No full textThis paper studies the Theories of Translation and in particular Idiomatic Translation. This humble research also studies the threads that a translator must weave together so as to realize a readable and comprehensible translated text. A translator, therefore, must translate the text/idiom from the source language (SL) into the target language (TL) preserving fidelity to both languages. This paper also discusses the main points that cause a target text (TT) to be weak, along with the methods that must be followed and applied to make it as efficient as the source text (ST). The problem of translating idioms was also discussed within sociological, social, and scientific frames and contexts, alongside its reasons and suggested solution

No full textThis study aimed to try to clarify the role of the agricultural sector in achieving sustainable development, by studying the case of Saida Province (Algeria), and to clarify the developmental characteristics of the state by classifying its municipalities consisting of (16) municipalities, using the method of exploratory factor analysis (EFA), and Depending on (18) variables during the year 2018.
The study concluded that Saida Province is primarily an agricultural region, as its municipalities were divided into three activities: agricultural, pastoral and urban, and hence the necessity of focusing this state in its local development policy on the agricultural sector. This is due to the great role it plays in driving economic development and achieving sustainable development

Through this study, we can see the positive impact of entrepreneurship and small and medium enterprises on the renewal of the enterprises tissue, the labors creation and their prominence as a solution to unemployment’s problems. It also contributes to social development, by its equitable distribution of incomes comparing with big firms institutions, thus reducing poverty. It was also found that it greatly affects of exports by subsidizing them and filling part of the needs of domestic demand

The study found that the higher education sector in Algeria is trying to adapt to the environmental changes taking place as a result of the developments that have imposed on universities contributing to the knowledge society by creating relationships with various government and industry agencies to support graduates and instill a spirit of creativity and innovation and push them to participate in social and economic development through the various facilities that It is established by the university in the framework of cooperative relations
