Study of the Impact of the Algerian Consumer Awareness about Condor Brand on its Image Building
No full textThe aim of this study is to explore the impact of the Algerian consumer Awareness about Condor Brand on its image building using its three dimensions (Cognitive component, Affective component, and the behavioral component). To achieve this goal, the researchers conducted a survey study by distributing a questionnaire on a convenient sample of 700 Algerian respondents in order to test the hypotheses of the study. For this purpose, a number of statistical methods were used: the analysis of variance and linear regression using the SPSS program. The study reached a number of results, where the most important were: * There is a statistical significant impact of Condor Brand Awareness on its image; * There are no significant differences in Condor Brand Awareness from the Algerian consumers\u27 perspective according to their gender, while there are significant differences according to their age, income and educational level; * There are no significant differences in Condor brand image according to gender, age, income and educational level

No full textLes progiciels de gestion intégrée sont imposés comme un nouveau défi pour l’amélioration des activités de l’entreprise, et doivent être harmonisées aux objectifs stratégiques de l’entreprise pour fournir un véritable levier, cela permet à l’entreprise d’acquérir un avantage concurrentiel durable et défendable. L’implémentation d’un progiciel de gestion intégrée représente une maitrise d’un facteur clé de succès, étant donnée dans notre cas que l’entreprise en question est l’unique au marché qui détient ce type d’ERP. L’intégration d’un ERP pour le management de la Chain logistique a une influence directe sur les coûts ou la différenciation, il intervient dans l’avantage concurrentiel en modifiant les autres facteurs d’évolution des coûts ou d’unicité. Du fait de ce rôle majeur dans l’obtention d’un avantage concurrentiel et dans la satisfaction des clients, il permet également l’amélioration du processus de distribution ainsi que le gain du temps lié à chaque opération. No full textThe study aims at identifying the current situation of adopting the quality standards of scientific research which are outlined in the new national guide for internal quality formulated by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in Algerian universities. The study approached this issue from the point of view of the teaching staff. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was administered to some faculty members at the University of Adrar while ensuring that all five faculties are represented. The goal was to survey their views on the availability of quality requirements for scientific research. The statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) was used to analyze the questionnaire data and test the hypotheses. Based on the views of the surveyed participants, the study found that there is a poor implementation of the quality assurance requirements of the scientific research - as stated in the new quality manual - in the Algerian universities. The study recommends raising awareness of the importance of the quality of scientific research to improve the ranking of Algerian universities, developing effective mechanisms to improve scientific research, especially in terms of organization and structure, as well as building scientific partnerships for the sake of appreciating the value of scientific research
