An Improved Heuristic Search Method to Fix a Broken Distribution System

    Get PDF
Service recovery is still one of the most important methods that can be used to improve the reliability of their modern distribution system. After the error location has been located and isolated, a proper SR program needs to be established in order to refill areas that are now out of service. In order to find a solution that is both effective and quick in today's power supply systems, it is proposed to use two different heuristic approaches. In order to facilitate recovery in distribution systems. We offer an index of change selection sectionalizing switch, which is described by an analytical plan as well as a practical optimized graph-based heuristic process. Both solutions are described below. The formula for the problem has four distinct purposes including maximizing the quantity of load that can be fully restored and reducing the total number of processes that must be changes. Increasing the amount of load that can be restored while also maximizing its previous level of priority. In order to come up with the best solution and cut down on the overall number of shifting operations, a thorough study of the change indices for as many player tie sticks as possible from the apparatus is used. A brand-new program that is based on graphs can be employed to search for the most advantageous sectionalizes adjustment and to reduce the voltage drop. In the context of two standard methods for the provision of electrical power, both the precision and the validity of this process are investigated. The outputs of these suggested procedures are used as an example for the IEEE regular bus tes

Even in a developed country like America the ratio of the number of hematologist and oncologist together to the number of people per doctor is 1:20,366. Then imagine how much it would be in the entire world? Medical industry has progressed tremendously over the past years and, specifically, the visual and image recognition is being used for many purposes, in many fields very actively. The general Artificial Intelligence (AI) topics, such as, Neural Networks (NN) and related concepts have also gained a lot of popularity lately. For this research, we have proposed a convolutional neural networks (CNN) architecture from scratch with data augmentation, image processing approaches, and neural network pattern recognition. We have compared the pre-existing architecture VGG-16 to our CNN model to determine if the CNN model was more suitable for these types of detection problems. Although, the data that we have used to train the model in our research is comparably small to any industrial application database, the proposed model displayed better accuracy and results than the VGG-16 for this kind of detection problem. Moreover, the proposed model uses less computational and memory power than the VGG-16 model. The secondary purpose of this research is to reduce the use of datasets that are from unrecognized sources. In this paper, we show how we can take the consent of the user and store the data to build a true data set for future educational and medical researchers and to retrain the models for better results

Social Media And University Students During COVID-19 From The Point Of View Of Students College Of Food Sciences / Al-Qasim Green University

    Get PDF
The study's objective is to determine how new mental cognition affects people. When compared to the rising popularity of social media sites among professors and students, particularly during the COVID-19 sites, applications to these sites and the possibility of employment in them during the educational process, as well as recognizing the benefits of the pros and cons, these sites have a significant impact on the field of education. The descriptive method was used in the study. The research included a sample of (294) students from the College of Food Sciences / Al-Qasim Green University. To get data from samples, a questionnaire was employed. The most significant findings were that sites for social media had a significant role in the COVID-19 pandemic by connecting learners and educators and that using sites for social media for university education has many advantages. Create a strong infrastructure that facilitates the best possible use of these places, and offer some recommendations that will improve the likelihood of employment

The suitability of telecommunication (wired and wireless) systems in the practice of democracy and human rights in Iraq

    Get PDF
The 21st century is characterized by different trends, including advanced digital technologiesand services. These technologies comprise advanced telecommunication systems that enhancecommunication between different parties thus, ease of information awareness between people in differentlocations. For this reason, telecommunication systems have been used by government agencies and NGOsto help promote the practice of democracy and respect for human rights. Countries such as Iraq have beenidentified as entities that use telecommunication systems to positively and negatively encourage thepractice of human rights and democracy. This study aims to discuss the suitability of telecommunicationsystems in the practice of democracy and human rights in Iraq. The paper has used the case study datacollection method to acquire an in-depth and multi-faceted understanding of the complex issue in its reallifecontext. The results show that telecommunications have been used often to ensure democracy andhuman rights are effectively practised. The paper's results comprise 4 case studies that show the positiveuse of telecommunication systems in the practice of human rights and democracy within a given country. In contrast, two case studies show examples of negative use of telecommunication systems based onretaining control or governmental power. Lastly, one case study shows how telecommunication systemscan be important in regions where governance, democracy and human rights are not intact. The study'sfindings show that telecommunication systems benefit governments and citizens by ensuring thatdemocracy and human rights are practised appropriately

Causes of Contamination of Lubricants Used in Diesel Engines

    Get PDF
Studies of the contamination of lubricating oils during operation in hot climates and high dustiness of the air show that lubricants are intensively contaminated with mechanical impurities, water, fuel and organic products, which leads to premature aging of the oil. During operation, engine components and parts are contaminated with various deposits. The process of sediment formation is associated with thermo-oxidative transformations of incomplete combustion products of fuel and oil components. These transformations occur both in the volume of oil and in its thin layer on a heated metal surface
