The Social Management of Human Resources in Organisations
No full textThis study aims to show the social role of human resources function in the institution which believes that the person is a strategic partner and a source of its distinction and its ability to realize unprecedented achievements.
As a member of the community it is required to commit social and ethical responsibilities towards human resources in all the stages going through, either when applying for a job in the institution as shown attract and selection processes, or in recruitment when its shown by extent of security and safety at work, health care, fair salary, leadership and supervision type, recognition and appreciation, giving opportunities for learning, encouraging progress and creativity, or at the end of career life cycle and separation from work.
 
Trade between Algeria and the European Union

They are currently characterized by regional agreements, or bilateral agreements.Algeria, which is relatively well endowed with labor, and certain natural resources (gas,oil), essentially trade with the European Union, which is relatively well endowed withcapital. So it is beneficial for Algeria to specialize in the production of the goods neededfor labor, and to import goods endowed with capital from Europe. In order to try toanalyze these questions we will present in the first part the trade of Algeria with the EU,which we will see the structure of trade, and understand the role of oil in these exchanges

Regulating the building of contracts in the Islamic economy
No full textContracting is considered one of the foundations of the economic construction of trade exchanges in countries, and since its construction on solid foundations is a cause for economic and social advancement, Islamic legislation has been keen on the proper construction of the contract. The study sought to clarify the wisdom of restricting some contracts in economic activity. The study concluded that the construction of contracts in the Islamic economy has laid the foundations of justice and charity between the two parties to the contract, and that legislation excluded types of contracts due to their negative role in economic activity, and the study showed the wisdom of preventing some contracts and other legislation because of the achievement of the interests of the contractors and an affirmation of the purposes of the Sharia.

It was concluded that the General Directorate of Taxes had undertaken several reforms in the legislativeside as well as the structural side that had a positive impact on the cost-effectiveness and effectiveness of theAlgerian tax system, but it is not sufficient, it must be accompanied by special reforms at the level of thebanking system and the Algerian stock exchange and several laws that are fully related to the tax system

Their importance is the mutual exchange of these individuals for the continuation of this social bond But it may be strengthened and weakened by some changes to society such as social change, as confirmed by the early socialists such as Ibn Khaldun, Durkheim, Ferdinand Tunis, Louis Wirth and Charles Cooley. Social of piety in certain groups or communities and weaken the other and up to disintegration in some developed societies, because of the tyranny of individualism, rationality and special interests and causes of course vary from one environment to another. Based on the above, we seek through this article to analyze the different sociological approaches that dealt with the social association, especially the Western societies.

No full textThe purpose of this research is to analyze the issues and challenges that Algerian agrifood companies face, but also to determine to what extent the quality management applied in them contributes to their profitability.The working methodologie is based on sample surveys on a sample of Algerian agifood companies, for this the survey tool used was the questionnaire that was processed by EXCEL.Our main results are that the benefit of managers with regard to certification is quite positive for Algerian agrifood companies
