The Effectiveness of CBT Group Counseling with Problem Solving and Role Play Techniques to Improve Students’ Emotional Intelligence
This study attempted to analyze the CBT group counseling with problem solving
and role play techniques to improve students’ emotional intelligence. The study
employed pretest and multiple posttest design. Meanwhile, purposive sampling
was used to select 18 experimental subjects assigned to three groups randomly,
in other words, there were six students in each group. Their data were collected
using emotional intelligence scale. The results of mixed ANOVA test showed
that the CBT group counseling with problem solving and role play techniques
was effective to improve students’ emotional intelligence by having (F (1.15) =
12.097, p < 0.05). It was also proved by several effects examined, namely time
effect (F (2.30) = 1201.32, p < 0.05), and the effect of time and group interaction
(F (2.30) = 6. 427, p < 0.05). These asserted that the CBT group counseling with
problem solving and role play techniques is effective to improve students’
emotional intelligence
Resiliensi Sebagai Prediktor Kesejahteraan Psikologis Remaja di Panti Asuhan
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of resilience on
psychological well-being in adolescent orphanages throughout Pekalongan
City. This study used a quantitative ex post facto design. The sample of this
study amounted to 67 youth orphanages throughout Pekalongan City which
were taken using proportionate stratified random sampling technique. Then
the data were collected using a resilience scale and a psychological well-being
scale. The resilience scale consists of 24 items having a coefficient value range
of 0.391 to 0.731 and a reliability of 0.871. Furthermore, the psychological
well-being scale consists of 28 items having a coefficient range of 0.371 to
0.737 and a reliability of 0.889. This study uses two data analysis techniques,
namely descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis. Resilience is
in the moderate category (M=80.94; SD=6.42). Psychological well-being is in
the moderate category (M=94.60; SD=6.00). The results of a simple linear
regression test can be obtained, namely = 0.242, R2 0.067, p <0.05 which
indicates that resilience affects psychological well-being in adolescent
orphanages throughout Pekalongan City. Resilience contributed 67%
Individual Blended Counseling Design for Disciplinary Responsibilities
Setiap individu harus memiliki karakter tanggung jawab disiplin. Guru/konselor sekolah dapat
menumbuhkan tanggung jawab disiplin melalui layanan konseling individu, bimbingan dan
konseling, guru/konselor sekolah dapat menumbuhkan tanggung jawab disiplin. Konselor
melakukan layanan konseling terpadu di masa pandemi atau pascapandemi. Studi literatur
dengan jurnal, buku nasional dan internasional sebagai sumber data yang relevan. Studi ini
menunjukkan bahwa konsep pengaturan konseling individual blended menjawab tantangan
baru bagi guru bimbingan dan konseling. Konseling tidak harus tatap muka dan tidak selalu
sepenuhnya online, namun guru BK dapat menyesuaikan dengan kondisi klien dan kondisi
guru BK. Fasilitas konseling tatap muka, aplikasi berbasis teks dan panggilan video memiliki
peran konseling campuran masing-masing. Dengan demikian, guru bimbingan dan konseling
dapat menerapkan konsep dan penerapan layanan konseling komposit dalam pengaturan
individu untuk meningkatkan tanggung jawab disiplin
