L’album de jeunesse narratif comme support pour déclencher le processus interprétatif en lecture littéraire chez les apprenants de deuxième année moyenne

    No full text
If teaching/learning to read is a challenge for learners, parents and teachers; that of literary reading covers  an additional difficulty for the various actors in the didactic process, as well in school and out-of-school contexts. This difficulty is-in part- doomed to the difference between literary and non-literary texts. Since learners are more used to the latter type of texts. On the other hand, literary texts conceal a lot of implicit which calls for a reflective interpretative work. Within the framework of our article we try to propose a didactic tool able to assist learners for the access to the comprehension as well as to the interpretation of this type of texts

The Effect of Strategic Thinking on the Quality of Work Life: a case study of group of economic institutions In the state of M\u27sila

    No full text
This study aims to know about the impact of strategic thinking on the quality of work life from the point of view of senior and middle management employees in a group of economic institutions in M\u27sila state, the study relied on the descriptive analytical method in building the theoretical part and on the questionnaire tool in order to obtain the required information. the research process revealed an impact of strategic thinking on the quality of job life, and the presence of an impact of the dimensions of strategic thinking on the quality of career, except for the strategic intent dimension, and the study concluded with a set of recommendations, the most important of which is the need to acquire sufficient knowledge about the external environment variables to ensure a balance between the well-being of the human factor and the aspirations of the institution in the long-term

Spatio-Temporal Analysis Of Road Insecurity In Algeria: Case Of The Wilaya Of Oum El Bouaghi During The Period 2017-2019

    No full text
We aim to analyze the characteristics and specifics of the road accident in the wilayas of Oum El Bouaghi, by emphasizing the space and time of the occurrence of traffic accidents on the roads of this wilaya. We arrived at several results, among them: the most populated daïras are the places which register more victims (Ain Beida, Oum El Bouaghi, Ain Mlila and Ain Fakroun), this confirms that the human factor is primarily responsible for road insecurity in Algeria; the national roads are the most deadly among the roads of the wilaya OEB; the summer vacation period, the weekend departure and return days and the return-to-work hours at the end of the day are the most risky periods and times on the roads of this wilaya

This study aims to show the importance of the role played by the independent régulatory authorities in achieving environmental security within the framework of sustainable development by evaluating the importance and strength of the powers granted to them in this framework. The study reached the following conclusions: The legislator did not reach the granting of strong and important powers in the field of environmental protection, given that the issues related to the latter remain in the hands of the traditional administrative authorities, and even the punitive competence targets the field of regulating of the sector and not protecting the environment

Probability tail for linearly negative quadrant dependent random variables of partial sums and application to linear model: Inequalities for LNQD R.V of partial sums and application

    No full text
In this paper, we establish a new concentration inequality and complete convergence of weighted sums for arrays of rowwise linearly negative quadrant dependent (LNQD, in short) random variables and obtain a result dealing with complete convergence of first-order autoregressive processes with identically distributed LNQD innovations

Uniqueness and stability of parameter identification in elliptic boundary value problem

    Get PDF
This paper concerns the uniqueness and stability of an inverse problemin PDE. Our problem consists of identifying two parameters b(x)b(x) and c(x)c(x) in the following boundary-value problem {Lu:=−b(x)u′′(x)+c(x)u′(x)=f(x),u(0)=u(1)=0,{Lu:=−b(x)u″(x)+c(x)u′(x)=f(x),u(0)=u(1)=0, from distributed observations u1u1 (resp. u2u2) associated with the source f1f1 (resp. f2f2). For one observation, the solution is not unique. However, we prove, under some conditions, the uniqueness of the solution p=(b,c)p=(b,c) in the case of two observations. Furthermore, we derive a H\"older-type stability result. The algorithm of reconstruction uses the least squares method. Finally, we present some numerical examples with exact and noisy data to illustrate our method

Develop the Business Intelligence Based on knowledge Management Approach: Case Study of Telecom Operators in Algeria

    Get PDF
We aim through this study mainly to measure the impact of knowledge management on Business intelligence through its factors. We have followed descriptive, inductive and experimental approaches. Where we have developed a model that shows the relationship between the variables and its impact (Knowledge management and Business intelligence). In this study we relied on structural dimensions as Leadership, cultivation; Technology, and process. This study was conducted on a sample of 153 individuals from 33 telecom agencies or commercial spaces in Algeria (8 WTA, 11 OTA, 14 AT), where the main results of this study showed the existence of a (strong - positive) correlation and effectiveness of Knowledge management and the Business intelligence

The study aims to try to determine the impact of organizational support on the psychological capital of workers in the Sonatrach Company in Biskra. We focused on the analysis and were lied on the descriptive analytical approach which corresponds to the nature of the study, because it allows studying the subject in its theoretical and practical aspect in a very precise way. A questionnaire was distributed to a group of employees in the management of Sonatrach company in the department of Biskra (54 employees), and weachieved a set of field results, the most important of which is that organizational support explains 29.9% of changes in psychological capital&nbsp

Le rôle de la gestion des approvisionnements sur la performance du projet: Étude de cas d’un échantillon de projets de construction de la wilaya de Constantine: The role of procurement management on project performance: Case study a sample of construction projects of the city of Constantine

    No full text
The project manager often seeks to identify methods that will help him get better performance from his project. As a contribution in this regard, this article reports a theoretical conceptual framework that illustrates the relationship between procurement management and project performance based on procurement stages such as planning, execution and the closure of the project in order to know what is the nature of relationship that may have existed between each stage of the procurement and the performance of the project. At the same time, an investigative process was adopted to shed light on the reality of this relationship in the construction projects of the city of Constantine. We arrived at several results, among them: despite the project managers respecting the axes of the project planning and archiving the information of the project during its closure for future use, most of the projects are not delivered within the planned deadlines, even the expenses that are spent to carry out the projects are not in accordance with the planned (planned) budget. This may be due to the absence of a control system that keeps track of the requirements and expectations of the customers agreed in the specifications.&nbsp

Mechanisms of financing the fiscal deficit in Iraq - legal study

    No full text
comThis research sheds light on the mechanisms adopted by the Iraqi government to finance the financial deficit it suffers from as a result of the irrational fiscal policy, and the significant effects that it entails, especially in the draft general budget law in the way it reached the House of Representatives, especially after the Iraqi government fell between two options. The first is the adoption of a severe austerity policy, while the second is to take a negative stance and go about things as agreed until a new government is elected and bears the burden of searching for a solution to the crisis, in addition to the challenges surrounding the adoption of alternative mechanisms, which makes it more difficult despite being better than the options presented. Not to mention the strange way to solve the crisis by adopting means to finance the deficit without looking for ways to reduce that deficit by reducing public expenditure
