Diagnosis and treatment of pneumonia in children
Early diagnosis and rational therapy pneumonia in children is an urgent task of pediatrics. For diagnosing a bacterial infection, especially a severe one, assessing the appearance and behavior of the child is much more important than reading a thermometer [6,7]. Signs that allow to assess the severity of intoxication, common with a bacterial infection, include a rapid disturbance violation of the general condition, a decrease in the activity of the child; irritability (screaming when touched), lethargy, drowsiness (sleep longer), lack of eye contact of the child during examination, the child refuses to eat and drink. The severity of the condition is determined by the severity of tachycardia, muffled heart sounds, hypo- or hyperventilation, cough, dyspnea, bronchophony and local rales, violation of microcirculation, peripheral cyanosis, incessant vomiting. Amoxicillin is effective against most of the pathogens that cause communityacquired pneumonia. Patients in the presence of underlying diseases or taking antibiotics in the previous 3 months are prescribed amoxicillin / clavulanate in monotherapy or in combination with macrolides (azithromycin, clarithromycin). Macrolides should also be used when mycoplasma or chlamydial pneumonia is suspecte
An Integrated Approach to The Rehabilitation of Infants with Sepsis.
The results of a comparative study of two groups of children with sepsis who received combined rehabilitation therapy during the rehabilitation period, including correction of the intestinal biocenosis, neurometabolic therapy, and immunotherapy with Viferon, and children who received only the immunomodulator T-activin, showed that an integrated approach to rehabilitation was much more effective. In addition, a relatively rapid immunological effect, good tolerability of viferon, a non-invasive route of administration, and the absence of side effects with the described methods of immunorehabilitation allow us to recommend the use of this drug in infants suffering from sepsis
Levels of influence of parasites on the human immune system
Immunity is a protective reaction of the body. Currently, the study of the immune process is of great importance in medicine. Because the body is fighting against disease processes in the body through immune response reactions. This depends on the self-recovery and protection of the body. These are special protective cells (T and B lymphocytes, antibodies and antigens, through immunocomponents)
Changes in the Face-Jaw System of Experimental Hypothyroidism
The article describes experimentally induced hypothyroidism and the changes in the face-jaw system as a result of its development. In particular, the morphological changes in the teeth are studied. The article provides a lot of information about the morphological changes in the teeth as a result of the spread and development of hypothyroidism in many countries around the world, and their negative consequence
Autoprotective Activity of Glyzimed
The autoprotective activity of Glyzimed, which contains herbal plants Hypericum perforatum L., Ziziphora pedicellata Pazij et Vved., Mediazia macrophylla and rhizome parts of Glycyrrhiza glabra L. was studied on experimental animals. Experimental studies were carried out on male white mice weighting 18-22 g. The comparative actoprotective activity of glyzimed, piracetam, and phytin, was studied on adult white mice, which were exposed to the forced swimming until the development of obvious signs of fatigue and the grip strength of paws was tested using a grip strength system device (Ugo Basile Srl, Italy). The animals of the experimental groups were intragastrically administered an aqueous solution of glyzimed using a syringe with a metal probe at doses of 10, 25 and 50 mg/kg, piracetam - 100 mg/kg and phytin - 200 mg/kg one day and one hour before the start of the experiment. Antihypoxants statistically significantly increase the maintaining of physical performance, and activity of glyzimed is almost twice superior to piracetam. Glyzimed can be proposed as an effective actoprotective medicine
Lung Vessel Morphological Structure
In conclusion, we can say that during the transition of the muscular-elastic arteries to the muscular arteries on the side of the adventitia, an additional muscle layer is formed, which surrounds the vessel wall in the form of a spiral. As a result, the size of the middle layer of the artery increases. This leads to a change in the Kernogh inde
The impact of Covid 19 on the sinuses, with a logistical assessment to know the risk factors.
Sinusitis is the inflammation of the paranasal sinuses; these are cavities that we have in the face, as well as in the head, around the nose, and inside it. When such inflammation occurs, and this affects the nasal passages
Modern Approach to Comprehensive Rehabilitation of Patients with Face Defects
The article describes the issues of surgical treatment and rehabilitation of patients diagnosed with face-jaw deformity. Treatment and rehabilitation of patients with acquired maxillofacial defects (OMD) is one of the most urgent medical and social problems of modern dentistry. Wide-scale and integrated rehabilitation measures are important in the specialized dental care system, because OC is often accompanied by serious aesthetic and functional disorders, which, in turn, limit the patient's life activities, cause his inability to adapt to the social environment, and cause deep socio-psychological problems. causes problems
Investigation of the Corrosion Process by X-Ray Phase Analysis
This article presents an assessment of corrosion processes by X-ray phase analysis and the inhibitory ability of inhibitors using powder diffractometry (X-ray phase analysis) and scanning electron microscopy
Multicomponent Photocomposition as A Source for Development New Anti-Inflammatory Medicines
The results of experimental studies on mature white male rats showed that phytocompositions 1, 2 and 3 containing various extracts of medicinal plants have a distinct antiphlogogenic activity. Among the studied phytocollections, composition 3 showed a higher anti-inflammatory activity compared to other studied phytocollections. The studied new mixtures of medicinal plants have a higher antiphlogogenic activity than canephron, especially phytocomposition 3, and in terms of their pharmacological activity, it is not inferior to the gold standard non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug - sodium diclofenac
