    A Comparison of Text Classification Methods k-NN, Naïve Bayes, and Support Vector Machine for News Classification

    In this era, a rapid thriving Internet occasionally complicates users to retrieve news category furthermore if there are plentiful of news to be categorized. News categorization is a technique can be used to retrieve a category of news which gives easiness for users. Internet has vast amounts of information especially at news. Therefore, accurate and speedy access is becoming ever more difficult. This paper compares a news categorization using k-Nearest Neighbor, Naive Bayes and Support Vector Machine. Using vary of variables and through a several steps of preprocessing which proving k-Nearest Neighbor is producing a capable accuracy competes with Support Vector Machine whereas Naive Bayes producing just an average result, not as good as k-Nearest Neighbor and Support Vector Machine yet as bad as k-Nearest Neighbor and Support Vector Machine ever reach. As the results, k-Nearest Neighbor using correlation measurement type produces the best result of this experiment.

    A book is a reading tool for everyone, it is very important for an institution to keep knowledge going and generate new knowledge. In the library of the Faculty of Computer Science Unsika, one of the obstacles that is the library space where the books are less adequate and difficult to find the title of research for final students because the title should not be the same. Development of a library with Document Management System based is a method in solving the problem, it is expected to provide solutions in achieving a document management. Can accommodate all books uploaded by users, given permissions and speed in the deployment to all users. Development of this modeling tool using the method. Which is in accordance with the wishes of customers. Database storage using MySQL, Object Oriented Programming (OOP) programming language using the Code Igniter (CI) framework. Based on the results of simple random sampling of 35 respondents 86.80% say agree to the digital library. the concept of document management system required large storage media, server and good local connectivity. This function can also be a stepping stone to do research

    Lack of information about the posision of a place and find the best route to get to a destination is complicated, especially looking for a route in finding a parking space. Unavailability of applications that provide information and navigate parking users to find the best route in realtime is a problem that must be answered. Dijkstra's algorithm is one method of solving problems in finding the best route. The Dijkstra algorithm has compared the possible routes to be traversed and calculated every possible distance. The route with the shortest distance would be the best choice This application was built using an Android-based Geographic Information System that utilizes the Google Maps feature as a parking user interface service. This study uses the Java programming language with Android Studio as an IDE (Integrated Development Environment) and the prototyping model is used in developing problem solving and using UML (Unified Modeling Language) as a system design tool. The results that have been achieved from this research is that Dijkstra's algorithm can answer the problem faced by providing the best route navigation from the user's location to the parking lot at the destinatio

    In the current era with the help of IT devices can be done more quickly, effectively and efficiently. Good collaboration between brainware, software and hardware, will produce the expected work performance and response. The Windows operating system, when loading applications, analyzes the files used during startup and what applications are running, then create index files and save them in HDD. With the Windows index can load applications faster. Windows 7 will crack the activity, and the mapping will be reused while loading the HDD app so it will speed up system performance, try to load this application by using 3 prefetch files network method by disabling prefetch, clear prefetch and prefetch activation. Recording time required in HDD application load on Windows operating system with Prefetch Files, in a WMPLAYER.EXE application with 61,800 milliseconds, WORDPAD.EXE record time of 77,367 milliseconds, and CHROME.EXE with the record time of 904,400 milliseconds. Pada Using Prefetch Files then the load time of the HDD app will be faster than without using Prefetch Files or by removing Prefetch Files

    The rise of internet usage especially in social media such as Twitter make a possibility to analyze an existing conversations and derived it to various conversation theme. The data was obtained from the Twitter conversation using text mining that is a "national exam" using the National #ujian, #unas, and #ujianan hastags. Twitter API was used to extract tweet data. This research use the naive bayesian access method to view communication forms based on users and applications. Based on calculation this research obtain a 0.278 result that most of Twitter users (users) are being from @kabarDiknas. The data that used in this research are taken from is a twitter conversation about the “ujian nasional” in 2016

Knowledge is a science that a person has acquired where the knowledge takes a long time to get it, sometimes someone with knowledge needs to store that knowledge, there are many methods in storing knowledge, from noting to books, videos and even giving it to someone else, but the method takes a long time, the expert system can be one solution in the knowledge where the expert system is a system that can be incorporated knowledge and store knowledge in the system, there are many expert system methods such as expert system method using Certainty Factor algorithm and algorithm Decision Tree. In the problem taken is to analyze, where asthma disease is the five largest disease that causes death in the world that varies between 6-30% (around 16.5%). In making the system using the waterfall model procedure and the program created using web display for admin management and display android device for user interface, the purpose of which is done in this research is with the application of expert systems and artificial intelligence, users or community will be knowing way and first handling in overcoming the asthma disease where the implementation of applications based on android smartphone, which can be used anywhere

This research aimed to simulate falsified image detection, utilizing developed error level analysis method. The output of this research is a decision whether an image is authentic one or falsified one. From the testing phase, it can be concluded that the developed method error level analysis method resulted a good detection accuracy
