Każde przedsiębiorstwo dokonując inwestycji robi to, by osiągnąć określone cele.
LOKATY MNIEJ ATRAKCYJNE
Nasze odczucia wzrostu cen mogą być zaś różne, np. we wrześniu największy wzrost w stosunku rocznym zanotowano w kategoriach: paliwa do prywatnych środków transportu (+16,5%), edukacja (+3,5%) i mieszkanie (+2,6%), spadki odnotowano zaś w przypadku odzieży i obuwia (-6,1%). Dlatego też, jeśli dużo wydajemy na paliwo, a mało na odzież, wskaźnik inflacji w naszym osobistym wypadku mógł być kilkakrotnie wyższy niż podawany przez urząd statystyczny

Proof of the Existence of Hell: An Extension of the Stone Paradox
As shown in (Łukowski, 2013), the paradox of the stone is a failed attempt to show that “omnipotence” is a contradictory concept. An element of the argument presented there is that God, while unable to lift the stone, can nevertheless annihilate it. This work considers the amplification of the paradox of the stone to the form generated by the question: can God create a stone which He will not be able to lift, nor, once created, will He be able to destroy
SOCIAL NETWORK ANALYSIS: FROM GRAPH THEORY TO APPLICATIONS
Social Network Analysis (SNA) is a powerful interdisciplinary field that explores the patterns and dynamics of relationships between individuals, groups, organizations, and even entire societies. This article provides an overview of SNA, tracing its roots in graph theory and highlighting its various applications in fields such as sociology, computer science, business, and epidemiology. By examining the theoretical foundations of SNA and its practical implementations, this article aims to demonstrate the importance of SNA in understanding social structures, information diffusion, impact dynamics, and collective behavior. In addition, the article discusses the methodologies and tools used in SNA research, including data collection, network visualization and network metrics. Through a comprehensive analysis of SNA techniques and their applications, this article contributes to the growing knowledge in the analysis of social networks and encourages further exploration of this rich field
Reimagining Time and Narrative: Indigenous Temporalities and Social Critique in Rebecca Roanhorse’s Trail of Lightning
This paper explores how Rebecca Roanhorse’s Trail of Lightning reimagines time from an Indigenous perspective, offering a counter-narrative to the linear, clock-driven concept of time prevalent in Western thought. Through a close analysis of the novel mentioned above, the study examines Roanhorse’s integration of cyclical time, mainly through narrative techniques like flashbacks, oral storytelling, and depictions of deep time. These elements disrupt conventional linear storytelling and emphasise the interconnectedness of time, history, and the environment as seen from an Indigenous worldview. Moreover, the paper discusses how these Indigenous temporalities intersect with crucial themes in the novel, such as colonialism and environmental degradation. This intersection provides a nuanced perspective on the dystopian realities Roanhorse portrays, encouraging readers to question and rethink the dominant temporal frameworks that often contribute to environmental and social crises. By challenging these frameworks, Trail of Lightning invites us to consider a more holistic and sustainable approach to time—one that acknowledges the continuous flow of stories and events that shape our past, present, and future. In terms of methodology, the paper draws on insights from Indigenous studies scholars, including Kyle Whyte, and research from the environmental humanities to frame its analysis
IMPACT OF THE UNCONDITIONAL BASIC INCOME ON THE PROFESSIONAL SITUATION OF WOMEN
Unconditional basic income (UBI) is one of the instruments directly impacting its beneficiaries and their situation in the labor market. The most critical aspects of UBI's impact on the labor market include labor supply and demand, the bargaining power of employees and the situation of employers, and the recognition of socially beneficial work as equivalent to gainful employment. The study aims to analyze the declared impact of the unconditional basic income on the professional situation of one of the groups of its beneficiaries - women whose bargaining power as employees is weakened and who perform socially beneficial housework. The study included in -depth interviews with four women who were on maternity leave. The results showed that UBI influences the position of the employee in the labor market, weakens employers and positively affects employees. The key issue for the respondents is the UBI amount, because a relatively small amount would be treated as additional income. UBI could strengthen the position of mothers with young children, provide greater psychological comfort and enable more effective forms of work, such as remote or part-time work
FOREX MARKET AS THE BEST POSSIBLE WAY OF INVESTING MONEY DURING ECONOMY BOOM AND RECESSION
Since the beginning of the 1980s, a continuous process of integration of national and regional markets into one global market for goods, services and capital can be noticed. Both economic theory and market practice indicate that the level of the exchange rate primarily depends on macroeconomic variables (such as interest rates or the number of new jobs in the nonagricultural sector). The results of the research presented in the article regard the importance of US macroeconomic data publications for the short-term volatility of EUR/USD exchange rate. The main purpose of the study was to show whether macroeconomic data from the United States affects the short-term development of the EUR/USD exchange rate and whether the Forex market is a good way to multiply capital. The following research questions have been posed: does the EUR/USD exchange rate react to the published macroeconomic data from the American economy? Second, is whether investing in the Forex market could be a way to multiply capital in times of economic boom and recession. This paper presents the effects of my own research and observations in terms of the impact of US macroeconomic data, on shaping exchange rates of the Forex market. Based on my own investment experience my goal is to prove, that Forex market is a perfect way to multiply capital. My investment decisions regarding future exchange rate fluctuations, were based on the presented macroeconomic data from the US economy, as well as on the basis of important leading economic indicators. The position was opened and closed on the same day. The trading contracts have been made throughout 7 working days. The underlying financial instruments were EUR/USD and OIL. The conclusions of this study are as follows. The USD/PLN exchange rate reacted to the published macroeconomic data from USA. The strongest exchange rate reaction was noticed after publications of data regarding US Non-farm Payrolls (NFP), Initial Jobless Claims and ISM Services PMI. Strong exchange rate reaction was recorded after ADP US Private Sector Jobs and Factory orders report. When taking described investment examples into account, it can be clearly stated that investing in the Forex market is an excellent alternative to stock investments
