HOLOCAUST IN EDUCATION — CULLING THE DIARY OF ANA FRANK FROM THE CURRICULUM FOR SLOVENIAN (2018/2019)
The article will present the theme of the Holocaust in the curricula for Slovene in three social systems (1984, 1998, and 2019). Based on a literary analysis of children's writing (diaries, poems and commemorative books) during the Holocaust. Special attention will be paid to Anne Frank’s Diary of 12-year-old Anne Frank (1942-1944). The Holocaust Museum in the US has about 70 digitized children's diaries (manuscripts and translations into English). At the Yad Vashem Memorial Centre in Israel, there is an exhibition Children in the Holocaust, which presents albums, diaries, toys, books, personal items, letters, oisbetjum postcards, drawings and commemorative books. The Museum of Contemporary History in Celje collects the diaries and commemorations of the so-called stolen children (The Diary of Slavka Preložnik and the Pepce Medved Memorial Book) and the Pesmarica Justine Marolt (NUK). Ana Frank’s diary has been next to the Bible since 2009, Grimm’s fairy tales on the UNESCO World Heritage List. The decision is of the opinion that, because of all the above, it is indispensable to exclude the Diary of Ana Frank from the Curriculum for Slovenian (2018/2019)
IMPORTANT ASPECTS OF ENGLISH POETRY IN THE AGE OF MODERNISM
Most often, academics propose that the end of Queen Victoria's reign (1901) could be considered as the starting point if we were to think of a precise historical period from which Modernism begins. Additionally, it was at this time that Britain's protracted period of stability came to an end. Due to the Boer War (1899–1902) and the immense impact imperialism had on English society, the nation was going through a time of shock. People started to pay attention to the social issues in their culture because they were tired of the exhausting characteristics of imperial growth. These changes laid the foundation for significant literary and social revolutions. It was gradually becoming apparent that the prior conventional forms were disappearing from literary genres including the novel, theater, and poetry
Feminist Demands in the Victorian Period The Novel “Jessie Phillips” by F. Trollope
The 1850s marked the beginning of the Feminist Movement. Feminism till that time had been an individual issue and even an indirect protest. After 1850, the Feminist Movement strengthened more and more and was bypassing the grievances expressed from time to time. There were a number of reasons for this: women's suffrage, women's admission to higher education, marriage and property laws, and the demands and prospects of unmarried women. These bold attitudes of this decade manifested themselves through three kinds of writing, controversy, and treatments. The basis of Harriet Taylor's observation was the report published in the New York Tribune on the "Convention on the Rights of Women" which called for equality in education, employment in industry and political rights. This American example of women's rights later influenced the Feminist Movement in England. It is interesting that Taylor's attitude was uncompromising. The novel "Jessie Phillips" is one of the first interesting novels that brings a benevolent story about the fate of stigmatized women, including elements of class consciousness and sexual policy

THE IMPORTANCE OF ALCHEMY AS A THEME: AN ANALYSIS OF “THE ALCHEMIST” BY BEN JOHNSON
Although the real theme of the Alchemist may be described as avarice and lust, alchemy figures so largely and prominently in the play that it deserves the first and foremost consideration. The very title shows the importance of alchemy in the scheme of the play. Considerable space has been devoted by the author in this play to a discussion of the theory of alchemy and the vast potentialities of this pseudo-science. The objective of this paper is to analyze how the actions and the characters of the play portray alchemy as the main theme of the play. Various characters and their actions are analyzed to conclude that “The Alchemist” is a play with a wide scope and It would be unfair to limit its theme to avarice and lust. Alchemy as one of the themes cannot just be set aside on the plea that it is incidental
THE UNIQUE POLITICAL ATTRIBUTES OF THE UNITED STATES' SYSTEM OF GOVERNANCE
The two most important documents in the history of the American state are the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution. These two essential documents have been the foundation of a country so rare and unique in the political and social mindset of a nation. Established a governance model that cannot be matched in the globe. E pluribus unum (Out of many, one). 50 states in one. A country with over 56 thousand governments. With thousands of governmental units divided into 36 thousand cities and towns, and 35 thousand separate districts! A mesmerizing reality for any other country but not for the USA that this diversity and multiplicity has united into one government, one nation and one flag! "Out of many, one" is a unique American hallmark! An inter-century reality that is not found anywhere else! Immigrants from all over the world came and continue to come to the land of freedom and plenty, but despite language, cultural and racial diversity, they are one. They are Americans! They live the American dream and try to be "good Americans," another concept that belongs only to America. "Out of many, one" is also seen in American society, a society that has reached an extraordinary harmony of the relationship between individualism and community. Two opposite binomials that perfectly and naturally merge into one. The individual fully reserves his/her personal rights and yet is free and responsible in the community, and part of a wider national affiliation. "Americans are so enamored of equality, they would rather be equal in slavery than unequal in freedom," wrote Alexis de Tocqueville in 1835 in his classic book Democracy in America. Even today, regardless of origin and affiliation, everyone is equal before the law! And every individual is offered the opportunity to be whoever he or she wishes to be. Every individual is treated as worthy and valuable to society. There have even been many attempts to import the US Constitution and system of government, and implement them in other parts of the world, but they have been unsuccessful. This has been due to the fact that the American Constitution and system of government are a reflection of the American mentality, values and identity. And this great achievement is thanks to the two most important documents of all times, the Declaration of Independence and the US Constitution

Learning English Language in Home Environment: A Study
The study has been presented the role of home environment to learn English language particularly in Bangladesh. Parental as well as siblings role is very essential to grow the sense of learning and the learners can grow a great influence by it. Parents' as well as siblings' positive attitude, education and awareness according to individual requirements and needs are provided constant encouragement and support for the learners. Parents make the greatest difference to achievement through supporting their learning at home rather than supporting activities in school. A learner, whose family members are habituated to use English at home, feels encouraged to learn English which facilitates learning process. My findings, on the other hand, show that children of those parents who are ignorant of providing sound family atmosphere, lack confidence as well as self-esteem. This study also inspects the impact of home environment on children's achievement in English language. The findings reveal that there is a constant relationship between the role of family and students' academic achievement
