All respondents are from Latvian FinTech companies.

1) DD-MM-YYYY-HHMMSS_ppg.csv - remote photoplethysmography RAW data taken from palm dorsal side (thumb).
2) DD-MM-YYYY-HHMMSS_xxxxx.csv - clinical parameters taken during noradrenaline administration

The dataset provides data on brewers’ spent grain (BSG) samples collected from 11 breweries in Latvia. It includes analytical results on a range of bioactive and nutritional parameters, such as total phenols, flavonoids, antioxidant capacity (DPPH, ABTS), dietary fibre, protein, amino acids, and fat content. The dataset also contains basic information about the sampled products and relevant production characteristics
Dataset for Analysis of Bioregional Development Scenarios in Latvia
This dataset contains the complete set of expert evaluations and the full Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) calculation workflow used in the scientific publication “Analysis of Bioregional Development Scenarios in Latvia”. The AHP method was applied to identify and evaluate the criteria influencing the suitability of different bioregional development scenarios across Latvia’s regions, determining the relative importance of social, economic, ecological, and cultural dimensions through expert assessments and multi-criteria analysis. The dataset reflects the pairwise comparison judgments provided by six experts. The data were collected to assess the importance of criteria and sub-criteria when evaluating three bioregion development scenarios in Latvia: the Broad Integration Scenario, the Conservative Scenario, and the Culture and Tourism Scenario.
The dataset includes individual expert files containing each expert’s complete pairwise comparison matrices based on Saaty’s 1–9 scale, as well as the corresponding normalized values for all comparisons. These files represent the full set of primary expert judgments and the column-wise normalized matrices used in the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) evaluation.
This dataset ensures full transparency and reproducibility of the analytical process, fully aligned with the methodological approach used in the scientific publication, and includes metadata on expert selection, methodological principles, and quality control procedures
Datasets for Efficiency and Emissions Performance in Latvian Dairy Farming: An LCA-Based Comparison Across Farm Sizes
The research presents an evaluation of dairy farming in Latvia and the relationship between farm size, productivity, and environmental impacts. It provides data on economic indicators, milk yields and quality, as well as environmental impact indicators, to compare dairy farms by size in Latvia. A Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) framework was used at the cradle-to-gate level to map out the environmental hotspots and assess available emission factors across three different sizes of dairy farms. The analysis explores how dairy farm sizes influence efficiency, emission, and sustainability outcomes

Datasets provide data regarding iodine concentration in mature (at least 28 days post-partum) human milk samples among lactating women in Latvia, as well as dietary data collected using the 72-hour food diary and food frequency questionnaire (FFQ). Datasets for Manure Projections in Latvia: Challenges and Potential for Reducing Greenhouse Gas Emissions
Two data sets have been created. One data sheet is actual data for 2010-2023 and cover: 1) the number of animals in the relevant year - total cattle, including dairy cows and beef cattle in different age groups, sheep, goats, pigs - in different age groups, poultry - broilers and laying hens, as well as other animal groups that are typical for Latvia, thousand heads; 2) milk yield per cow - kg per year. These indicators are used in the LASAM model to prepare forecasts of possible animal populations until 2050. The LASAM (Latvian Agricultural Sector Analysis Model) methodology and the calculation algorithm for projections are available here: https://doi.org/10.3390/agriculture12050705. The second data sheet is projected data for 2024-2050, which was obtained from the LASAM, November 2024 version. Animal numbers - both actual and projected - are used to determine the amount of manure to calculate the amount of greenhouse gases from manure management by 2050 in Latvi
