Complex-Conservative Treatment of Sars-Cov-2 Associated Early-Stage Avascular Necrosis of The Femoral Head

    Get PDF
Avascular necrosis of bones (osteonecrosis) has developed as a bad consequence of the COVID-19 (SARS-CoV-2) pandemic that has swept the world. In 5-58% of patients with the type of covid19 fertilizer, the bones were affected by avascular necrosis. In 39% of patients with SARS-CoV-2, avascular necrosis of the hip bone developed within a few months after atypical pneumonia. Avascular necrosis is a disease that often develops in people of working age (average age is 33-45 years) and leads to severe disability associated with the death of bone tissue in a particular area. Discussions about the pathogenesis of postcovid avascular necrosis, the possibility of its diagnosis and treatment in the early stages are subject to active discussion. Given that COVID-19 infection is common among young people and working-age people, early diagnosis and treatment of this form of osteonecrosis is of great social and economic importanc

In this article, we discover the significance of well-timed prevention in orthodontics, highlighting a number of components and approache

Application of the Finite Element Method in Modeling Biological Systems in Traumatology and Orthopedics

Surgical treatment of fractures of the proximal femur is a problem due to the lack of a uniform treatment strategy. Of particular importance is the analysis of the processes occurring in bone tissue during the healing of fractures under dynamic conditions, especially the analysis of mechanical stresses. The finite element method is an effective method for mathematical modeling of complex objects and describing the stress-strain states of these objects. In order to improve the results of treatment of fractures of the proximal femur and pelvic bones, mathematical modeling was carried out using the finite element method of a pertrochanteric femur fracture under conditions of fixation with a dynamic pin and a pelvic fracture under various conditions of its submersible fixatio

Oral Inflammation in Light Industry Workers

    Get PDF
The article describes periodontal diseases, their frequency and negative consequences in workers working in paint shops. Nowadays, we can see the expansion of the volume of work in paint shops of light industry in almost all regions of our Republic. Chemical dyes and reagents have been found to contain more than 70 organic and inorganic elements. These chemical compounds cause various damage to the body of workers, especially the tissues of the oral cavity and teeth. As a result, the clinical course of the pathological process in the mucous membrane of the oral cavity and the hard tissue of the tooth leads to the study of its normal stat

Features of Surgical Correction of Complicated Forms of Cholelithiasis in the Elderly and Senile Age

    Get PDF
The results of treatment of 171 elderly and senile patients with complicated forms of GCB are presented. Stage surgical treatment, taking into account the developed criteria for assessing the severity of the patient's condition and the projected risk of developing postoperative complications using preliminary minimally invasive decompression interventions on the biliary tract performed in 42.2% of patients of the main group, made it possible to stop purulent-cholemic intoxication, improve the results of subsequent radical operations. In 15.6% of patients, these interventions were the final method of treatment. The priority staged use of minimally invasive interventions significantly reduced mortality, postoperative purulent-septic and extra-abdominal complications (3.1%, 12.4% and 29.9%, respectively), while in the comparison group these indicators were 8.1%, 32.4% and 41.9%
