The Ideologizing of the Historical Event in the Novel “Kitab El Amir” by Wasini Al-Araj

    No full text
Many critics have read the Arabic historical novel and focused on the relationship between the narrative and historical sides of the novel and the extent of their interaction. These critics agreed on distinguishing between the real and imaginary dimensions in this novel because of its transgression of the realistic dimension. In this paper, we try to identify the implicit ideological pattern that was included in this transgression (bypassing the real dimension of the novel to account for the imaginary dimension in it) and directed it to the ideologicalization of the historical event in the novel “Kitab el Amir” by novelist Wasini Al-Araj. This led to breaching the horizon of waiting for the reader who had a preconceived picture about the events in Algeria at the time of Emir Abdelkader

Hydromagnetic nanofluid flow with Lorentz force, viscous dissipation, Dufour effect, first-order chemical reaction and unsteadiness

The objective of the study was to investigate hydromagnetic nanofluid flow with Lorentz force, viscous dissipation, Dufour effects, first order chemical reaction and unsteadiness and considering the flow between parallel plates by formulating necessary mathematical model. The study considers the dynamic viscosity and thermal conductivity of the fluid as temperature-dependent variables. The fluid is assumed to be incompressible in terms of density, and the influence of gravitational effects is deemed negligible. The governing equations for the non-Newtonian nanofluid flow, including the continuity, Navier-Stokes, energy, magnetic induction, and concentration equations, have been formulated and transformed into their non-dimensional form. Finite difference numerical approximation method has been used to approximate the systems of the governing equations in different forms. The profiles of the flow variables have been presented and analyzed. The results indicate that an increase in the thermophoresis parameter enhances the species concentration, whereas higher Schmidt numbers and chemical reaction parameters lead to a reduction in concentration profiles. Additionally, magnetic induction profiles increase with a higher Reynolds number but decrease with an increasing magnetic Prandtl number. Temperature and velocity profiles increase with an increase in Reynolds number. The study is essential in the improvements of both heat and mass transfers

An Assessment of the Libyan Oil and Gas Industry\u27s Adoption of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs)

    No full text
This research discusses the background of IFRS and how international organizations might help to promote the implementation of IFRS., and the progress of accounting. It discusses the pros and cons of adopting IFRS in industrialized countries. By focusing on Libya\u27s decision to implement IFRS for its extractive industry, the study advances our understanding, a topic that has not before been investigated, and how to better comprehend the possible advantages and obstacles to IFRS adoption in developing countries. Also study aims to comprehend the variables, both internal and external influencing the sector transition to IFRS. The current assessment gave a general overview of the environment.       Furthermore, the unions in accounting and groups that the previous government had established had no interest in advancing accounting standards and procedures because they were quite political in nature. As a result, accounting education and training programs were either inadequate or non-existent. &nbsp

Impact of financial structure (Banks & Markets based) and economic growth: An Econometric Study for a sample of 85 countries over the Period (1990-2020)

    No full text
Various arguments have been advanced by policymakers and economists concerning the relevance of bank-based and market-based structure in explaining the economic growth. The aim of this study is examine the finance-growth nexus, based on structure categories. To estimate the impact of financial structure (bank-based and market-based) on economic growth in 85 countries during the period from 1990 to 2020, the paper uses a Cross-country data.  The results of the study confirm that there is no effect for the bank-based or market-based views financial structure on economic growth. Rather the study opined that it is the provision of financial services (combination of banks and financial markets) has a positive impact on the economic growth

The investment projects of the construction enterprises are one of the most important pillars of development in the economic and social field. They contribute significantly to the construction of infrastructure through the construction of roads and the construction of residential and service structures such as hotels ... as well as the employment of individuals in various activities, which means providing income for these and thus reducing unemployment Relatively speaking, the Algerian Sahara is considered a tourist area with excellence due to its natural and cultural attractions. However, it has not received sufficient attention in the field of tourism investment by the contracting institutions and suffers from the weakness of the social responsibility obligations Which allows them to enjoy projects that contribute to their formation and growth in accordance with international standards of governance and sustainable development. Therefore, this intervention comes in order to present the challenges and requirements of the investment promotion of the South tourist areas

The Arabic language is characterized by a number of phenological phenomena that affect meaning; It directs the operative signification; Judging from those accompanying audio smears; This includes the phenomenon of intonation that affects the operative; You give it a meaning; It is not part of the installation or its structure; but to cover it; It performs a function (phenological, grammatical and semantic); Hence, this article aims to clarify the moral role of intonation in directing the significance; I have tried to answer the following main question: What is the moral role of intonation?  In order to answer it; I followed the following steps: I started with an introduction; Then define the concept of toning; explaining its divisions; Then show examples; With results stated. Among the results: intonation contributes to the stereotyping of sentences, and directing the meaning of the operativ

Double Shift (Reality/Example) in the Short Story Collection "A Heart ... Mentally Deranged"by "ZinedineBoomerzouk"

ZinedineBoumerzouk is a creative experience - given her young age in the field of a very short story - exceptional in her awareness, and in her ability to listen and follow, looking for a virgin existence in which the self is liberated from the violence of negative forces, and is evidenced - as the group presenter Saeed Butajin sees - “the decay Judgment, relationships, broken buildings, and the fragmentation of man, who has turned into a wreck, scattered, and a great deformation. " Applying to him, this paper aims to understand the various concerns that his collection of short stories bears, "A Heart ... a Mentally Conqueror", inquiring and examining titles, places, characters, and the various relationships that bind them to the social and psychological context that formed the

Financial indépendance for local communities in the Algerian law

This study aims to evaluate the extent of financial indépendance forlocal communities in the Algerian law, it was conducted by relying onthe legal texts that are related to local finance. The study concludedthat the financial indépendance is weak for local communities and thatthey are relying mainly and increasingly on state subsidies. We havepresented at the end some suggestions that help in strengthening thefinancial indépendance of local communities.     &nbsp

The Egoism and Altruism in Plato’s Philosophy: the Context and the Meaning

    No full text
The question of the identity and altruism is the most crucial issue in the modern philosophy. Nevertheless, this question is an old issue, which was deeply mused on, in ancient Greek philosophy. Thus, the present article is targeting at underscoring the early outset of the dialectic identity-altruism. To do so, we have been impelled to refer to Plato’s philosophy, who was the pioneer to discuss this question; he dealt with it under another dialectic: egoism-altruism. In fact, Plato referred to that dialectic while debating with Parmenides the dialectic of the existence-non-existence; that debate gave birth to the dialectic egoism-altruism or as it is known nowadays: identity-altruism.       This article is meant to answer the following problematic: in which context did Plato use the dualism egoism-altruism? Was it a single context or interdisciplinary context? What was its meaning in each context?       To deal with the above problematic, we combined in this article two approaches: an analytical approach to investigate the perspective and the position of Plato, and the comparative approach in order to compare Plato’s view to other view
