Original data and scripts used in the JCBFM article “Correlation of zero echo time functional MRI with neuronal activity in rats"
This dataset contains the original data and scripts used for processing and analyzing the data presented in the Journal of Cerebral Blood Flow & Metabolism article “Correlation of zero echo time functional MRI with neuronal activity in rats”. The MRI data from subject groups 1 and 2 are found in the folders “ever_swift_whisker” and “whisker”, respectively, and the iEEG data in the folder “time_course_analysis”. The scripts in the folders “ever_swift_whisker” and “whisker” are for processing the MRI data and extracting the fMRI signal time courses, whereas the scripts in the folder “time_course_analysis” are for analyzing the fMRI/iEEG time course data and producing the figures of the article. For the scripts in the folder “time_course_analysis”, an overview is provided in the file “script_comments.docx”.
