Get PDFThe following article provides information on the manuscripts of Amir Khusrow Dehlavi’s heritage, especially the manuscripts stored at the Institute of Oriental Studies named after Abu Rayhan Biruni under Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and their research on rubai's. The manuscript that we have reviewed shows the origin of the ghazals. However, no mention is made of where ruba’is came from. The order of giving of the ruba’is is not based on any principle in many manuscripts. It can be seen that only a few of them are in alphabetical order, either by the first letter of ruba’i, or by the last letter of the rhyme. It is worth noting that the mixed circulation of the ruba’is of the five devans in the manuscript may be attributed to the long-standing tendency of the poet's devotees to try to fit into one collection

Relationship between Work Related Nurses Stress and Socioeconomic Status of Critical Care Units at Medical City in Baghdad city
Get PDFWork related stress is recognized worldwide as a major challenge for the health of workers especially nurses. Nursing has been identified as one of the most stressful jobs. Work-related stress in nurses affects both individual and organizational functioning as well as health care. A descriptive study was conducted among the nurses of the critical care units in the medical city to assess the work-related stress and determine Socioeconomic Status for nurses at Critical Care Unit. A non- probability (purposive) sample of (200) nurses who were working at Critical Care was chosen. The questionnaire was developed by the researcher; It consists of three parts; the first one (nurse demographic data) consists of (7) items; the second part (Socioeconomic Status scale) consists of (13) items, and Perceive stress scale which consists of (10) items. The data was collected by using a questionnaire and analysed through Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (version24.0) using a descriptive statistical approach (frequency, percentage, mean of score, standard deviation) and inferential statistical approach (chi_sequre test). The result reveals that, all staff nurses who are working in Critical Care Unit suffer from stress; that nurses working in critical care units are experiencing severe stress (71%). Clinical Efficacy and Technical Aspects of Endovideosurgical Treatment of Hiatal Hernia
No full textComplications of mixed hernia often require surgical treatment. In asymptomatic patients, this treatment is controversial due to its difficult recovery and high recurrence rate reported in the long term. Classical surgical methods have an increased mortality associated with large incisions, long hospital stays, and slow recovery. Material and Methods: in the period from October 2001 to November 2007, we examined 39 patients with mixed hiatal hernia of the middle age of 65 years (35-78 years). In the LloydDavis position, the contents of the hernia are reduced, and the excess sac is resected. Diaphragmatic racks are sutured with non-absorbable material. The reinforcing mesh interfered with the repair of 7/39. It ends with partial or complete antireflux depending on the report. Results: the average operation time was 126 minutes; hospital stay 2.46 days. Perioperative complications are mainly cardiorespiratory. The patient died from accidental intestinal perforation during the intervention and late diagnosis. Gastroduodenal movement was performed by 12 months in 28 patients (71.7%). We find recurrence in 8 patients (20.5%). Four asymptomatic patients accidentally discovered in X-ray control. Three patients with pyrosis requiring treatment and one of the relapses required re-intervention for strangulation of gastric volvulus. Conclusions: laparoscopic surgery provides safety and efficiency, rapid postoperative recovery, minimal morbidity and comfortable stay. After surgery, a long recurrence gives the same results as with open surgery, although the installation of a mesh may mitigate its reduction

The role of immune system dysfunction in the appearance of autism spectrum disorder
Get PDFAutism Spectrum Disorder is a childhood psychiatric disorder characterized by a variety of cognitive, language and social impairments that can adversely affect the family. ASD are typically characterized by a lack of communication and social skills, accompanied by repetitive patterns of behavior, interest, and activities, and limited communication skills. A new record prevalence rate for autism was released by the National Health Center for Health Statistics. This report said that 1-in-36 children have ASD. Boys' prevalence is four- to five-fold higher than girls. The exact cause of autism spectrum disorder is yet to be determined. Given the complexity of the disorder and the possibility of varying symptoms and severity, there could be many contributing factors. Genetics and environment may both play a role in the development of ASD. There are a variety of examination tools that pediatricians use in their practices, but the most commonly used one is the Modified Checklist for Autism in Children, Revised with Follow-up (M-CHATR/F). Immunological dysfunction has been linked to ASD in studies on peripheral immune components in people with the disorder. Study objectives were firstly to evaluate the immune system performance in children with ASD, and secondly to determine if some immunological parameters can be used to diagnose ASD. The results showed a significant increase in the level of IL-6 (P
<0.001), IL-1β (P><0.01) in ASD children when comparing with the control group. The findings of the current study, suggest the presence of immune dysfunction associated with ASD.>

No full textHigh incidence of morbidity and mortality is associated with systemic hypertension because to its negative effects on a variety of systems, particularly the cardiovascular system. Diastolic dysfunction is a prominent component of this illness, and despite growing recognition of its importance, it is still underappreciated due to its challenging identification and lack of effective treatments. Despite the presence of normal left ventricular (LV) systolic indices, estimate of LV systolic function using strain concepts has recently been shown to be able to differentiate patients with systolic dysfunction. There is little evidence linking hidden myocardial alterations to diastolic dysfunction. The goal of this study is to determine occult left ventricle systolic dysfunction and its relationship to diastolic dysfunction in non-complicated hypertensive patients under the age of 40.
