The use of financial futures contracts for speculative purposes (Applied study in the Iraqi banking sector)
As a result of significant developments in the stock and foreign exchange markets over the past 25 years andthe risks involved, these developments have pushed towards the adoption of financial futures contracts toavoid these risks, usually used to sell and sell an existing one at an agreed price and at a fixed date in Thefuture, and the basis of this contract, is that the asset and quantity are agreed upon upon the signing of thecontract, with the payment of the price being executed and the agreed asset delivered in the future. In viewof the intellectual contemporary of this subject and the scientific study it deserves in depth, this study cameto address the topic in its intellectual, cognitive and applied dimensions and accordingly it has defined thetheoretical and practical framework. Financial futures contracts are one of the most important types offinancial engineering in which it gives the investor important opportunities to reduce the risks to which it isexposed by replacing a certain existing with another at a certain price and at a specific date or before aspecific date in the future. The difficulties of financing economic projects through bank borrowing are the most important factors that led to the emergence of leasing as a financing method, which varies after it appears in response to the diversification of the financial needs of the economic institution. Leasing has seen considerable prosperity because of its importance in overcoming the most important difficulties of bank financing; which is mainly the problem of slow procedures for obtaining the loan, and guarantees for this, and partial funding. This technique was adopted as a means of financing investment in Algeria in 1996 under Ordinance No. 96-90 on rental dependence. The impact of fiscal and monetary policy on economic growth: Econometric study for the case of Algeria (2000-2018)
The objective of this research paper is to highlight the impact of monetary and fiscal policy on economic growth in Algeria, during the period (Q2000: Q4 2018) using the error correction model which includes the following variables: gross domestic product, money supply, public expenditures and the price of oil.
the results of analysis of the impulse response functions have shown that an unexpected shock in the money supply would always a positive effect on the gross domestic product, on the other hand an unexpected shock of public expenditure still has a positive effect on GDP, but with a weak response, which means that the adoption by the Algerian authorities of a Keynesian fiscal policy did not stimulate economic growth during this period, and that most public investment projects that were launched to develop the country\u27s infrastructure did not seem yet their results , because they appear in the long term

Being a key concept in the field of language learning, autonomy forms the nucleus of the teaching/learning process (TLP). The learner-centered approach considers the learner as the main actor in class, and the most responsible figure for the whole process of teaching and learning. It is generally believed that learners depend more on themselves when the learning context provides opportunities and activities that meet their needs. Encouraging and incorporating elements that help in creating more autonomous language classrooms is reported to promote learning outcomes. In the present paper, the focus is put on investigating teachers’ awareness and encouragement of autonomous learning. In addition, the attempt is equally concerned with exploring their beliefs about the role of learning autonomy in fostering learning outcomes. The Banking Control Committee was established in the early 1970s and, through itsreports, seeks to strengthen the rigidity of financial stability and harmonize national regulatory systems andpractices. The study aims at presenting the extent to which the Iraqi banks comply with Basel III standardsin measuring financial risks, which improves the quality of financial reports and the information they reflectto users and customers. The conclusions of the study is the weakness of the investment resources of thebank while affecting the operational performance, which is the existence of a suitable security unit foraccounting information if it was used predicatively, but it refers to the weakness of the investment power ofbanks and the operation of depositors funds in a good way.s study aims at highlighting the role played by green marketing in supporting the social responsibility ofeconomic enterprises as they have common objectives that serve the interests of societies. The study aims to reveal and identify the position of industry in the Algerian economy for itsgreat importance in developing the economic wheel. To fulfill this aim, therefore, data o aneconomic indicators during 2007-2016 were analyzed to figure their contribution. The resultscame out that industry has a considerable contribution to the gross domestic product” GDP “andthe added value whereas its modest participation in the labor force showed no more than 30%.However, these contributions cannot be considered real because the extractive industry dominatesthe industrial sector in Algeria and it is considered the mainstay of the Algerian economy, thus itmakes it vulnerable to crises due to changes in oil prices

The aim of this study is to draw up an inventory of women-owned businesses in theprovince of Tipaza. In fact, we collected data about women entrepreneurs from variouspublic bodies charged of management and business registration (Andi, Cnac, Angem,Ansej, Cnrc and Casnos) in Tipaza. The results show that the creation rate of womenownedbusinesses is very low at all public bodies. In addition, the women-ownedbusinesses are mostly activating in the service sector and also very small
