The role of the social worker in the multidisciplinary team in psychiatric care
No full textTato diplomová práce se zabývá rolí a vnímáním role sociálního pracovníka v multidisciplinárním týmu v oblasti psychiatrické péče, konkrétně v týmech Center duševního zdraví, zkráceně CDZ. Cílem výzkumu bylo zjistit, jak je tato role vnímána samotnými sociálními pracovníky působícími v centrech duševního zdraví (CDZ). Výzkumné šetření bylo realizováno prostřednictvím kvalitativní výzkumné metody a metodou sběru dat byl polostrukturovaný rozhovor, který byl uskutečněn s deseti sociálními pracovníky z CDZ. Data byla analyzována pomocí tematické analýzy. Výsledky ukazují, že vnímání role sociálního pracovníka v týmu není jednotné a do velké míry závisí na konkrétním složení týmu a osobnostních charakteristikách jeho členů. Práce zároveň poukazuje na potřebu jasnějšího vymezení role sociálního pracovníka v multidisciplinárních týmech a posílení spolupráce mezi profesemi, stejně jako vyjadřuje nutnost lepšího finančního ohodnocení profese sociální práce.This thesis examines the role and perceptions of the social worker in the multidisciplinary team in mental health care, specifically in Mental Health Centre teams, abbreviated as CDZs. The aim of the research was to find out how this role is perceived by social workers working in Mental Health Centres (CDZ) themselves. The research investigation was conducted through a qualitative research method and the method of data collection was a semi-structured interview, which was conducted with ten social workers from CDZs. The data was analysed using thematic analysis. The results show that the perception of the role of the social worker in the team is not uniform and depends to a large extent on the specific composition of the team and the personal characteristics of its members. The paper also points to the need for a clearer definition of the role of the social worker in multidisciplinary teams and the strengthening of cooperation between professions, as well as expressing the need for better financial valuation of the social work profession.Katedra sociální práceDepartment of Social WorkFilozofická fakultaFaculty of Art

No full textTato bakalářská práce zkoumá téma umělé inteligence na zpravodajském webu iRozhlas v letech 2020-2025. Konkrétně se zabývá tím, jak je umělá inteligence prezentována v souvislosti s Aktem o umělé inteligenci, prvním evropským zákonem o umělé inteligenci. Teoretická část nejprve vymezuje pojem umělá inteligence a následně ho představuje v legislativním a mediálním kontextu. V praktické části byly pomocí kvantitativní obsahové analýzy zkoumány zmínky o umělé inteligenci, které byly rozřazeny do tematických kategorií stanovených AI Aktem. Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo zjistit, o jakém rizikovém stupni zákona, tedy o jakých tematických rámcích, se na webu iRozhlas v letech 2020-2025 psalo nejvíce. Dále se analýza zaměřovala na vývoj mediálního pokrytí ve sledovaném období a také na to, do jakých rubrik články nejvíce spadaly. Z výsledků vyplývá, že nejvíce zmínek o umělé inteligenci spadalo do kategorie omezeně rizikové AI (72 %) - zmínky se tedy nejvíce týkaly např. chatbotů, deepfakes atd. Dále následovaly zmínky o vysoce rizikové AI (24 %), nepřijatelně rizikové AI (3 %) a minimálně rizikové AI (1 %). Dále bylo zjištěno, že nejvíce zmínek o umělé inteligenci se na webu iRozhlas objevilo v roce 2023, dále v roce 2024. Výsledky také ukázaly, že nejdominantnější rubrika, do kterých články spadaly,...This bachelor thesis examines the topic of artificial intelligence on the news website iRozhlas in the years 2020-2025. Specifically, it looks at how artificial intelligence is presented in the context of the Artificial Intelligence Act, the first European law on artificial intelligence. The theoretical part first defines the term AI and then presents it in a legislative and media context. In the practical part, references to artificial intelligence were examined using quantitative content analysis and classified into thematic categories established by the AI Act. The aim of this Bachelor's thesis was to find out which risk level of the Act, i.e. which thematic frameworks, were mentioned the most on the iRozhlas website between 2020 and 2025. Furthermore, the analysis focused on the evolution of media coverage in the period under study and also on which sections the articles fell most under. The results show that the most mentions of AI fell into the category of limited risk AI (72 %) - so the mentions were mostly related to e.g. chatbots, deepfakes, etc. This was followed by mentions of high-risk AI (24 %), unacceptable risk AI (3 %) and minimal risk AI (1 %). Resocialization of Imprisoned Persons and the Role of Treatment Programs
Get PDFThe bachelor's thesis focuses on the topic of resocialization of imprisoned persons and the role of treatment programs. The thesis is divided into theoretical and research sections. The theoretical part describes the process of reintegration of prisoners into society after release and defines the concepts of resocialization, penitentiary and post-penitentiary care. It also defines the execution of prison sentence, including its purpose and function. It also focuses on the concept of treatment of inmates in the context of treatment programs and the post-penitentiary process. The thesis also summarizes the most common consequences of post-release resocialization issues, such as homelessness, unemployment, and debt. The research section focuses on the main research question, namely the extent to which treatment programs influence the resocialization of incarcerated individuals. A case study was chosen for research using structured interviews with a former special educator, a released prisoner and a prison chaplain. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a výzkumnou část. Teoretická část popisuje proces reintegrace vězněných osob do společnosti po propuštění a vymezuje pojmy resocializace, penitenciární a postpenitenciární péče. Dále definuje výkon trestu odnětí svobody (VTOS) včetně jeho účelu a funkce. Soustředí se také na koncepci zacházení s odsouzenými v souvislosti s programy zacházení a postpenitenciárním procesem. V práci jsou rovněž shrnuty nejčastější následky problémů resocializace po propuštění z VTOS, jako jsou bezdomovectví, nezaměstnanost a dluhy. Výzkumná část se zaměřuje na hlavní výzkumnou otázku, a to do jaké míry ovlivňují programy zacházení resocializaci vězněných osob. Pro výzkum byla zvolena případová studie, jejíž základem jsou strukturované rozhovory s bývalým speciálním pedagogem, propuštěným vězněm a vězeňským kaplanem. Get PDFRelative ineffectiveness of legal actions in civil law Abstract This thesis focuses on the issue of relative ineffectiveness of legal acts in Czech civil law, which is a key tool for the protection of creditors against (not only) purposeful curtailment of their rights by debtors. The aim of the thesis was to analyze the basic legal regulation of this issue, to identify controversial issues and critical aspects of its application and interpretation, while comparing the views of expert literature and recent case law. The thesis also compares Czech and Austrian legislation with regard to their common historical roots and current differences, which may inspire possible legislative changes in the Czech legal system. The introduction of the thesis discusses the basic concepts, purpose, and meaning of the institute of relative ineffectiveness, as well as its systematic placement within the Civil Code. The following chapters deal with the legal nature of relative ineffectiveness, its relationship to the invalidity and non-existence of legal acts, and the conditions under which the relative ineffectiveness of a legal act may be successfully invoked. Particular attention is paid to the merits of avoidability, as well as the consequences of a successful counterclaim, including the possibilities of satisfying the...Relativní neúčinnost právních jednání v občanském právu Abstrakt Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku relativní neúčinnosti právních jednání v českém občanském právu, což je klíčový nástroj ochrany věřitelů proti (nejen) účelovému zkracování jejich práv dlužníky. Cílem práce bylo analyzovat základní právní úpravu této problematiky, identifikovat sporné otázky a kritické aspekty její aplikace a výkladu, přičemž byly porovnány názory odborné literatury a recentní judikatura. Práce se rovněž věnuje komparaci české a rakouské právní úpravy s ohledem na jejich společné historické kořeny i současné odlišnosti, které mohou být inspirací pro případné legislativní změny v českém právním řádu. V úvodu práce jsou rozebrány základní pojmy, účel a význam institutu relativní neúčinnosti, stejně jako jeho systematické zařazení v rámci občanského zákoníku. Určení funkčnosti fosforylačních míst prostřednictvím multikontextové analýzy
Get PDFPhosphorylation, one of the most studied post-translational modifications, regulates a multitude of cellular processes by affecting protein function and structure in various ways, and functional characterization of phosphorylation events is of major scientific interest. However, many phosphorylation events may result from non-targeted enzymatic activity and harbor no biological meaning, or be a result of incorrect experimental identification. The main focus of this work is to describe what distinguishes functional phosphorylation sites from non-functional ones, including their conservation, dynamics, relation to other post-translational modifications, and location within 3D protein structure. Subsequently, existing computational and experimental methods for assessing phosphosite functionality are described.Fosforylace, jedna z nejvíce zkoumaných posttranslačních modifikací, reguluje strukturu a funkci proteinů nejrůznějšími způsoby a podílí se na většině buněčných procesů, a proto je i předmětem velkého vědeckého zájmu. Mnoho fosforylačních událostí však může být výsledkem náhodné enzymatické aktivity nebo chybného experimentálního určení, nemá tedy pravděpodobně žádný biologický význam. Hlavním cílem této práce je popsat, co odlišuje funkční fosforylační místa od nefunkčních - speciálně je pozornost soustředěna na konzervovanost, dynamiku, vztah k jiným posttranslačním modifikacím a umístění v rámci 3D struktury proteinu. High temperature oxidation of AlTi0.5CrFeNi high entropy alloy
Get PDFThis work concerns the study of the high-temperature oxidation of AlTi0,5CrFeNi high-entropy alloy at 800 řC, 900 řC and 1000 řC for 100 h and the understanding of this phenomenon. The thermodynamics of oxidation is examined by calculating the Ellingham diagram. The oxidation kinetics is investigated by mass increment method and thermo- gravimetric analysis. The activation energy of oxidation is calculated from the ther- mogravimetric curves. The microstructures of the samples before and after oxidation and the layer of oxides are characterized by scanning electron microscopy and energy- dispersive X-ray spectroscopy. The microhardness of the material is measured in its as-cast state and after each oxidation experiment. The results are compared with other alloys for high-temperature applications and it is asserted that further research of this alloy may be promising.Tato práce se zabývá studiem vysokoteplotní oxidace vysokoentropické slitiny AlTi0,5CrFeNi při 800 řC, 900 řC a 1000 řC po dobu 100 h a porozuměním tomuto jevu. Termodynamika oxidace je řešena výpočtem Ellinghamova diagramu. Kinetika oxidace je prošetřena metodou hmotnostních přírůstků a termogravimetrickou analýzou. Z termo- gravimetrických křivek je vypočtena aktivační energie oxidace. Mikrostruktura vzorků před oxidací a po ní a vrstva vzniklých oxidů jsou charakterizovány pomocí skenovací elektronové mikroskopie a energeticky disperzní rentgenové spektroskopie. Mikrotvrdost materiálu je změřena na jeho základním stavu a po jednotlivých oxidacích.
