    Washington State HB 1499 is a drug decriminalization bill that the student lead club, Collegiate Community Transitions (CCT) at the University of Washington - Bothell, supports, and encourages students and community members to contact representatives to support. This bill, known as the Pathways to Recovery Act, would remove penalties for “personal use” amounts of illegal substances while expanding outreach and recovery services to those that are in need.     Malcolm Procter, who goes by the artist name of Wolf Delux, creates “wearable paintings” by decorating secondhand clothing with dynamic linework. His energetic and distinctive style is done with paint or bleach to create the desired effect on each garment. Procter is a Black artist and was born and raised in Seattle. His work takes inspiration from many sources, including pop art, video games, African mud cloth, graffiti, and Medu Netcher (hieroglyphics).
