    Geospatial data on land use changes within the Bagno Chlebowo peatland

    This dataset contains the results of Land Use/Land Cover changes (LULC) analysis within the Bagno Chlebowo peatland (52°43&#39;54&#39;&#39;N, 16°44&#39;7&#39;&#39;E). Data was created as a result of analysis of archival and contemporary cartographic materials (Ur-messtischblatt maps, sheet 1713 from 1832; Messtischblatt from 1892, Polajewo sheet) and the BDOT10k geospatial database (from 2020).The data was created in GIS software and may be displayed, validated, and edited in an open software, e.g., QGIS.The dataset contains the following LULC classes: wetland, forest, open water, open area, and streams.The shx, dbf, cpg, prj, and qmd are supported by the open QGIS software and are auxiliary files for the correct operation of the shp file. The final results of the spatial analysis are displayed in LULC1823-2020.pdf.</p

    The research data is related to the project &#34;From lipids to lymphocytes: research on the role of lipidomics and checkpoints in primary glomerulopathies,&#34; funded by National Science Centre (Poland) under the MINIATURA 8 call (no. 2024/08/X/NZ5/00659).The dataset contains plasma lipid profile results from patients and control subjects obtained using LC-MS/MS. It includes panels for acylcarnitines, cholesterol esters, di- and triacylglycerols, and glycerophospholipids (including lysophosphatidylcholine and phosphatidylcholine, including ether forms). Each result is accompanied by a quality status (e.g., Valid, &lt;LLOQ, &lt;LOD, &gt;ULOQ).The data are organized in a &#34;one sample &#61; one row&#34; format, with fields identifying the sample and group. The dataset is designed for comparative analyses, biomarker discovery, and integration with immunological data in primary glomerulopathies.Method Information: Assays were performed using the AbsoluteIDQ® p400 HR kit (Biocrates Life Sciences AG, Innsbruck, Austria).     The package contains dataset to article entitled &#34;Effect of base electrolyte on mechanism of incorporation of ZnO nanoparticles into MAO coating fabricated on titanium&#34;The files present the results of investigations of titanium oxide coatings fabricated with micro-arc oxidation method by using silicate-based and phosphate-based electrolytes with suspended ZnO nanoparticles performed with scanning (SEM) and transmission electron microscopes (TEM), scratch tester, Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer (Zn ions release), X-ray photoelectron spectrometer (chemical analysis) as well as X-ray diffractometer (XRD; phase analysis). The files contain photographs of the samples surface topography, cross-sections/microstructures, chemical analysis of elements distribution, plots of Zn ions release and XRD patterns.This data is presented in the form of .tiff/.jpg/.bmp files readable with popular computer programs like IrfanView, .opju files readable with OriginLab and .xlsx files readable with e.g. Microsoft Excel.</p

    Microscopic data of heme iron particles obtained by optical microscope, digital microscop, scanning electron microscope.The files present microscopic images of solid iron particles:APROFER1000APROTHEMSee details here: https://doi.org/10.1515/rams-2023-0128The images were converted into JPEG format using dedicated software.Details of devices:Optical microscope imaging:- stereo microscope ZEISS Stemi 305 (Zeiss, Shanghai, China) equipped with color camera Axiocam 208 (Zeiss, China)- inverted microscope ZEISS AxioVert.A1 (Zeiss, Shanghai, China) equipped with color camera Axiocam 208 (Zeiss, China) was applied. For imaging in fluorescent mode, a Colibri 5 system LED light with green LED λ &#61; 555 nm was applied. LD A-Plan 20×/0.35 (air) and LD A-Planx40/0.55 ph1 (air) objectives were used. The solid particles were placed directly on the microscopic glass without additional preparation.For the presentation, the resolution of the images was adjusted using ZEN3.1 software (Zeiss, Jena, Germany).Digital microscope (DM)- Keyence VHX-7000 series with fully integrated objective head VHX-7100. The 3D profiles were obtained using dedicated software.Scanning electron microscope:- Mira 3 FEG SEM (Tescan, Czech Rep.). The electrons were generated by a ZrO/W Schottky field emitter gun (Denka, Japan) and accelerated by a high voltage of 12 kV. For image acquisition, an in-beam SE detector was used.The particle size and structure were evaluated for possible applications in emulsion systems. The concept of the emulsion based on hemp seed oil might impact the solid particle dispersion in a total volume of the emulsion samples. It could prevent and decrease the sedimentation process of large particles. This effect might be significant for dosage improvements of drug/food supplements dispersion with large solid particles.Data contains a ReadMe.txt file.</p

    Environmental Performance of European Union EMAS-Registered Organizations

    The dataset contains data on survey questionnaire related to environmental performance, goals and indicators in EMAS-Registered Organizations in the European Union. The survey was conducted on a sample of EMAS-Registered Organizations from Germany, Italy, Spain, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, France, Netherlands, Cyprus, Hungary, Czech Republic and Denmark. The sample size was calculated for the population of all EMAS-registered organizations, which was N &#61; 3,951 at the time of research. With a 95% confidence level and a maximum error of 5%, the minimum sample size was set at n &#61; 250. The questionnaire was sent to all EMAS-registered organizations and the actual responses reached n &#61; 297.Zbiór danych zawiera dane z kwestionariusza ankiety dotyczącej efektywności środowiskowej, celów i wskaźników w organizacjach zarejestrowanych w EMAS w Unii Europejskiej. Badanie zostało przeprowadzone na próbie organizacji zarejestrowanych w EMAS z Niemiec, Włoch, Hiszpanii, Austrii, Polski, Portugalii, Słowacji, Francji, Holandii, Cypru, Węgier, Czech i Danii. Wielkość próby została obliczona dla populacji wszystkich organizacji zarejestrowanych w EMAS, która w momencie badania wynosiła N &#61; 3 951. Przy poziomie ufności 95% i maksymalnym błędzie 5%, minimalną wielkość próby ustalono na n &#61; 250. Kwestionariusz został wysłany do wszystkich organizacji zarejestrowanych w EMAS, a rzeczywiste odpowiedzi wyniosły n &#61; 297.</p

    Luminescence of CsI:Na crystal scintillator under synchrotron radiation excitation

    This work investigates the luminescence properties and energetic structure of emission centers created by NaCs isoelectronic impurities in a well-known CsI:Na scintillation crystal. Using synchrotron radiation excitation at 8 K, high-resolution spectroscopic techniques were employed to probe the electronic transitions and luminescent dynamics within the crystal. The study reveals distinct emission bands that can be attributed to both self-trapped exciton (STE) states and excitons bound to NaCs and defect-related centers, with a clear separation between fast and slow decay components. These findings provide deeper insight into how the NaCs impurity alters the emission behaviour of the CsI host, including modifications to energy transfer and relaxation processes</p

    Interaction between thiopolysulfides with cell cycle regulators

    [ENG:]The database contains voltammograms recorded using square wave voltammetry (SWV) for diadenosine triphosphate (Ap3A) and diadenosine tetraphosphate (Ap4A) electrostatically deposited on the surface of the working electrode, and then exposed to solutions of allicin and S-allylcysteine of various concentrations. Detailed information on concentrations can be found in the &#34;ReadMe&#34; file.The data were recorded using a three-electrode system consisting of a working electrode – a carbon paste electrode, an AgCl reference electrode and a measuring electrode Pt. Ap3A and Ap4A molecules were deposited on the outer layer of the working electrode using the &#43;0.5V potential.The files contain recorded signals in the form of current [μA] as a function of the gradually changing potential [V], corrected against the base signal – the background of the phosphate buffer used for research.[PL:]Baza zawiera woltamperogramy zarejestrowane techniką woltamperometrii fali prostokątnej (SWV) dla diadenozynotrifosforanu (Ap3A) oraz diadenozynotetrafosforanu (Ap4A) osadzonych elektrostatycznie na powierzchni elektrody pracującej, a następnie poddane ekspozycji na roztwory allicyny oraz S-allilocysteiny o różnych stężeniach. Szczegółowe informacje na temat stężeń można znaleźć w pliku „ReadMe”.Dane zarejestrowano przy pomocy układu trójelektrodowego składającego się z elektrody pracującej – elektrody z pasty węglowej, elektrody referencyjnej AgCl oraz elektrody pomiarowej Pt. Cząsteczki Ap3A oraz Ap4A osadzano na powierzchni elektrody pracującej przy pomocy potencjału &#43;0,5V.Pliki zawierają zarejestrowane sygnały w postaci natężenia prądu [μA] jako funkcję stopniowo zmieniającego się potencjału [V], skorygowane o sygnał bazowy – tło buforu fosforanowego używanego do badań.</p
