    The themes of Iqbal Rahi\u27s poetry are very wide. He has presented not only the problems of life but also the issues of social life in a unique way in his ghazals, poems and essays. The most important thing about Iqbal Rahi is that he not only writes full poetry but also recites verses and, in his poetry, not only his experiences but also social life come out in a clearer way. Iqbal Rahi\u27s ghazals are characterized by many technical and stylistic features. There is diversity in his ghazals intellectually and thematically, his ghazals reflect Islamic thought and thought as well as national and regional thought. Iqbal Rahi\u27s hymns and Naat have been reviewed on many other topics. Iqbal Rahi\u27s hymns are a beautiful expression of devotion and love to God Almighty. Naat is an Islamic and Urdu tradition, which every Various poet of the period advanced with new color and harmony, even non-Muslim poets were fluent in this genre. "Iqbal Rahi\u27s unpublished poetry" will be reviewed, while shedding light on the tradition of poems and ghazals after the establishment of Pakistan, Iqbal Rahi\u27s unpublished poetry will also be reviewed. He is a true poet. He wrote poetry on many personalities. The number of his unpublished poems is around twenty thousand, while he has written about five thousand verses and about one thousand ghazals, which will be briefly mentioned in this chapter

    Ahmad Nadeem Qasmi one of the eminent literary figure of Pakistan. He is one of those writers who had done great work in Urdu Literature. He has depicted the different real life problems of human beings in his writings. Qasmi has a unique personality in terms of fiction. His fiction is very broad in terms of themes. Qasmi has been distinguished by his idea of humanism in his writings. In Urdu (short story) Qasmi presented the dignity of human being. In fact his writings are the representation of poor and suppressed human beings. Assuredly, the subject of most ahmad nadeem qasmi’s works is the ascension of humanity and respect for humanity. In this regard his short story “I am a human being” and the poem “Man is great” are the best reflection of Qasmi’s concept of man

    Companies are continually challenged to achieve aggressive growth goals in order to remain successful in the marketplace. Higher educational institutions (HEIs) may be essential to a nation\u27s economic development in addition to spreading knowledge. academic institutions are significantly effective in gaining a competitive edge among worldwide educational institutions therefore, the present study proposes that by motivating innovative work behavior and taking care of employee workplace wellbeing, these institutes can flourish. As these factors may help an institution’s academic achievement and progress the study will examine the relationship between future work self and job-related outcomes (employee innovative work behavior and employee workplace wellbeing) explained the self-determination theory in this study, job involvement is acknowledged as the moderator in this study, with visionary leadership serving as the mediator. In this study cross-sectional data on 255 -Pakistani HEIs employees. The hypothesized model indicated that job participation influences the relationships between the future work self and employee creative work behaviour and workplace wellbeing. The study expands the factors that contribute to employee workplace wellness and emphasizes the importance of FWS in current Job-related results. We also discovered that visionary leadership improves the favourable association between future work self and job-related outcomes. This study based on self-determination theory shows the relation b/w FWS and EWB. self-regulatory theory shows FWS and IWB associated with JI mediation and VL Moderation

    Lisani Tashkeelati Tehreek was a prominent literary activity, which was presented by Iftekhar Jalib and other writers in early 60\u27s. The common perception is that Lisani Tashkeelati Tehreek was adopted from imagist movement of Ezra pound and his friend poet’s. Imagistmovement was presented in 1908 by Ezra. In this movement he claims new poetic language for modern life cycle continuing in Britain and Europe. Ezra ask English poet to avoid romantic poetry and create images of his real life. In Urdu Lisaani Tashkeelati Tehreek claims that poetic language presented by Urdu poets is worth less. It can\u27t create the real pictures of modern life that\u27s why Iftekhar Jalib says that new Urdu poet should use new words, newimages and brutal death pictures in his poetry. These two literary movement are different but imagism produced some good litreture in the form of poetry but Iftekhar and his friends couldn\u27t. This article argues about the theory of these two and try to present the real picture of both. It can help to know about the different poetical movements presented in Urdu poetry in last 50 years

    Impact of Big Five Personality Traits on Organizational Commitment in University Academia of Pakistan.

    The purpose of the present study is to examine the impact of personality traits (Agreeableness and Conscientiousness) on organizational commitment (affective commitment, continuance commitment and normative commitment). Respondents of the present study constituted University academia from three public sector Universities of Southern Punjab, Pakistan. Multiple regression analysis was performed to test the hypotheses. Results identified the significant impact of agreeableness towards the development of affective commitment and continuance commitment, however, insignificant association was recognized between agreeableness and normative commitment. Results of the study also indicated that conscientiousness have profound impact towards all three types of organizational commitment

    IDENTIFYING DETERMINANTS OF CHILD LABOR IN CHOLISTAN (PAKISTAN)

    The current study investigates the factors that lead to the employment of children in Cholistan (Pakistan). The primary goals of this research are (a) to analyse the factors that contribute to child labor in Cholistan (Pakistan), and (b) to offer acceptable techniques for how to abolish child labor in Cholistan. Both of these objectives will be accomplished via the completion of this study (Pakistan). The research is descriptive in nature, and a quantitative methodology was utilised to collect data from the participants. The method of convenience sampling was used, and it resulted in the selection of 1079 respondents out of 290 households. The Binomial Logit Model is used to perform an analysis of the data with the assistance of statistical treatment. The findings of the study indicate that over half of the children are participating in some kind of child labor activity. These findings are based on an examination of the study. The fact that the parents did not have a high level of education was the primary factor in this situation. Based on the findings of this study, the school education department in Cholistan should probably start providing amenities to the schools there
