Shakespeare’s plays have enjoyed a plethora of recurrent stagings since they first premiered, becoming part of the national identity with a staggering international appeal. These works have aged well by being adapted and readapted, transcending all possible boundaries for over 400 years, without losing their essence or relevance. It seems clear that Tolkien’s literary production is bound for the same fate, with the advantage of having so many nooks and crannies that spin-offs are currently just hampered by authorial rights. Moderating Effect of Perceived Self‑Efficacy on University Students’Self‑Regulation in Mathematics Problem Solving
Self-regulation of learning is a complex and multidimensional construct and is recognised
as a potential predictor of academic achievement in mathematics. The aim
of this study is to create and interpret a structural equation model to test whether the
perception of self-efficacy is particularly determinant in the level of self-regulation
of primary school initial trainers in mathematical problem solving. For this purpose,
a sample of 402 students from the first-year course of a Primary Education Undergraduate
Degree at University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU) was used. The
results show that the seven identified factors are coherently related to key aspects of
self-regulated learning in the context of mathematical problem solving. Similarly,
it was confirmed that the perception of self-efficacy functions as a moderator in the
level of self-regulation of students of a Primary Education Undergraduate Degree in

The role of the proteasome in T cell exhaustion: maintenance of proteostasis and therapeutic strategies to enhance cancer immunotherapy
313 p.Cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs) are one of the main immune populations responsible for attacking tumour cells. However, their activity is limited by the tumour microenvironment (TME), which is shaped by tumour cells to promote tumour growth. These adverse conditions drive T cell differentiation into exhausted T cells (TEX). Exhaustion is characterized by a reduction in proliferative potential and functional capacity, resulting in ajor challenge for the efficacy of adoptive cellulartherapies in cancer treatment.In this study, we hypothesized that TEX experience significant oxidative stress, leading to the accumulation of oxidized proteins and contributing to their differentiation into TEX. We confirmed that terminal TEX differentiation is associated with elevated levels of oxidized proteins and increased proteasome activity. Our findings suggest that enhanced proteasome activity may serve as a compensatory mechanism to manage oxidative stress in TEX. However, the physiological capacity of the proteasome is insufficient to eliminate the high burden of damaged proteins. Using pharmacological and genetic strategies, we successfully enhanced proteasome activity, which delayed T cell exhaustion and improved their fitness, resulting in superior anti-tumour control. These results indicate that the modulation of proteasome activity represents a promising strategy to counteract TME-induced T cell dysfunction, potentially overcoming a major barrier to the effectiveness of cell-based immunotherapies
La salud mental en la mujer gestante
Introducción: La salud mental es un componente esencial del bienestar general, y su
alteración puede dar lugar a trastornos mentales, especialmente frecuentes en mujeres
gestantes. Esta etapa implica numerosos cambios físicos, hormonales y emocionales que
incrementan la vulnerabilidad psicológica. A pesar de la relevancia del tema, el bienestar
mental durante la gestación suele quedar en segundo plano, dificultando una detección
precoz. Una atención inadecuada puede tener consecuencias negativas para la madre, lo
que subraya la necesidad de mejorar la atención, especialmente desde el ámbito de la
enfermería.
Objetivo: El objetivo general de este trabajo es identificar las diferentes intervenciones para
la prevención de los trastornos mentales en las mujeres en proceso de gestación.
Metodología: Para la elaboración de este trabajo, se realizó una búsqueda bibliográfica
sobre la salud mental en la mujer embarazada utilizando bases de datos, tales como
Pubmed, Dialnet, Scielo y la Biblioteca Virtual de la Salud.
Resultados: El embarazo implica cambios significativos que pueden afectar la salud mental
de la mujer, especialmente en presencia de factores como antecedentes psicológicos,
complicaciones médicas, dificultades económicas o falta de apoyo. La ansiedad del
embarazo, la tokofobia o la cibercondria pueden intensificar el malestar emocional. Para
prevenir trastornos, se destacan intervenciones como el uso de escalas de detección, el
apoyo profesional y social, el mindfulness, la terapia cognitivo-conductual y estrategias
digitales de bajo coste, que han mostrado efectividad en la promoción del bienestar durante
la gestación.
Conclusión: A lo largo del trabajo se han señalado factores de riesgo clave, como
antecedentes psicológicos, tokofobia, cibercondria, dificultades económicas o relaciones
inestables. Asimismo, se han identificado intervenciones eficaces para detectar y prevenir
trastornos mentales en el embarazo, como el uso de escalas y de diferentes terapias. La
detección temprana y la actuación profesional son esenciales para garantizar el bienestar
emocional de la gestante.

New Perspectives and Usual Challenges: Present Technologies for Document Management in Architectural Heritage Conservation-Restoration Works
[ES] La falta de documentación sobre las actividades de conservación y restauración genera situaciones problemáticas en la gestión del patrimonio. Este artículo destaca el impacto de esta deficiencia en la estandarización y el conocimiento de los procesos, así como en el desarrollo de nuevas intervenciones y la implementación de planes de conservación preventiva. El trabajo analiza la recuperación, clasificación, contextualización e interrelación de documentos dispersos mediante la estructuración de una base de datos (BD) y propone un marco conceptual que integra tres herramientas: un Catálogo de Tipologías Documentales (CTD), un entorno de trabajo colaborativo 3D generado mediante HBIM y la gestión semántica con grafos de conocimiento. A continuación, evalúa si las tecnologías propuestas cumplen con los requisitos actuales de conservación y restauración, sus características adicionales y los desafíos que presentan. Para establecer un escenario aplicable a una amplia gama de tipologías patrimoniales, se utiliza como caso de estudio la implementación en el monasterio de San Millán de la Cogolla, de Yuso. Los resultados demuestran el papel esencial del CTD en la estructuración de la información dentro de un proyecto, las posibilidades del HBIM en la visualización y el uso de datos, así como en la articulación de la colaboración entre diversas disciplinas y, en última instancia, el avance en la formalización del conocimiento mediante la gestión semántica. A pesar de estos aspectos positivos, la investigación también destaca la necesidad de mejorar en interoperabilidad, difusión y reutilización de las soluciones para garantizar su eficacia. and potential of information management systems within the context of the concerns, needs, and professional practices in conservation-restoration. To achieve this, the work explores the retrieval, classification, contextualization, and interrelation of dispersed documents through the structuring of a database (DB) and proposes a conceptual framework that integrates three
tools: a Catalogue of Document Typologies (CDT), a collaborative 3D workplace generated by Heritage Building Information Modelling (HBIM), and the semantic management through knowledge graphs—with a particular focus on how the information is generated as the result of specific actions defined and developed through projects. Next, it assesses whether the proposed technologies meet current conservation-restoration requirements, their additional features, and the challenges they present. To establish a scenario applicable to a broad range of heritage typologies, the implementation in the monastery of San Millán de la Cogolla, de Yuso (UNESCO World Heritage Site) is used as a case study. The results demonstrate the essential role
of the CDT in structuring information within a project, the advantages of HBIM in data visualization and use, as well as in fostering collaboration among diverse disciplines and, ultimately, the advancement in formalizing knowledge through semantic management. Despite these favorable aspects, the research also highlights the need to enhance the interoperability, dissemination, and reuse of solutions to ensure their effectiveness. Business Simulation Games for the Development of Decision Making: Systematic Review
Business simulation games (BSGs) are considered a useful instructional tool
to be implemented in the classroom, especially in light of new trends in education. The
key components of the paradigm are BSGs and Decision Making (DM), as the latter is
often essential to a high-quality education. Thus, over the last 10 years, efforts to find
possible methods to enhance BSG learning experiences for the development of DM in
higher education have increased. The goals of this article were to examine the effect of BSGs
on students’ DM at university, and to identify the elements that can be developed in the
BSGlearning experience to promote DM. Following PRISMA criteria, a systematic review
was carried out using Scopus, Web of Science, and ProQuest. A total of 13 of the 2897
papers that were first discovered underwent a comprehensive review, with all conclusions
and findings subjected to analysis. Following implementation, the majority of the BSG
learning experiences enhanced DM results. In summary, a few key elements have been
highlighted that must be followed to ensure the BSG learning experience helps students
foster their DM

Mitochondrial 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl-coenzyme A synthase deficiency: From metabolism to clinical implications
Purpose
Ketone bodies represent an important energy source and can contribute much to the energy supply of the brain. Mitochondrial 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl-coenzyme A synthase deficiency (HMGCS2D) is an autosomal recessive disorder of ketogenesis caused by biallelic variants in HMGCS2. Only 59 patients with this disorder have been reported so far.
Methods
We performed a comprehensive literature search to identify all published cases of HMGCS2D (n = 59). Additionally, the data of 16 patients with this disorder who are yet undescribed were collected. Clinical course, biochemical findings, and mutation data are highlighted and discussed. An overview on all HMGCS2 variants reported in patients is provided.
Results
Sixty-eight patients (91%) presented with an acute metabolic decompensation, mostly within the first year of life but beyond the neonatal period. Asymptomatic individuals were identified in several families. Six patients (8%) had died, mainly during the initial metabolic crisis. The neurologic long-term outcome of surviving patients was favorable with almost all patients (98%) showing normal development. Only 1 variant was identified to be common, (HMGCS2) NM_005518.4:c.634G>A p.(Gly212Arg), and found in 6 families. No genotype-phenotype correlation can be established.
Conclusion

Lattice thermal conductivity in the anharmonic overdamped regime
In crystalline materials, low lattice thermal conductivity is often associated with strong anharmonicity, causing significant deviations from the expected Lorentzian lineshape of phonon spectral functions. These deviations, occurring in an overdamped regime, raise questions about the applicability of the Boltzmann transport equation. Furthermore, strong anharmonicity can trigger structural phase transitions with temperature that cannot be adequately described by the standard harmonic approximation. To address these challenges, we propose an approach for computing lattice thermal conductivity. Our method combines the Green-Kubo linear response theory with the stochastic self-consistent harmonic approximation. The latter describes the temperature-dependent evolution of the crystal structure, including first- and second-order phase transitions, as well as the vibrational properties in highly anharmonic materials. The Green-Kubo method considers the full lineshapes of phonon spectral functions in the calculation of lattice thermal conductivity, thus eliminating the questionable use of phonon lifetimes in the overdamped regime and naturally including coherent transport effects. Additionally, we extend our theory to model complex dynamical lattice thermal conductivity, enhancing understanding of time-dependent thermoreflectance experiments. As a practical application, we employ this approach to calculate lattice thermal conductivity of CsPbBr3, a complex crystal known for its anomalous thermal transport behavior and a complex phase diagram.
