Harmonization of Work and Family Life of Working Mothers-Attorneys-at-Law
No full textThe objective of this thesis is to analyse the family policy tools provided by the state and organizations that attorney-at-law mothers can utilize to more effectively reconcile their professional and family lives. The initial focus is on demographic changes within society and shifts in reproductive behaviour. The thesis also reflects on the current state of family policy in the Czech Republic. Additionally, the study addresses the position of women in the labour market, with particular attention paid to the work-family balance. Subsequently, it explores the tools provided by employers to support parenthood. The thesis examines the specific challenges faced by attorneys-at-law in relation to childcare and the integration of professional and personal life. The empirical research aims to analyse how working attorney-at-law mothers of preschool-aged children in Prague manage to balance their work and family responsibilities. This qualitative empirical study is conducted through semi-structured interviews with attorney- at-law mothers working in Prague and caring for preschool-aged children. The number of participants is 12. Pozornost je zaměřena nejprve na demografické změny ve společnosti a změny v reprodukčního chování. V práci je reflektován současný stav rodinné politiky v České republice. Práce se dále zabývá postavením žen na trhu práce. Pozornost je věnována oblasti vyvažování pracovního a rodinného života. Následně jsou rozpracovány nástroje na podporu rodičovství ze strany zaměstnavatele. Jsou představena specifika práce advokátů a advokátek ve vztahu k péči o dítě a ke slaďování pracovního a osobního života. Cílem empirického šetření je analyzovat, jak pracující advokátky-matky dětí předškolního věku v Praze harmonizují svůj pracovní a rodinný život. Kvalitativní empirické šetření je realizované pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s advokátkami-matkami dětí v předškolním věku pracujícími v Praze. Šetření se zúčastní 12 informantek. More specifically, it deals with the issue of compensation for other non-pecuniary damage. Other non-pecuniary damage represents a category of non-pecuniary damage introduced into the Czech legal system with the entry into force of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, on 1 January 2014. The main purpose of this dissertation is to analyse the concept of other non-pecuniary damage, to clarify its position alongside the traditional categories of pain and impairment of social functioning, and to provide guidelines for determining their content and the correct application and assessment of related claims. The present work is structured into three main chapters. The first chapter is devoted to the general concept of health, the definition of health, the definition of health as a personality right, or as a good protected by the general personality right. The right to...Náhrada nemajetkové újmy v případě zásahu do tělesné a duševní integrity člověka Odčinění dalších nemajetkových újem Abstrakt Disertační práce se soustředí na náhradu nemajetkové újmy v případě zásahu do tělesné a duševní integrity člověka. Konkrétně se zabývá problematickou odčinění dalších nemajetkových újem. Další nemajetkové újmy představují kategorii nemajetkové újmy, která byla do českého právního řádu zavedena s účinností zákona č. 89/2012 Sb., občanský zákoník, od 1. 1. 2014. Hlavním záměrem práce je analyzovat koncept dalších nemajetkových újem, objasnit jejich postavení vedle tradičních kategorií, kterými jsou bolesti a ztížení společenského uplatnění, a poskytnout vodítka pro určení jejich obsahu a správné uplatňování a posuzování souvisejících nároků. Práce je strukturována do tří hlavních kapitol. První kapitola se věnuje obecnému pojetí zdraví, definici zdraví, vymezení zdraví jakožto osobnostního práva, resp. statku chráněného všeobecným osobnostním právem. Austrian Neutrality during Russian-Ukrainian Conflict: from Depoliticisation to Repoliticisation
No full textThe thesis deals with the repoliticisation of neutrality in the Austrian National Council during the Russian-Ukrainian war. It copes with attitudes of the parliamentary parties towards the policy of neutrality under the Turquoise-Green Coalition (ÖVP-Grünen), led by K. Nehammer, Chancellor of the Austrian People's Party in 2021-2024, which is confronted with new security challenges to neutrality due to the Russian invasion. The parties tackle with finding of a relevant design for an active neutrality policy. The thesis shows tendencies to reinterpret an active neutrality policy according to their own interests. Different perspectives of the parties have destabilizing effects on the ontological security of Austria, the concept of theoretical framework of the thesis. The ambiguity in the policy of neutrality is analysed within three security measures: European Peace Facility, Sky Shield Initiative and Sanctions Policy towards Russia, implemented by government in its foreign policy to ward off the security threats. Stenographic protocols of National Council plenary sessions are examined through the method of qualitative content analysis to capture the patterns of party reasoning. Tematizován je postoj parlamentních stran k politice neutrality za vlády tyrkysovo-zelené koalice (ÖVP-Grünen) v čele s lidoveckým kancléřem K. Nehammerem v letech 2021-2024, která je konfrontována novými bezpečnostními výzvami pro neutralitu spojenými s ruskou válečnou invazí. Strany usilují o nalezení relevantního designu pro aktivní politiku neutrality, přičemž spíše inklinují k její reinterpretaci dle vlastních zájmů. Tato konceptuální nejasnost má destabilizační účinky pro ontologickou bezpečnost Rakouska, jež tvoří teoretický rámec práce. Children Should Play, Not Have Sex": A Thematic Analysis of Holistic Sexual Education in Facebook Comment
No full textThe bachelor's thesis focuses on the issue of sexual education and analyzes its perception in the online space through an analysis of Facebook comments. The research questions aim to identify obstacles to the implementation of holistic sexual education. Holistic sexual education, which seeks a comprehensive and cohesive understanding of sexuality and emphasizes social, emotional, and ethical aspects, is contrasted in the thesis with traditional approaches that, for example, emphasize biological and risk factors. The analysis focuses on the value frameworks of the comments, which reflect perceptions of children's sexuality and the construction of formal (school) and informal (family) sexual education. The results of the analysis show that the implementation of the holistic approach faces several obstacles. Key issues include parents' lack of trust in the school institution, diverse understandings of the concept of sexual education, and insufficient communication between schools and families. The thesis also demonstrates that public debates often reflect concerns about the invasion of privacy and controversies surrounding the perception of children's sexuality.Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku sexuální výchovy a analyzuje její vnímání v online prostoru, prostřednictvím analýzy komentářů na Facebooku. Výzkumné otázky mají pomoci identifikovat překážky při implementaci holistické sexuální výchovy. Holistická sexuální výchova, která se snaží o komplexní a ucelené pojetí sexuality a klade důraz na sociální, emocionální a etické aspekty, je v práci konfrontována s tradičními přístupy, jež akcentují například biologické a rizikové faktory. Analýza se zaměřuje na hodnotové rámce komentářů, které reflektují vnímání sexuality dětí a konstrukci formální (škola) a neformální (rodina) sexuální výchovy. Výsledky analýzy ukazují, že implementace holistického přístupu naráží na několik překážek. Mezi klíčové patří nedůvěra rodičů ve školní instituci, různorodé chápání pojmu sexuální výchovy a nedostatečná komunikace mezi školou a rodinou. Czech culture as a mirror of political and social change in the late 1950s and 1960s

Fist part of diploma has more general character and its dedicated political backround of this period and progress of particular part of literature culture. Following section is researche based on Květen magazine which took apart in contemporary political - culture disputes and create so called daily life poetics. Deeper analysis is focused on 1959 year when czechoslovak writers were enforced by Communist party by enforcement to cooperate. Significant milestone in that progress had been nationwide congress of Union of Czechoslovak writers which happened between 1st. Till 2nd March 1959. Second part of my diploma thesis is focused on processes in 1963. Regular session of Union of Czechoslovak writers is evidence about political easing in art caused by second criticism of stalinism. Behind the scenes information brought details about persecution of writers in turning point of decades, which were revealed by rehabilitations, during 1968 spring.Diplomová práce se zabývá českou literární kulturou na přelomu 50. a 60. let dvacátého století. První část má obecnější povahu, je věnována politickému pozadí doby a vývoji v jednotlivých oblastech literární kultury. V následujícím oddílu se podrobněji věnuji časopisu Květen, který sehrál významnou roli v dobových politicko-kulturních sporech a dal vzniknout poetice všednodennosti. Hlouběji analyzuji rok 1959, který probíhal ve znamení konsolidace a disciplinace spisovatelů. Významnou událostí v tomto směru byla celostátní konference Svazu spisovatelů, která proběhla 1. až 2.3.1959. Druhá část práce je zaměřena zejména na dění roku 1963. Atmosféra schůzí Svazu spisovatelů je svědectvím o uvolnění politické situace v umění vyvolané druhou kritikou stalinismu. The specifics of interpreting Czech sign language in the media

The thesis is divided into four main chapters, the first three are devoted to theory and the fourth, practical part is focused on research and specifically on the questionnaire survey that was conducted for the purpose of this bachelor thesis. The first part is not only dedicated to defining the basic concepts related to interpreting, translation and the interpreting profession, but also specifies the process of interpreting Czech sign language in the media. Specifically, it also focuses on the profession of the sign language interpreter, his/her education or code of ethics. Possibilities of standardization and analysis of rap text
Get PDFThe thesis deals with the origin of rap art and its specific features. It is based on the findings of the American literary critic Adam Bradley, which helped us to orientate ourselves in the rap world. In the practical part, we try to reconstruct rap lyrics and propose a standardized form of lyric writing, which takes into account the practices of rap production (one verse equals the length of a musical bar), the strophic structure of literary production, and at the same time, the specific elements of rap speech (double bind, pauses, unnatural word division) are visualized in the text. These texts were analysed in terms of rhyme, composition, content and expressive elements. In the next part of the thesis, the meaning message of rap lyrics, which are unified by spatial anchoring and inspirational source, is examined. We tried to look at Prague from the perspective of rap art. Texts thematizing the Prague environment were analyzed from the point of view of several levels. We focused on the linguistic level, examining the vocabulary used (mostly stylistically coloured) and the literary devices in the texts (figures, tropes). We also analysed the thematic level, focusing on the theme of the text and the apparent motifs. We have also tried to interpret the content of the texts to imply a message....Diplomová práce pojednává o původu rapového umění a jeho specifických rysech. Vychází z poznatků zpracovaných americkým literárním kritikem Adamem Bradleym, ty nám pomohly zorientovat se v rapovém světě. V praktické části se pokoušíme rekonstruovat rapové texty a navrhnout standardizovanou formu zápisu textu, která zohledňuje postupy rapové tvorby (jeden verš se rovná délce hudebního taktu), strofické členění literární tvorby a zároveň jsou v textu vizualizovány specifické prvky rapového projevu (dvojí vazba, pauzy, nepřirozené dělení slov). Tyto texty byly podrobeny analýze z hlediska rýmů, kompozice, obsahového vyznění a výrazných prvků. V další části práce se zabýváme významovým sdělením rapových textů, které jsou sjednoceny prostorovým ukotvením a inspiračním zdrojem. Snažili jsme se nahlédnout na Prahu z pohledu rapového umění. Texty tematizující pražské prostředí byly analyzovány z hlediska několika rovin. Zaměřili jsme se na rovinu jazykovou, zkoumali jsme užitou slovní zásobu (převážně slohově zabarvenou) a literární prostředky v textech (figury, tropy). Dále jsme podrobili analýze rovinu tematickou, ve které se zaměřujeme na téma textu a zjevné motivy. Rovněž jsme se pokusili interpretovat obsah textů, z kterého vyplývá nějaké poselství. Vnímání germánských bohů v 19. a 21. století
Get PDFThis thesis focuses on comparing the perception of the Germanic gods in the 19th and 21st centuries and on examining the integration of the entire Germanic mythology into selected works. The first part of the thesis provides a detailed introduction to the various historical periods and literary movements that predominated in these times. It then discusses the main historical sources of Germanic mythology and briefly characterizes the gods, who are later analyzed and compared in the context of the selected works. Three works were chosen for the analysis: the book German Mythology by Jacob Grimm, the opera The Ring of the Nibelung by Richard Wagner, and the Thor film series by Marvel Studios. These works were selected to compare different media over time. The choice was also influenced by the changing popularity of these media over the centuries and the varying frequency of their use in different periods. The comparison is made with five selected mythological figures: Odin, Thor, Loki, Heimdall, and Hel, whose characters and portrayals are examined in the analytical section through examples from the aforementioned works. The final chapter summarizes the results of the analysis and discusses the differences in the portrayal of these figures in the respective periods. KEY WORDS germanic mythology,...Cílem této bakalářské práce je porovnat vnímání germánských bohů v 19. a 21. století a zkoumat zakomponování celé germánské mytologie do vybraných děl. V první části práce jsou podrobně představeny jednotlivé historické epochy a literární směry, které v těchto obdobích převládaly. Následně jsou zmíněny hlavní historické prameny germánské mytologie a stručně charakterizováni bohové, kteří jsou následně analyzováni a porovnáváni v kontextu vybraných děl. Pro analýzu byla zvolena tři díla, jmenovitě kniha Německá mytologie od Jacoba Grimma, Prsten Nibelungů od Richarda Wagnera a filmová série Thor od Marvel Studios. Tato díla byla vybrána za účelem porovnání různých médií v průběhu času. Volba byla také ovlivněna měnící se popularitou jednotlivých médií v průběhu století a rozdílnou četností jejich užívání v daných obdobích. Porovnání je provedeno na pěti vybraných mytologických postavách, a to na Ódinovi, Thorovi, Lokim, Heimdallovi a Hel, jejichž charaktery a zpracování je v analytické části zkoumáno na příkladech z uvedených děl. V závěrečné kapitole jsou shrnuty výsledky analýzy a diskutovány rozdíly v pojetí těchto postav v jednotlivých obdobích. Get PDFThe bachelor thesis concentrates on the interpretation of Zimohrádek, a book of poetry by Ivan Wernisch, based on its central aspects: lyrical subjects, motifs, formal features, space, and time. In regard to space and time, the thesis focuses on the places which are crucial for the text while marking the tendencies connected with these places. This brings out the key role of space in the text. The thesis is divided in two parts. The first part focused on literary history introduces the poetics of the author's work in the context of lyrical texts which were first published in the 1960s (with an emphasis on selected works of Antonín Brousek, Josef Hanzlík and Petr Kabeš). The thesis takes into account the characteristics and motivic changes of the author's work through a close reading of his early texts: Kam letí nebe, Těšení, Zimohrádek, and Loutky. Thus, the thesis offers a view into the development of the author's early work. The second part focused on interpretation and text analysis brings a comprehensive interpretation of the fiction world in Zimohrádek. The most prominent aspects of the text - garden, magical elements, lyrical subjects, and the topic of dream - function as key points that gradually uncover other subaspects. Dream proves to be the reading eventually unraveled by the text of...Bakalářská práce se zabývá interpretací sbírky Zimohrádek Ivana Wernische z hlediska jejích centrálních aspektů: subjektů, motivů, formálních rysů, prostoru a času. Práce se v rámci prostoru a času zaměřuje na místa, která jsou pro svět sbírky zásadní, a zároveň postihuje, s jakými tendencemi se tato místa pojí. Vyvstane tak klíčová role, kterou prostor ve sbírce zastává. Práce je rozdělena na dva základní oddíly. Literárněhistorický oddíl představuje poetiku autorova díla šedesátých let v kontextu soudobé básnické tvorby (zejména vybraných děl Antonína Brouska, Josefa Hanzlíka a Petra Kabeše). Práce zohledňuje charakter a motivické proměny autorovy tvorby skrze sbírky Kam letí nebe, Těšení, Zimohrádek a Loutky, a nabízí tak vhled do jejího raného vývoje. Analyticko-interpretační oddíl přináší ucelenou interpretaci světa sbírky Zimohrádek. No full textS ( E ) The presented thesis focuses on the description of concessive construc- tions in French and Czech. It defines concession as an onomasiologi- cal, semantic-logical ternary relationship, which is equally based on a causal and adversative relationship, making it asymmetrical and in- herently polyphonic. It is interpreted subjectively and can be modeled using the so-called concessive triangle. The study utilizes the parallel corpus InterCorp, where, through Czech, it uncovers a very rich re- pertoire of French concessive constructions, which are subsequently described within the framework of Construction Grammar and com- pared with Czech, respecting the generally accepted theoretical and methodological foundations of Contrastive Linguistics. In the analyti- cal part, concessive constructions in both languages are divided ac- cording to whether form or function is prominent : constructions with dominant formal aspects include conjunctions like que and ûe or sub- ject inversion ; mixed constructions include adversatives, correlation, so-called pro-concédés, etc. The core of the analysis lies in the examina- tion of groups of constructions distinguished based on function - such as constructions expressing contradiction, alternatives, totality, time, absence, or irrelevance.
