It examines in particular the resonances with Ezekiel, Isaiah, and the Psalms, and questions the classification of certain variants as “harmonizing.” The study aims to show that these readings may reflect not a secondary harmonization, but rather an interpretive dynamic grounded in an active scriptural memory characteristic of certain textual milieus within early Christianity

No full textInternational audienceLe droit naturel classique n’a longtemps suscité d’intérêt que de la part des historiens du droit et des idées, convaincus à juste titre de son utilitépour la compréhension du droit contemporain. Après avoir récemment fait l’objet d’une certaine attention de la doctrine privatiste, le moment estvenu pour la doctrine publiciste d’apporter sa contribution à ce renouveau. Telle est la finalité de cet ouvrage qui envisage le droit administratif àl’aune des catégories du droit naturel classique.L’objet de ces pages pourra légitimement surprendre. À première vue en effet, le droit administratif est un droit de la puissance publique, certesmodéré par le contrôle du juge, mais qui semble exclure par principe toute approche sous l’angle de la justice ou de l’équité. Ce premierregard, qui en appelle d’autres à l’avenir, propose de revenir sur cette idée fort répandue.Sans nier la dimension politique du droit administratif, les contributions du présent ouvrage montrent que ce droit est souvent marqué par la présencediscrète d’une conception classique, c’est-à-dire gréco-romaine, du droit naturel, tant dans sa construction historique que dans l’application qu’enfait aujourd’hui le juge administratif dans les domaines les plus variés
Error‐Related Brain Potentials as Biomarkers of Pathology Severity and Treatment Resistance in Patients With Obsessive‐Compulsive Disorder
No full textInternational audienceObsessive‐compulsive disorder (OCD) is a psychiatric condition that varies considerably in severity and resistance to treatment. The aim of this study was to identify error detection abnormalities in OCD patients using evoked potential recordings and to determine whether links could be established between individual patients’ error detection processes and their severity and resistance to treatment. To answer this question, the potentials evoked by participants’ responses to a flanker task, i.e., the error‐related negativity (ERN/CRN component) and subsequent positivity (Pe/Pc component), were recorded. Twenty‐six OCD patients with a wide range of pathology severity and treatment resistance and 26 control participants matched for gender, age, and education level with the patients were included in the study. The amplitude of the error‐related negativity (ERN) evoked by false responses was positively correlated with the severity of patients’ pathology, while the lower the amplitude of the negativity evoked by correct responses (CRN), the more resistant patients were to treatment. The ERN/CRN components could therefore be used as markers of the severity and treatment resistance of OCD patients’ pathology. Furthermore, under the present experimental conditions, the positive Pe/Pc component, supposed to reflect patients’ awareness of the correctness of their responses, was virtually absent compared to control participants. This suggests a major deficit in the patients’ monitoring of the consequences of their actions. The discovery of this disappearance of action feedback signals in patients leads to proposing an original neurodevelopmental model for the onset of pathology in childhood or adolescence

No full textInternational audienceBased on the analysis of a large corpus of administrative archives on the town of Saint-Brévin-les-Pins (France), this article aims to show how the ‘sea bathing’ markets (land, services, transport, leisure activities) were not presenting themselves as a ‘supply’ that meets a ‘demand’. Between 1850 and 1888, the exchanges relating to the arrival of the ‘bathers’ were overshadowed by the continuing agricultural activity, which those in municipal power simultaneously both defended and benefitted from: these notables, coming from farm-owner lineages, rendered invisible the new-buyers of seaside land, who came here as holiday-makers and joined in the struggle to produce a Brévin supply of land and properties intended for ‘bathers’, while being in demand for services, social opportunities, and communication channels specific to their holiday activities and conducive to their development. It is only through political struggles for the conquest of municipal power that they succeed in establishing the seaside market as the one that gives the town its new performative identity.Partant du dépouillement d’un corpus large d’archives administratives sur la commune de Saint-Brévin-les-Pins, cet article se propose de montrer comment les marchés des « bains de mer » (fonciers, services, transports, sociabilités de loisirs) ne s’imposent pas d’eux-mêmes comme une « offre » répond à une « demande ». Entre 1850 et 1888, les échanges relatifs à la venue des « baigneurs » sont concurrencés par le maintien d’une activité agricole qui est concomitamment celle de ses défenseurs et bénéficiaires au pouvoir municipal : ces notables issus des lignées de propriétaires exploitants invisibilisent les néo-acquéreurs de terrains du bord de mer, qui viennent en villégiature et s’engagent dans la lutte pour la production d’une offre brévinoise de terrains et de propriétés destinés aux « baigneurs », tout en étant en demande de services, sociabilités, voies de communication propres à leurs activités de villégiature et propices à leur promotion. Ce n’est qu’aux termes de luttes politiques pour la conquête du pouvoir municipal qu’ils réussiront à imposer le marché balnéaire comme celui qui confère sa nouvelle identité performative à la commune
