Extended KMV algebras of rational BPS strings

    No full text
This dataset accompanies the paper "Rational points in the 6d supergravity landscape and simple current extensions". It contains data for five multivariable Jacobi forms, expressed as expansions in Kac–Moody–Virasoro (KMV) characters. These KMV expansions uniquely determine the elliptic genus of the hyperplane string superconformal field theory at five rational points in its moduli space

Begonia manicata genome sequence and annotation

    No full text
Here, we present the genome sequence and annotation of Begonia manicata. Oxford Nanopore Technologies (ONT) long-read sequencing data were assembled to generate the genome sequence. Protein-encoding genes were predicted and functionally annotated

Purple and White Aquilegia vulgaris genome sequence and annotation V2

    No full text
Here we present high-quality genome sequences and annotations of Aquilegia vulgaris (commonly known as columbine), a widespread ornamental plant renowned for its extensive flower color variation. The study uncovers the flavonoid biosynthesis gene repertoire underlying anthocyanin pigmentation in this species. Using ONT long-read sequencing data, highly continuous genome assemblies were generated for both a purple-flowering and a white-flowering A. vulgaris. This data publication contains the genome sequences with corresponding structural annotations

West Africa Dams and Reservoirs Dataset

    No full text
The West Africa Dams and Reservoirs Dataset, also called Harmonized Dataset for Dams and Reservoirs in West Africa is a West Africa-specific compiled dataset developed through the integration of twelve existing datasets. This harmonized dataset aims to address the heterogeneous data records of West African dams and reservoirs in existing datasets while enhancing the accessibility of dam and reservoir information for policy development, investment planning, and regional-scale analyses. The dataset contains 1,429 georeferenced dams and 1,258 reservoirs (with a minimum surface area of 0.57 × 10⁻³ km²), 38 attributes, and an estimated total reservoir surface area of 14,038 km² and a cumulative storage capacity of 267,369 MCM. The West Africa Dams and Reservoirs Dataset is provided in shapefile and CSV formats for both dam and reservoir entries: WA_Dams (point locations of dams in West Africa) and WA_Reservoirs (polygon representations of reservoirs in West Africa) available for download and future updates

Tacca chantrieri genome sequence and annotation

    No full text
Here we present high-quality genome sequence and annotation of Tacca chantrieri (commonly known as black bat flower), famous for its dark, bat-shaped flowers with long filaments, making it an exotic and unusual ornamental plant. Using ONT long-read sequencing data, highly continuous genome assemblies were generated. This data publication contains the genome sequence with corresponding structural annotation

RiverMamba: A State Space Model for Global River Discharge and Flood Forecasting [data set]

    No full text
This is the dataset used in the RiverMamba paper (see https://arxiv.org/abs/2505.22535). The aim of the RiverMamba project is to develop a deep learning model that is pretrained with long-term reanalysis data and fine-tuned on observations to forecast global river discharge and floods up to 7 days lead time on a 0.05° grid. The dataset includes the necessary data to train and run the model. The dataset includes the following: 1- CPC precipitation data 2- ECMWF-HRES meteorological forecasts 3-ERA5-Land reanalysis data 4- GloFAS reanalysis data 5- GloFAS static data 6- Reforecasts generated by RiverMamba 7- Pretrained RiverMamba models

Dataset for "Expected Effects of a Global Transformation of Agricultural Pest Management"

    No full text
The here presented dataset provides information on expected effects of a global transformation of agricultural pest management from an online survey conducted in 2022 with 517 senior scientific experts from key agricultural regions and disciplines. The assessment framework covers 24 indicators in the economic, human health, food security, social, and environmental domains. It is anonymized. It further contains information on respondent characteristics and co-variates for the socio-economic and environmental state of the assessed regions from literature. The data was collected in 2022 with an online survey in Limesurvey. The data was collected to assess expected effects of a global transformation to pest management with zero or minimal pesticide use. This is a pressing challenge in global agriculture and relates to national and global policy targets on pesticide reduction

Transformations of the spatial activity manifold convey aversive information in CA3

    No full text
Hippocampal circuits form cognitive maps representing spatial position and integrating contextual information, including affective cues, within episodic memory representations. We investigated how spatial and affective information combine in the population activity of CA3 axons by imaging intermediate-to-dorsal and dorsal-to-dorsal projections in mice navigating a linear track before, during, and after exposure to an aversive air puff stimulus. Our analyses reveal that both axonal populations maintain a robust, time-invariant spatial coding manifold across recordings, independent of affective context. Alterations to this common manifold encode the presence of the aversive stimulus without disrupting the spatial representation. Both axonal pathways encoded affective information with similar efficacy. This population-level encoding was distributed similarly across place and non-place cells. Our findings demonstrate that hippocampal CA3 axons integrate spatial and affective information within a common representational geometry while preserving the ability to extract each information type separately
