    Distributed Denial-of-Service (DDoS) is one of network attack technique which increased every year, especially in both of intensity and volume. DDoS attacks are still one of the world's major Internet threats and become a major problem of cyber-world security. Research in this paper aims to establish a new approach on network packets classification, which can be a basis for framework development on Distributed Denial-of-Service (DDoS) attack detection systems. The proposed approach to solving the problem on network packet classification is by combining statistical data quantification methods with neural network methods. Based on the test, it is found that the average percentage of neural network classification accuracy against network data packet is 92.99%

    Students are late to school showed a lack of awareness about discipline. The teachers who handle the student late are created the tacit knowledge. This paper applied explore, elaborate and execute technique to capture the knowledge. The purpose is to documenting and stored it as a wealth of school knowledge by create a model in knowledge capture. The model of knowledge capture can be an indicator in capturing and documenting knowledge process so it will be good impact when handling the students late. The result showed the model of knowledge capture was created based on three step explore, elaborate and execute with the factors who cause students late. The use of technology have not technofull applicable in process to capturing knowledge except in documenting and storage process, allow to presence a utilization technology design in capturing knowledge on future research

    The fingerprint is one of the biometric methods which is can be used in the education field. Attendance monitoring system using fingerprint will make the leaders easily to monitor the attendance of the lecturer and to make decisions. The fingerprint attendance is used to easy students detecting quickly and accurately the lecturer in the classroom. This system aims to provide the lecturer status information, entry or exit for teaching when every lecturer performs a fingerprint scanning. This study uses rapid application development (RAD) method to develop attendance system and involves the lecturer who have a teaching schedule in the current semester. To test the system, the lecturer was required to record the fingerprint in fingerprint machine. The result shows that the application of lecturer attendance in real time web-based can be a system provides the lecturers attendance information effectively and efficiently

    Pura Bangunan Unit of PT. Pura Barutama has responsibilities to handle new building construction and renovation of old buildings. The procedure of requesting memo to do that tasks are still processed by requesting to Pura Bangunan Unit to create a new memo. In addition, the project management process is often inaccurate and not real time. It is inefficient and ineffective because requesting memo takes 1-2 days. Sometimes, the collected requesting memo files are missing, and monitoring results are not optimal. This research will design and implement the management project application using CodeIgniter and Bootstrap framework. The results showed that the application helps and accelerates all units of PT. Pura Barutama to request a memo faster. Moreover, the memo requesting files can be stored safely and project management process can be done gradually, so that the monitoring results are accurate and real time. CodeIgniter framework made the code more simple and save. The use of Bootstrap also made this application accessible in a variety of screen sizes including on screen tablets and smartphones by providing responsive displays

The results showed that the Android-based news application as a news data processing process that occurred in Labuhanbatu Regency could be done quickly, efficiently and economically; Then the results also show that processing news data from online media on the application facilitates work processes that can improve agency performance

    Achievement of the quality of Performance of Higher Education (PT) can be seen from the achievement of the accredited rating of the study program and the accreditation rating of PT based on PermenRistek no. 32 Year 2016 on the Accreditation of Study Program and PT. The purpose of this research is to know the design of performance measurement system of PT the komperhenship. This study used the Academic Scorecard Method in combination with PermenRistek No. 44 Year 2015 on the National Standards of Higher Education to determine the content of each Cluster, while the stage of data processing and weighting of the design of PT performance measurement system using Analytic Network Process Method - ANP. Expert respondents numbered seven people who understand about performance measurement system of PT. The results of this study there are 3 stages in the design of performance measurement system of PT the komperhenship consisting of: 1). Input Stages contribute 68.72%, while this stage is divided into Cluster People consisting of three Higher Education Standards with a weight value of 52.54% and Cluster Resources consisting of six Standards of Higher Education with a weight value of 16.18%. 2). In-process stages that contribute 23.52%, while this stage is a Cluster Activities consisting of nine Standards of Higher Education. 3). Stages Output that contribute of 7.76%, while this stage is Cluster Output consisting of six Standards of Higher Education

    Information Technology has provided an important role as a communication medium to support the business processes of industry / companies, government agencies, and educational institutions. One form of utilization of information technology is as a media Decision support system (DSS) that can be used to assist decision-making for a leader. Decision Support System (DSS) is an interactive information system that provides information, modeling, and data manipulation. The system is used to assist decision making in semi-structured situations and structured situations, where nobody knows exactly how decisions should be made. At this time the process of employee selection on the PNC is still done conventionally, causing several problems, among others: 1)Often miscalculated value skors, 2)Factors like and dislike very high, 3)Sometimes the leadership has difficulty when determining the right employee to be accepted based on predetermined criteria. Looking at the existing problems, it is necessary to develop Decision Support System (Decision Support System) that can help the leadership of Cilacap State Polytechnic to determine the result of new Employee selection in Cilacap State Polytechnic environment based on predetermined criteria. The system was developed using the Exponential Comparison Method (MPE) ". The assessment standards used include: completeness of administrative documents, Skor of Basic Field, English Test, Competence Testing of Theory Field, Competence Test of Practice Field, and interview test which is given the weight of each value.     Milk powder is a processed product that the quality has been maintained by factory. Perishable product and easily reacting with other substances made milk easily changing the purity of milk. The effect of temperature, humidity, contact with other material, the growth of spore B. cereus and C. perfringens. The content of oxygen, peroxide numbers, water content so the effect is in the form of lumps, color changes and flecks of milk powder that can appear the green or gray colour in the milk powder. This paper studied the using of adaptive control algorithm on implementation of milk powder storage and serial interface to sent distributed data that can be saved in database, so the quality of milk powder still in a good condition even though the case is open or closed and the growth of bacteria can be controlled also the changes of milk powder condition can be monitored. The design can also be made for any type of milk powder media test because the control facility can be optimized on the system and record data can be stored in database. The result of this method the control not only inside in the media but also in outer box of storage media so the changes environment control on inner box more smooth with direct control and the effect of lump can be reduced

    Prediksi Pergerakan Harga Valas Menggunakan Algoritma Neural Network

    World currency market trading has become one of the many types of work that has been done by the public due to the convenience offered, big profits and the flexibility of time and place in trading. This study aims to predict the movement of EUR / USD currency trends using data mining techniques combined with neural network algorithms compared by linear regression algorithm that can be used as one of the references for traders as an open trading position. Attributes were used in this study namely Open (Opening Price), Close (Closing Price), Highest (Highest Price), Lowest (Lowest Price), for time frame price used is with time frame 1 day and the time period is taken from 3 January 2011 to 15 November 2016. The result of this research is Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE) percentage number as well as additional label prediction result that obtained after validation using sliding windows validation. Best result obtained from testing phase using neural network algorithm which uses 0.006 and 0.003 windowing which results is equal to testing phase that does not use windowing. In other hands, testing phase on linear regression algorithm using windowing resulted in 0.007 and testing phase that does not use windowing that is equal to 0.004. T-test showed that neural network has insignificant result compared with linear regression. T-test result value is 1.00 for testing with windowing and 0.077 for windowless test
