Get PDFTermination of lease of business premises 3 objections, lawfulness, eviction Abstract The thesis focuses on the legal regulation regarding the termination of the lease of business premises with effect from 1 January 2014, which was introduced into the legal system by the recodification of civil law in 2012, namely Act No. 89/2012 Coll, the Civil code. This Act unified and replaced the existing regulation of the lease of business premises, which was mainly contained in Act No. 116/1990 Coll., on the Lease and Sublease of Non-Residential Premises. This thesis deals primarily with the special provisions for commercial leases and the new institutes introduced therein, such as objections to termination, review of the lawfulness of termination in court proceedings or the legal fiction of acceptance of termination without objection. Furthermore, it addresses the relationship between these provisions and the general provisions on leases and the specific provisions on residential leases, as this relationship is important from the point of view of the interpretation of certain provisions and the applicability of the conclusions of case law that do not directly concern business premises. Podcast as a space of discourse: An analysis of Andrew Tate's influence on the construction of gender stereotypes and the sexualization of women
Get PDFThis bachelor's thesis will analyze Andrew Tate's discourse in his podcasts and examine how Tate's podcasts influence the construction of gender stereotypes and the sexualization of women, and identify key themes and strategies used to shape these stereotypes and misogyny. The findings will be interpreted in the context of relevant theoretical frameworks and previous research findings. The thesis will specifically address how Tate's podcasts influence gender norms and the sexualisation of women, and will also compare and contrast his discourses with the content of the Czech podcast GunPoint. The results suggest that Andrew Tate's podcasts actively perpetuate traditional gender stereotypes that present men as dominant and powerful, often reducing women to objects of male control. This approach reflects resistance to changes in gender roles and contributes to the perceived crisis of masculinity. GunPoint, on the other hand, uses gender stereotypes to present women as manipulative, which emphasizes their abilities while limiting them to unethical roles. The research promotes an understanding of the dynamics of gender identity formation through podcasts and contributes to the discussion of their role in modern society.Tato bakalářská práce se zaměří na analýzu diskurzu Andrew Tate v jeho podcastech a zkoumá, jak Tateovy podcasty ovlivňují konstrukci genderových stereotypů a sexualizaci žen, a identifikovat klíčová témata a strategie používané k formování těchto stereotypů a misogynie. Získané poznatky budou interpretovány v kontextu relevantních teoretických rámců a dřívějších výzkumných poznatků. Práce se bude specificky zabývat tím, jak Tateovy podcasty ovlivňují genderové normy a sexualizaci žen, a dále porovná a kontrastuje jeho diskurzy s obsahem českého podcastu GunPoint. Výsledky naznačují, že podcasty Andrewa Tatea aktivně udržují tradiční genderové stereotypy, které prezentují muže jako dominující a silné, často redukujíc ženy na objekty mužské kontroly. Tento přístup odráží odpor vůči změnám v genderových rolích a přispívá k vnímání krize maskulinity. Get PDF104 Position of an insolvency administrator in the Czech legal system Abstract This thesis aims to analyze the legal status of an insolvency administrator as well as their role as a special procedural entity in insolvency proceedings. The first chapter is dedicated to the genesis of this profession. In the second chapter, the research question is posed as to whether there is a universal theory defining the nature of an insolvency administrator and distinction is made between the exercise of their functions and the performance of their activities. The third chapter analyzes selected qualifications required to obtain a license to practice insolvency and examines whether the actual performance of the activities of an insolvency administrator is conditioned by their physical presence in their registered offices or establishments. Furthermore, the manner of supervision of the activities of insolvency administrators is examined and proposals to reform it are analyzed. The fourth chapter brings to attention that there is no enforceable system of compulsory education of insolvency administrators and, inspired by selected foreign regulations, offers a possible solution to this situation. První kapitola se věnuje genezi tohoto institutu. Ve druhé kapitole je položena výzkumná otázka, zda existuje univerzální teorie definující charakter institutu insolvenčního správce a je učiněn rozdíl mezi výkonem funkce a výkonem činnosti insolvenčního správce. Třetí kapitola se zaměřuje na analýzu vybraných podmínek pro zisk povolení k výkonu činnosti insolvenčního správce a zkoumá, zda je skutečný výkon činnosti insolvenčního správce v jeho sídle nebo v provozovně podmíněn jeho osobní přítomností. The phenomon of an introducing teacher in preschool
No full textThe topic of the thesis is, in connection with the official adoption of the amendment to Act No. 563/2004 Coll., on Education staff, the very current topic of introducing teachers in kindergartens. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on this phenomenon both from the perspective of professional standards and in the context of the current situation and legislative anchoring. It also focuses on the issue of novice teachers and their adaptation process. An essential part of the theoretical part is defining the forms of induction of novice teachers and their cooperation with the introducing teachers. The reciprocal benefits of this collaboration and the need for its complex incorporation in the induction system were confirmed by the research investigation. A qualitative approach is chosen for the empirical part. The key method is focus groups of novice and induction teachers in three kindergartens. Interviews with principals and content analysis of documentation complement the research investigation. The primary aim of the thesis, analyzing the issue of introducing teachers in the context of current legislative changes, was supplemented by a secondary aim during the thesis. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na tento fenomén jak z pohledu profesního standardu, tak v kontextu současné situace a legislativního ukotvení. Soustředí se také na problematiku začínajících učitelů a jejich adaptačního procesu. Podstatnou součástí teoretické části práce je vymezení forem uvádění začínajících učitelů do praxe a jejich spolupráce s uvádějícími učiteli. Reciproční přínos této spolupráce a potřebu jeho komplexního zakotvení do systému uvádění potvrdilo výzkumné šetření. Pro empirickou část je zvolen kvalitativní přístup. Klíčovou metodou jsou ohniskové skupiny začínajících a uvádějících učitelek tří mateřských škol. Výzkumné šetření doplňují rozhovory s ředitelkami a obsahová analýza dokumentace. Monitoring the relationship between craniofacial asymmetry and hand preferences by 3D morphometric methods.
Get PDFIntroduction: This dissertation explores directional asymmetry in facial morphology and the factors influencing its development and formation throughout life. The aim was to comprehensively capture and describe facial asymmetry in a sample of the adult Czech and Slovak populations. The thesis is divided into four research sections. The first summarizes markers of prenatal and postnatal testosterone through a pilot microscopic study. The second focuses on directional facial asymmetry in relation to sexual dimorphism and age. The third examines the manifestation of brain laterality in population samples (hand, foot, chewing side, and eye preference). The fourth section investigates directional asymmetry and its relationship with handedness, chewing side, and eyedness. Materials: The study material consisted of cross-sectional data representing individuals from the Czech and Slovak Republics. Participants were at least 18 years old, and both males and females were included in all parts. Only healthy individuals without congenital disorders or facial or limb deformities were included. The material was divided into four main groups: (1) A pilot sample of trichological material from the middle phalanges of fingers, middle phalangeal hair - MPH, and 2D scans of both hands, used to calculate the 2D:4D...Úvod: Předkládaná disertační práce se zabývá tvarovou direkcionální asymetrií obličeje a faktory, které mají vliv na její vznik a formování v průběhu života. Naším záměrem bylo co nejkomplexněji zachytit a popsat asymetrii obličeje ve vzorku dospělé české a slovenské populace. Práce se dělí na 4 části výzkumu, kde první část sumarizuje markery prenatálního a postnatálního testosteronu pomocí pilotní mikroskopické studie. Druhá část byla zaměřena na direkcionální asymetrii obličeje s ohledem na pohlavní dimorfismus a věk. Třetí část pojednává o manifestaci mozkové laterality v populačních vzorcích (preference ruky, nohy, žvýkání a oka) a poslední část práce byla zaměřena na manifestaci direkcionální asymetrie a její vztah k preferenci ruky, straně žvýkání a oka. Materiál: Materiál v této práci sestával z transverzálních dat zastupujících jedince z České a Slovenské republiky. No full textThe aim of the bachelor's thesis is to translate a selected excerpt from the book La vérité sur le patinage artistique, written by Arsène Maus in 2021, and to develop a theoretical commentary on the translation. The first part of the thesis consists of the translation itself. The theoretical part (the commentary) includes a translation analysis of the text, the formulation of a translation approach, and the methods for addressing specific translation problems, illustrated with concrete examples. Additionally, examples of the translation techniques used are provided, along with a description of the shifts that occurred during the translation process.Cílem bakalářské práce je přeložit vybraný úsek knihy La vérité sur le patinage artistique, kterou napsal Arsène Maus v roce 2021, a vypracovat teoretický komentář k překladu. Explainable LLM-based evaluation for NLG using error analysis
Get PDFTraditional metrics for evaluating natural language generation (NLG) often struggle to capture linguistic complexity or align with human judgment. Recently, approaches based on large language models (LLMs) have been proposed to address these limitations. However, many existing approaches rely on proprietary LLMs or lack sufficient explainability. This thesis explores the potential of open-weight LLMs to develop a robust and explainable method for NLG evaluation. We develop a prompt-based evaluation method that applies an ensemble of LLMs to assess the quality of generated texts. This method is then applied to construct a synthetic training dataset that represents a wide range of tasks, evaluation aspects and systems. Using this dataset, we train a specialized evaluator model through distillation, employing Llama 3.1 8B as the backbone. Evaluation on a number of benchmarks demonstrates that our ensemble approach outperforms both the traditional NLG metrics as well as trained neural models and LLM-based methods. Additionally, the fine-tuned evaluator achieves competitive performance, with substantial improvements over the backbone model.Tradiční metriky pro evaluaci generování přirozeného jazyka (NLG) často nedokážou adekvátně zachytit komplexitu jazyka a mnohdy se neshodují s lidským hodnocením. V poslední době byly navrženy přístupy založené na velkých jazykových modelech (LLM), které si kladou za cíl tyto nedostatky překonat. Nicméně, většina současných přístupů je založena na uzavřených (closed-source) modelech nebo postrádá dostatečnou interpretovatelnost. Tato práce se zaměřuje na využití otevřených LLM k vytvoření robustní a interpretovatelné metody pro evaluaci NLG, a prezentuje přístup založený na promptech, který využívá ensemble několika LLM. Tuto metodu následně využíváme k vytvoření syntetického trénovacího datasetu, který zahrnuje řadu úloh, evaluačních kritérií a typů systémů. Na tomto datasetu trénujeme specializovaný evaluační model založený na Llama 3.1 8B. Evaluace na různých benchmarcích ukazuje, že náš ensemble přístup překonává jak tradiční metriky NLG, tak i metody založené na neuronových sítích a LLM.
