Fetal Lung Tissue Viability Assessment Using Doppler Ultrasound Screening
Fetal lung maturity is a key determinant of neonatal survival and postnatal respiratory adaptation. Accurate assessment of fetal lung tissue viability plays a critical role in perinatal management, particularly in highrisk pregnancies. Doppler ultrasound has emerged as a non-invasive and highly informative tool for evaluating fetal pulmonary circulation and perfusion, offering insight into the functional development of the lungs. This study aims to evaluate the clinical significance, methodology, and diagnostic accuracy of Doppler ultrasound screening in the assessment of fetal lung tissue viability, and to provide a basis for its use in prenatal care protocols
Clinical Pharmacological Approach To The Drug Treatment Of Arthritis, Arthralgia And Back Pain Syndromes
The article is devoted to one of the most common rheumatic diseases — juvenile arthritis (JA). The main issues of epidemiology, classification, pathogenesis are considered, in more detail — the clinical picture of different variants of the course of JA, diagnostics and differential diagnosis. The treatment section describes the drugs used in JA, and presents an algorithm for differentiated treatment of the disease. Approaches to biological therapy, conditions for prescribing and management of patients receiving genetically engineered biological drugs are described separately
Some Features Of Sensorineural Hearing Loss In Neurological Practice
This study presents scientific results on certain aspects of sensorineural hearing loss in neurological practice. Modern research indicates that sensorineural hearing loss is associated with oxidative stress, microcirculation disorders, and inflammatory processes. The introduction of new diagnostic methods, such as molecular genetics, neurodegeneration biomarkers, and imaging techniques, has improved early diagnosis and disease prognosis. Thus, for the treatment of sensorineural hearing loss occurring in neurological diseases, modern therapeutic strategies include the use of neuroprotectors, antioxidants, gene therapy, and cellular regeneration of the auditory nerv
Methods That Play A Vital Role In Preventing Gynecological Diseases Are Discussing
This article explores key strategies and interventions for the prevention of gynecological diseases, which pose significant health challenges for women worldwide. Effective preventative measures discussed include regular screenings, vaccination against HPV, lifestyle modifications, hormonal balance maintenance, and awareness of individual risk factors. Early detection and proactive management play a crucial role in mitigating the incidence and severity of gynecological conditions such as uterine fibroids, endometriosis, cervical cancer, and others. The implementation of comprehensive prevention programs is essential for promoting women's reproductive health and overall well-being. This article aims to provide an evidence-based overview of actionable steps for both healthcare providers and women to reduce the burden of gynecological diseases
Maternal and Child Mortality: Problems and Solutions in Modern Medicine
Maternal and child mortality is one of the most important problems of modern medicine. This article analyzes the causes of perinatal and maternal mortality, epidemiological data, risk factors and preventive measures. The results of the study show that in order to reduce maternal and child mortality, it is necessary to take into account a comprehensive approach, high-quality antenatal care, qualified medical care and socio-economic factors. The article presents global and regional statistical data, examples from clinical studies, and modern prevention strategie
Gender Characteristics Of The Prevalence Of Hypertensive Crise Among The General Population Age 18-89 And Its Dynamics In 1989-2020
The analysis of the literature data on the use of modern organizational technologies for the prevention of hypertension is carried out. The basic principles and stages of diagnosis of this pathology, risk groups for the development of arterial hypertension, and features of the organization of preventive programs are considered. The basic principles of the application of the blood pressure selfmonitoring system in organizations and public places are considered
Characteristics of vulvar cancer recurrence
The article discusses The frequency and timing of vulvar cancer (VC) recurrence depend on the stage of the disease and the depth of tumor invasion. The incidence of VC recurrence increases with increasing disease stage. Based on the timing of recurrence, it follows that the first 3 years after completion of treatment require particular vigilance for recurrence, which, according to our data, occurred in 73.19% of patients. Therefore, regular follow-up at least every 3 months is essential
Advantages Of The Neutron-Activation Method In Diagnosing Microelement Deficiency In Patients Recovered From Covid-19
This article discusses the advantages of neutron-activation analysis (NAT) in diagnosing microelement deficiencies in children who have recovered from COVID-19. NAT possesses high sensitivity and allows for the simultaneous detection of 22 elements in hair samples. According to dissertation results, in 112 children, zinc (Zn) decreased by 1.6 times (54.61±1.7 mcg/g), iron (Fe) by 2.2 times (9.09±0.29 mcg/g), and polymicroelementosis was detected in 89.3% of cases. The non-invasiveness and accuracy of NAT make it an important tool in pediatric diagnostics. An algorithm developed based on NAT during the recovery period (DGU №34416) has demonstrated confirmed effectivenes
Modern Approaches To Studying Etiopathogenesis, Clinics And Treatment Of Acute Bronchiolitis In Children
The article describes the course , clinic, etiopathogenesis, A review of scientific articles on the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of acute bronchiolitis is presented. Acute bronchiolitis is an acute inflammatory disease of the lower respiratory tract, characterized by primary damage to the small bronchi and bronchioles, which develops mainly in children of chest age. Acute bronchiolitis most often occurs in the 1st year of life of children (in more than 80% of cases), 7-14% of them require treatment in inpatient conditions, while it is the most common cause of hospitalization in children under 2 years of age worldwide. To date, some issues of differential diagnosis remain problematic, especially the differential diagnosis of bronchiolitis and pneumonia caused by respiratory syncytial viru
The Role Of Ganoderma Lucidum In The Prevention Of Cancer
Today, oncological diseases are observed in infants and the elderly. An important place is occupied by early detection of the development of oncological diseases, the use of effective methods of treatment and prevention. When treating a patient diagnosed with cancer, it is important not only to use therapeutic measures, but also to take into account the psychology of the patient. This article provides information on drugs prepared from ganoderma for the prevention of oncological disease
