EFL Learners’ Perceptions of the Role of Teachers’ Feedback in their Writing Proficiency The case of 1st Year Students of English at Mila University Centre تصورات طلاب الانجليزية كلغة أجنبية في دور توجيهات الأساتذة في مهاراتهم الكتابية دراسة عينة من طلبة
The purpose of this study is to investigate the perceptions of 1st year EFL students about the role of teachers’ feedback in their writing competency. The method is descriptive where a questionnaire is used in collecting data. The results for this research inquiry show that students were genuinely interested in their teachers’ feedback because it generally leads to positive effect on their texts, motivate them, and give them insights into their challenges and their progresses. Nonetheless, the students claimed that they sometimes find difficulties in understanding the teachers’ feedback either because the teachers’ writing is illegible, students are unable to understand the feedback codes, or students misinterpret the margin comments on their drafts. This study supported the teachers’ feedback as long as it includes comprehensive input with clear cods, and readable comments.

Istisna` risk Management in Islamic Banks
This study aimed to identify the policies and procedures applied in Islamic banks to manage the risks of the Istisna` model. To achieve this objective, a descriptive and a case study approach were applied to identify the risks that can arise from implementing this model, and the adequate plans to face them.
The study found that the Islamic bank faces many risks, when applying the Istisna` model, and by studying the case of Malaysia, it became clear that the country relies on several policies and procedures, such as using takaful insurance, guarantees, and adhering to the decisions and guidelines of the Basel Committee (BCBS) and Islamic Financial Services Board (IFSB).
 
Istisna\u27a Contract as a Financing Tool for Industrial Clusters
The main objective of this study is to explore how the Istisna’ contract is used as a financing tool for industrial clusters, and how Istisna’ contracts are being used to overcome their problems to increase their effectiveness in the national economy. The study used the descriptive analytical approach to review the scientific literature of industrial clusters and the jurisprudential references to describe the Istisna’ contract and identify its role as a financing tool. As a conclusion, it was being found that Istisna’ contract is a flexible and effective financing tool that could be employed in financing and developing industrial clusters. Also it was recommended that, Islamic Banks adopt financing all components of the industrial clusters through Istisna contract
The Impact of Economic Diversification on Economic Growth: Econometric Study Using Panel Data Model on the Arab Countries from 1999 to 2002
This research aims to examine the relationship between economic diversification and economic growth by applying the panel data model to six oil and non-oil Arab countries: Algeria, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Tunisia and Morocco, Egypt during the period (1999-2020). The results of the study confirmed that the fixed effects model was the appropriate model to test this impact. Its results showed a positive impact between the economic diversification and growth variables and that the relative impact of the services sector was greater than that of industry and agriculture, while the joint integration results showed a lack of long-run relationship betweenthe variables in the model 
Evaluation of the Role of Commercial Banks in Supporting and Promoting Financial Inclusion in Algeria during the Period 2014-2020
This study aimed to highlight the reality of financial inclusion in Algeria in comparison with the countries of the world, by addressing its most important indicators related to the use of bank accounts, savings, borrowing and making payments, as well as an attempt to evaluate the efforts of financial and banking institutions in supporting and enhancing levels of financial inclusion, Problems and challenges that face it in Algeria.
The study concluded that Algeria has generally achieved medium levels of financial inclusion, as it recorded low rates of saving and borrowing from official financial institutions, despite the improvement recorded in the rates of owning bank accounts and settling payments, which is mainly due to the efforts of financial and banking institutions in Expanding its networks to all regions of the country, spreading awareness and financial culture, as well as providing various financial products that respond to the needs of customers and all members of society, especially digital banking services. There is also an urgent need to adopt a national strategy for financial inclusion, where the banking sector has a great responsibility to promote and raise its levels

The present study deals with some rhythmic aspects and their significance for children literature. This has been approached within a framework entitled: “Children literature between the rhythmic and semantic structure: case study of farewell song for the poet "Nacer Louhichi". The study has touched upon the different rhythmic structures such as phonemic, metric and rhetoric, and their relationship with semantics. Within this perspective, these structures were deemed as subsystems included within the text which is considered as a holistic system. Afterwards, the research attempted to find a thread that links the various rhythmic structures with the general meaning of the text, and reveal the functionality of these structures to fit children’s intellectual and bodily capabilities as well as their psychological and social predispositions

Background: There are many variables that affect the organizational commitment of human resources . One of these variables is jobs design because it is related to tasks, duties and responsibilities that are carried out by individuals Objectives: this study aims at determining the relationship between jobs design and its dimensions of the organizational commitment of human resources, in «the National Foundation of paint making in « Sig state of mascara ». sample and the methods: there are 172 permanent employees in the Foundation they were selected through a stratified random sample that amounted or reached 63 employees ; The Data were collected using a questionnaire and interview tool in accordance with the "job design model (Frederick P. Morgeso, Stephen E. Humphrey,2006 ) and organizational commitment model (Meyer and Allen, 1997), The data of study were analysed according to correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis according to the method of Entrée. Results: There was significant statistical correlation between the jobs design and organizational commitment, ( pearson = 0,639 ** / sig=0.000) ;Also , there is a significance effect of job Context (β =0,333) on the organizational commitment
