Effect of Safety Management from Training of Safety Curriculum for Supervisors in a Food Production Company in Kamphaeng Phet Province
The purposes of this quasi experimental research were: (1) to investigate the safety working condition problems and accident statistics in a food production company; (2) to explore safety attitude and safety behavior levels among supervisors in the company; (3) to compare knowledge before and after the safety training for supervisors in the company; and (4) to compare the effect of safety management by supervisors after training at the company in Kamphaeng Phet Province. The study samples were all 40 supervisors attending the safety training involving rotating machines for supervisors which this training curriculum assigned for in-house training.
The findings of this research indicated that: (1) the first accident priority of the company in 2017 was due to the hit/cut/nip frequently related with rotating machine working; (2) most supervisors had high level of safety attitudes, and very high level of safety behaviors; (3) average post-test score of supervisors was significantly higher than that of pre-test. (p < 0.05); and (4) one month monitoring of the working condition improvement indicated that supervisors had opinion about safety condition improvement at the very good level and the rotating machine guard condition had been investigated for safety machine working. A total of 1,503 machines had been repaired by using the machine guard.

An Investigation of Phenol Adsorption from Aqueous Solution Using Solid Adsorbents
This study reports on removal of phenol on various solid adsorbents namely, activated carbon (AC), zeolite LTL in 2 forms, K-LTL and H-LTL. This work was performed by batch adsorption techniques. The effect of adsorbent, pH and temperature were determined to find out the optimal condition. The amounts of adsorbed phenol were interpreted using Langmuir and Freundlich. K-LTL zeolite was found to be most effective for the removal of phenol than H-LTL and AC. The optimum conditions for maximum adsorption were K-LTL being used as an adsorbent, at pH 4. Moreover, it was found that the adsorption was enhanced with increasing temperature. This results showed that the K-LTL zeolite exhibit a better an adsorbent for the removal of phenol from aqueous solutions. Furthermore, thermodynamic parameters including Gibbs free energy (ΔG°), enthalpy (ΔH°) and entropy (ΔS°) were also determined. The results indicating the adsorption is spontaneous and endothermic process.

Antecedent Factors Affecting Innovation, Radical Innovation and Incremental Innovation
This article presents a construct of the antecedent factors that enhance innovation in organizations. There are eight antecedent factors which are arranged in two main levels: individual and work environment levels. The eight antecedent factors for innovation are identified, such as employee knowledge and creativity skills, employee psychological state and attitudes, organizational structure, corporate strategy and shared vision, organizational creativity climate and culture, knowledge management and learning, management and leadership, and key individuals’ roles facilitating innovation. Further, some antecedent factors are identified as having a significantly greater impact on radical innovation such as broad knowledge base; vision; slack resources; customer-related intelligence; innovation champion. And those that have more impact on incremental innovation are in-depth functional knowledge; centralization; competition-related intelligence; and orientation toward task excellence and quality.

Principal’s Bureaucratic Management Practices and Teachers’ Job Satisfaction in a City Division
This study aimed to describe the bureaucratic management practices and teachers’ job satisfaction in selected private schools in a city division. Specifically, it sought to determine the extent of bureaucratic management practices of school principals as reported by themselves and their teachers based on the underlying principles of Max Weber of his Theory of Bureaucratic Management and measure the level of job satisfaction of teachers of selected private schools in a city division in relation to Frederick Herzberg’s Two-factor theory In this study, the researchers utilized the purposive sampling technique in determining the management practices of a school principal and the level of job satisfaction among teachers in selected private school in a city division and the descriptive survey method with the use of guided survey questionnaires for the in-depth understanding of the data. Results of the study showed that among the six principles introduced by Weber both groups of respondents strongly agreed that division of labor was one of the bureaucratic management practices that was evident and highly manifested in their school while formal rules and regulations was given the least emphasis as far as management practices is concern.
The data also revealed that motivation and hygiene factors contributed to job satisfaction. The findings of the study revealed that in a bureaucracy or within a bureaucratic type of management, teachers are very satisfied in their job.

In pursuance of Section 1448, Minimum Age of Marriage clause of Thai Civil and Commercial Code B.E. 2475 which states that A marriage can take place only when the man and woman have completed their seventeenth year of age. But the Court may, in case of having appropriate reason, allow them to marry before attaining such age. Upon studying this certain Section, it is not beyond one’s comprehension that the Section looks upon marriage as an exclusively heterosexual institution and unconsciously institutes bans on same-sex marriage. Furthermore, to inflict further degradation and heap scorn on a person already injured Section 1457 also states further that “Marriage under this Code shall be effected only on registration being made.” Therefore, the same-sex couples or the group of persons subsequently known as LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender) has made an attempt to make the government to extend legal recognition to same-sex couples by working through the undeniable issue and finally legalizing same-sex marriage in order to protect their right guaranteed under the Constitution that they must be treated equally under the law regardless of gender. As a result of the unedifying spectacle of the group fights over the same-sex marriage, “the Bill of the Companion Registration B.E…..” had been proposed but not yet passed. However, I, the researcher, has a strong believe that “The Bill of Same-Sex Marriage Registration B.E. ...” should be proposed instead. The Bill will surely be seen as a pillar of State’s legal recognition to the right of same-sex couples as it specifically orders State to both issue marriage licenses to same-sex couples, and to recognize as valid marriages performed all over country. As a result, the proposed law will unequivocally guarantee that all are equal before the law and are entitled without any discrimination to equal protection of the law respecting. The principles of equality and non-discrimination and that the same-sex couples shall be entitled to a fair and impartial treating established by law. Last but not least, the laws of Thailand shall be made in pursuance of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand B.E. 2560, the supreme law of the land by the assistance of the laws of the United States.

Influences of Ammonium Nitrate on Growth and Inulin Content of Jerusalem Artichoke (Helianthus tuberosus L.) in Vitro
Jerusalem artichoke (Helianthus tuberosus L.) consists of high inulin and fructose, useful for the pharmaceuticals and chemical industries. Therefore, previous researchers have studied on the micropropagation of Jerusalem artichoke from seeds, nodes, and young leaves; effects of sugar and plant growth regulators on culture and inulin content in Jerusalem artichoke; and microtuber propagation. However, studies on the effects of ammonium nitrate (NH4NO3) on growth and biosynthesis of inulin in Jerusalem artichoke are scarce at present. Therefore, the objective of this work was to evaluate the effect of NH4NO3 on the growth of Jerusalem artichoke and its inulin content in vitro. Auxiliary meristems from the field-grown plants were cultured on MS medium containing 0, 825, 1,650, and 3,300 mg/L NH4NO3. The inulin content of plantlets was analyzed by HPLC-RID after subculturing every 4 weeks for 5 times. The results showed that shoot length, node number, leaf number, leaf width, leaf length, fresh weight, and dry weight were maximum in 3,300 mg/L NH4NO3. While shoot number and root number were best in 1,650 mg/L NH4NO3. Furthermore, the study found maximum inulin content on MS containing 1,650 mg/L NH4NO3 and higher hyperhydricity in higher concentrations of NH4NO3. Overall, MS containing 1,650 mg/L NH4NO3 showed a positive effect on vegetative growth, hyperhydricity, and inulin production of Jerusalem artichoke. It can be used as an alternative approach for propagation and inulin production from Jerusalem artichoke.
