of
the 5G network they use. Finally, security mechanisms such as anonymity and disconnection are
implemented so that communication is and remains private and protected from various types of attacks
on users and their data
Application of solar chimney for electricity production
Potreba za električnom energijom pokrenula je mnoga istraživanja za pronalazak
rješenja ovoga problema. Jedan od koncepata koji je proizašao je solarni dimnjak. U ovome radu
analizirale su se prednosti, mane te različite namjene i tehničke izvedbe solarnih dimnjaka kako bi se
utvrdilo da li je njihovo korištenje ekonomski opravdano. Izrađena je maketa na kojoj se planiraju vršiti
mjerenja kako bi se potvrdio matematički model, a na osnovu makete je provedena simulacija.
Simulacija je dala uvid u očekivane rezultate koji bi bili izmjereni na maketi.The need for electrical energy has set in motion many reseach attempts in an effort to solve
this problem. One of the emerging concepts in the solar chimney. In this thesis the pros, cons aswell as a
variety of purposes and technical solutions of solar chimneys were analised for the purpose of finding
out if their use is economically justified. A model was made, on which measurements are planned, in
order to justify the mathematic model, and on the basis of the model a simulation was ran. The
simulation gave an insight into the expected results which would have been measured on the model
Foreign object detection in coil's magnetic field
Ovaj diplomski rad istražuje tehnologije detekcije stranih objekata u magnetskom
polju zavojnice, s posebnim naglaskom na metalne predmete, koristeći metode detekcijeBFO (engl. Beat
Frequency Oscillator) i PI (engl. Pulse Induction). Glavni cilj istraživanja bio je dizajnirati sklopove,
evaluirati i usporediti učinkovitost ovih dviju tehnologija u detekciji različitih metalnih objekata. Teorijski
aspekti obje tehnologije detaljno su objašnjeni, a zatim su testirani i analizirani rezultati. BFO tehnologija
se istaknula svojom ekonomičnošću i jednostavnošću, dok je u nekim aspektima bila usporediva s PI
detektorom u pogledu osjetljivosti. S druge strane, PI tehnologija je pokazala superiornost u detekciji
feromagnetskih i mesinganih predmeta.This Master's thesis investigates detection technologies for foreign objects in the magnetic
field of a coil, with a specific focus on metallic items, using BFO (Beat Frequency Oscillator) and PI (Pulse
Induction) detection methods. The primary objective of the research was to design circuits, evaluate,
and compare the effectiveness of these two technologies in detecting various metallic objects. The
theoretical aspects of both technologies are thoroughly explained, followed by testing and analysis of
the results. The BFO technology was distinguished by its cost-effectiveness and simplicity, while, in some
respects, it was comparable to the PI detector in terms of sensitivity. On the other hand, the PI
technology demonstrated superior performance in detecting ferromagnetic and brass objects
Support of old and new forms of mobility of persons by information and communication technology
Nagla urbanizacija diljem svijeta stvorila je gradovima niz problema vezanih uz
promet poput zagušenosti na određenim prometnim linijama u određeno doba dana, prevelike buke,
onečišćenja okoliša te prevelikih troškova energenata. Tehnički, ekonomski i pravni aspekti urbanizacije i
prometa u Republici Hrvatskoj i svijetu čine rješenja rijetkima i skupima. Kao rezultat rada i prijedlog za
poboljšanje sustava mobilnosti izrađeno je softversko rješenje u obliku poslužiteljske aplikacije te dvije
klijentske aplikacije, fokusirajući se na javni prijevoz i vozila pogonjena obnovljivim izvorima energije.
Temelj sve tri aplikacije je programski jezik JavaScript te razvojni okviri i biblioteke njegovog okruženja
kao što su NestJS, React i React Native. NestJS poslužiteljska aplikacija središte je sustava i služi za
upravljanje resursima koji su pohranjeni u SQL bazu podataka. React klijentska web aplikacija alat je za
administratore javnog prijevoza i tvrtke koje nude usluge mobilnosti, dok React Native mobilna aplikacija
nudi korisnicima sučelje za lakše, efikasnije i održivije kretanje po urbanim sredinama.Rapid urbanization worldwide has caused many traffic-related issues in cities, such as
congestion on certain traffic routes at specific times of the day, excessive noise, environmental
pollution, and high costs of energy sources. The technical, economic, and legal aspects of urbanization
and traffic in the Republic of Croatia and globally result in scarce and costly solutions. As a result of this
thesis and as a proposal for improving the mobility system, a software solution has been developed in
the form of a server application and two client applications, focusing on public transport and vehicles
powered by renewable energy sources. The foundation of all three applications is the JavaScript
programming language and the frameworks and libraries from its environment, such as NestJS, React,
and React Native. The NestJS server application is the central hub for managing resources stored in an
SQL database. The React client web application is a tool for public transport administrators and
companies offering mobility services, while the React Native mobile application provides users with an
interface for simpler, more efficient, and sustainable traveling within urban environments
