Results reveal that transformational leadership and organisational culture significantly affect innovative work behaviors in organisations. Furthermore, knowledge sharing amongst colleagues mediates such relationships. These findings add to the study of innovative work in the logistics industry. An Exploratory Study of the Participation Stages in Trang Communities to Enhance Tourism Attractiveness
A key driving force of Thailand’s economy is the tourism and hospitality industry, in general and locally, across many varied tourism resource bases. This is especially true of community units which are ubiquitously recognized as a key element of tourism that can be utilized to improve a community’s economic status. This study aimed to explore the participation stages of the Trang community and examine the influence of community participation on tourism attractiveness. Quantitative research methods were used. We recruited 388 participants using purposive sampling in this study. The sample size consisted of Trang people over 18 years old, who had been living in the community for at least one year, and attended at least one activity provided by the community, gathered by face-to-face questionnaires. The Ordinary Least Square (OLS) was employed to test a statistical model to determine the influences of community participation on tourism attractiveness. Results revealed three explored participation stages in the context of the Trang community. In addition, the findings exhibited the positive influences of all three stages of community participation on tourism attractiveness. Community participation is an integral component of tourism development to enhance the tourism attractiveness of a community. Yet, to date, few studies have been conducted to determine community participation’s influence on tourism in the context of Trang’s communities, which have shown to be key factors for enhancing tourism in other contexts. Thus, this research intends to eliminate this gap in academic knowledge and present useful discussions of the related implications based on the findings.

Cluster-based and Diamond Model Analysis of Herbal City in Thailand: A Case Study of Surin Province
Clusters are a crucial component that helps create differentiation and competitiveness within industries at both the national and provincial levels in Thailand. This study aims to identify the components and the details of herbal cluster, and assessing the competitiveness of the herbal sector by applying the diamond model concepts in Surin province, recognized as the herbal city of Thailand. This study utilized a qualitative approach, conducting semi-structured interviews with 27 key informants selected based on their expertise or involvement in the development of the herbal sector in Surin province. The findings reveal that Surin province has elements of the diamond model, which include both factors that provide advantages and factors that hinder the development of the herbal sector in the province. Advantageous factors include natural resources, traditional herbal knowledge, the expanding and growing herbal market, a supporting business structure in the herbal sector, as well as numerous government agencies, private organizations, and supporting industries for herbal development. In contrast, several obstacles consist of the production management of herbs from upstream to downstream, business strategies to meet consumer demands, a well-integrated network system in the herbal sector, and inconsistency in policies and promotions by governmental agencies. To enhance the competitiveness of the herbal sector, policy recommendations are drawn to take immediate action to improve conditions in disadvantaged dimensions in the model.

Empowering Klong Khu Village: Leveraging Consultation Democracy and the Spirit of Community Culture for Pioneering Local Problem-Solving
In the quest to empower Klong Khu Village, this participatory action research examines an engaging story of multisectoral engagement within the community, guided by the principles of consultation democracy. The study meticulously employed four potent instruments designed to foster consultative democracy throughout distinct stages of the process: 1) Public Meetings and Forums, 2) Citizen Surveys, 3) One-on-One Interviews, 4) Community Surveys and Mapping, 5) Capacity Building, and 6) Evaluation of Consultative Initiatives. The research adopted a comprehensive approach, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative data analyses to derive meaningful insights from the application of these dynamic tools. The findings illuminate the pressing issues confronting the community, primarily revolving around two core challenges: the rampant nocturnal motorcycle rides by adolescents, disregarding the safety of lives and property, and the vexing issue of drug-related problems. Interestingly, this research underscores the instrumental role of a robust community culture. It is the binding force that fosters consensus and cultivates active participation, not only among the residents but also with relevant agencies. Through this harmonious collaboration, sustainable solutions emerge, paving the way for the village to reclaim its vitality and spirit in pioneering consultative democracy for local problem-solving. This vibrant journey showcases the remarkable power of community culture as a catalyst for transformative change.

A Systematic Review and Meta-synthesis of Indigenous Filipino Values in Educational Leadership
This systematic review and meta-synthesis investigate the Indigenous Filipino values in educational leadership in the Philippines. It explores Indigenous Filipino values in educational leadership, their implementation, the approaches, and the challenges encountered in implementing them. This review adhered to the PRISMA guidelines and utilized a research database consisting of ERIC, JSTOR, Scopus, ACI, Philippine E-Journals, and DLSU-indexed journals. The method employed the use of “keywords” and Boolean operators. The screening process entailed examining the abstracts, thoroughly reviewing the full texts of the published articles, and excluding those that did not meet the predetermined inclusion criteria. Additionally, non-English or Filipino papers were excluded. The systematic review ultimately included 26 studies from the 530 identified, focusing on educational leadership in the Philippines and engagement with Indigenous Filipino values.
The identified Filipino values were kapwa (shared identity), pakiramdam (shared inner perception), kagandahang-loob (shared humanity), kalayaan (freedom), and bahala na (determination). Their approach emphasizes collaboration, cultural responsiveness, empathy, student empowerment, critical thinking, resilience, creativity, and meeting community needs but faces challenges like colonial influences, limited cultural awareness, dominance of Western models, standardized testing, resource limitations, potential misunderstanding, and erosion of traditional values in implementing them.
The identified five Filipino values significantly impact education in the Philippines for effective leadership, promoting its potential while addressing the challenges. Future research should explore integrating Indigenous Filipino values alongside mainstream education.
