There are presented the reasons of Sharp stomach ulcer bleeding (or intensification) duodenal ulcer or ulcer bleeding while applicating glucocorticoid hormones on patients with thrombocytopenic purpura. It is recommended to change GCH application from per os to inhalation or intravenous injection. It is proved that there is a direct connection between recommendation to endoscopic investigation and bleeding, stomach ulcer and duodenal ulcer from the quantity of thrombocytes. Ans it is also recommended to make endoscopic investigation on thrombocytopenic purpura during clinical remissio

Significance Of Gene Polymorphisms In Joint Destruction In Reactive Arthritis

    Get PDF
in patients with reactive arthritis (ReA), cytokines produced by Th17 cells, one of them IL17, affect cell differentiation, recruitment, activation of immune cells, and release of antimicrobial peptides. Among the cytokines of the IL-17 family, it is IL-17A that is of decisive importance in the induction of pathological bone resorption through direct activation of osteoclast precursors during the formation of the articular syndrome The aim of our work was to study the distribution of allele and genotype frequencies of the polymorphic region G197A (rs2275913) of the IL-17A gene in patients with ReA. As a result of the study, there were no significant differences in the distribution of alleles of the G197A polymorphism of the IL-17A gene in patients with ReA and apparently healthy people. But when comparing genotypic variants, we revealed differences: healthy GG and mutant AA genotypes were more common in patients, while the heterozygous GA genotype was more common in healthy peopl

Comparative Assessment Of Body Indicators For Highly Qualified Athletes Specializing In Cyclic Sports

    Get PDF
The article discusses a comparative assessment of physique indicators among highly qualified athletes specializing in cyclic sports. Studies have shown that morphological characteristics that have prognostic significance at the initial stages of a long-term training process and retain their information content as the sports skills of athletes competing in cyclic sports increase include: body length and weight, chest circumference, length of the thigh, lower leg, muscle mass of the thigh and lower leg , and the somatotype that most corresponds to the needs of this specialization is the ectomesomorphic somatotype

Hygienic Analysis Of Microclimate Indicators At Polymer Production Enterprises

    Get PDF
During the study, unfavorable microclimate indicators were assessed at the Jizzakh enterprise for the production of polymer products. The microclimate indicators at the enterprise for the hot period of the year (July, August) differed somewhat from comfortable indicators. The air temperature in the workshop for the production of consumer goods was above the maximum permissible dose from 0,80C to 6,90C. In the workshop for the production of polyethylene products films from 3,60C to 5,50C, in the workshop for the production of polyethylene pipes - from 3,80C to 4,60C, and at workplaces in the workshop for the production of polyethylene components from 3,80C to 4,60

Some Aspects of Researching Quality of Life in Pediatrics

    Get PDF
The article is devoted to a discussion of the most important aspects of studying the quality of life in children as an independent approach to assessing child health at the present stage. The work examines the main features of the methodology for assessing the quality of life of a child, presents the areas of children's healthcare in which the use of the method of assessing the quality of life in children is the most popular and promising today and in the near futur

Energy Tropic Therapy in Modern Pediatrics

    Get PDF
The article is devoted to the problems of using metabolic drugs that affect intracellular energy exchange processes. These drugs, which are proposed to be called energotropic, are becoming increasingly popular in modern medicine. The more urgent the task of determining the area of pathogenetic justification for their purpose becomes. The authors propose for discussion a range of indications for energotropic therapy. Various examples of the successful use of energotropic drugs in pediatrics are discusse

Assessment Of The Process Of Acetylation And Lipid Composition Of Blood In Patients With Chronic Periodontitis Against The Background Of Viral Hepatitis C

    Get PDF
The purpose of this study was to study the relationship between alel variants of acetylation and the lipid composition of blood in patients with chronic periodontitis against the background of viral hepatitis C. Biochemical studies were carried out in 42 people aged 18-45 years (24 men and 18 women) diagnosed with chronic periodontitis against the background of chronic hepatitis C. The phenotype of acetylation in saliva and the lipid spectrum of blood were studied. The prevalence of the disease among patients with slow type of acetylation in saliva was noted at an average of 17% in the examined patients of the study group. In patients with slow type of acetylation, a high level of triglycerides was noted, which was accompanied by a low concentration of cholesterol, high and low density lipoproteins in the bloo

New Strategies In The Treatment Of Hip Fractures In Patients With Combined Injuries

    Get PDF
This article is a study aimed at analyzing and improving the results of surgical treatment of patients with hip fractures in concomitant injuries using modern technologies. Within the framework of the study, the results of treatment of 233 patients with concomitant hip injuries were analyzed, a surgical method - osteosynthesis was used. early period of a traumatic disease. The results of the study made it possible to determine the optimal methods of fixation depending on the patient's condition. The findings of this study are important for improving the results of surgical treatment of patients with concomitant hip injuries and can be used in practical medicine to optimize treatment tactics and reduce complication
