No full textWith Pandemic triggered by the new coronavirus SARSCoV-2, which causes Covid-19 disease, the Portuguese Society of Occupational Safety and Hygiene was forced to keep the Symposium in a virtual format to continue with the 17th edition of International Symposium on Occupational Safety and Hygiene - SHO 2021. Initially scheduled for October, it was postponed to the 17th to 19th of November 2021, in an online edition. However, despite all these changes, it was tried to maintain thegeneral structure of the event.
The 2021 edition covers the traditional themes of Safety, Prevention Management, Chemical and Biological Risks, Ergonomics, and the Occupational Environment. In addition to these subjects, emerging areas associated with the 4th Industrial Revolution, Collaborative Robotics and IoT, as well as the new challenges it entails, are addressed in the plenary sessions.Com a pandemia desencadeada pelo novo vírus corona SRA-CoV-2, que causa a doença de Covid-19, a Sociedade Portuguesa de Segurança e Higiene no Trabalho foi obrigada a manter o Simpósio em formato virtual para continuar a 17ª edição do Simpósio Internacional sobre Segurança e Higiene no Trabalho - SHO 2021. Inicialmente previsto para Outubro, foi adiado para os dias 17 a 19 de Novembro de 2021, numa edição online. Contudo, apesar de todas estas mudanças, tentou-se manter a estrutura geral do Evento.
A edição de 2021 abrange os temas tradicionais de Segurança, Gestão da Prevenção, Riscos Químicos e Biológicos, Ergonomia, e Ambiente Ocupacional. Para além destes temas, as áreas emergentes associadas à 4ª Revolução Industrial, Robótica Colaborativa e IOT, e os novos desafios que esta implica, são abordados nas sessões plenárias

No full textEsta obra complementa o livro Dinâmica e Sistemas Dinâmicos. Apresenta-se a resolução de alguns dos problemas desse livro. Em alguns casos usa-se o software de computação algébrica Maxima (http://maxima.sourceforge.net) na resolução, mas os comandos usados servem também como sumário dos passos a seguir sem usar esse software.
O tema central do livro é a mecânica, incluindo-se também alguns temas contemporâneos, como sistemas não lineares e sistemas caóticos. A abordagem adotada situa-se no âmbito da mecânica clássica, admitindo-se a existência de um espaço absoluto e de um tempo absoluto, independentes dos observadores.
Os seis primeiros capítulos seguem o programa tradicional das disciplinas de introdução à mecânica para estudantes de ciências e engenharia, sem incluir sistemas de vários corpos em mecânica dos fluidos. O capítulo 7 é uma introdução aos sistemas dinâmicos. O capítulo 8 aborda a mecânica lagrangiana e os capítulos 9, 10 11 e 12 são sobre sistemas dinâmicos

No full textA crescente importância da representação digital de elementos de construção, tornada possível pelas metodologias ‘Building Information Modelling’ (BIM), está a introduzir alterações muito relevantes no projeto, na construção e gestão de operações. Estes processos digitais introduzem novos paradigmas de relacionamento entre os vários ‘atores’ envolvidos, com grande impacto nas formas de desenvolver o trabalho.
O objetivo do Congresso PTBIM é o de promover um fórum de discussão técnico-científica em língua Portuguesa, envolvendo a participação ativa das comunidades profissional e académica das áreas de Arquitetura e Engenharia. Pretende-se enfatizar os problemas e esforços de implementação na Indústria da Construção e reforçar as redes de profissionais que incorporam práticas BIM nas suas atividades.
Depois do sucesso do 1º e 2º Congresso PTBIM, decorridos, respetivamente, em Guimarães e Lisboa, é com grande expectativa que se organiza esta 3ª edição. O desafio é continuarmos a partilhar experiências, boas práticas e conhecimento, rumo a uma implementação mais consistente da metodologia BIM na indústria da construção
