No full textВ данной статье рассматривается метод автоматизированного анализа микроструктуры деформированных медных сплавов с использованием цифровой обработки изображений на базе библиотеки OpenCV. Основное внимание уделено выделению и количественной оценке зерен на микроскопических изображениях. Применение методов бинаризации, морфологических операций и контурного анализа позволило значительно повысить точность измерений и сократить время обработки по сравнению с традиционными методами. Результаты, полученные в ходе исследования, демонстрируют высокую достоверность и воспроизводимость, что делает предложенный подход перспективным для использования в металлографических исследованиях и промышленном контроле качеств

No full textThe country is taking systemic measures to improve customs administration and increase the efficiency of the state customs service of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as to further simplify customs procedures. In particular, the institution of authorized economic operators has been introduced, which grants the right to use simplified customs procedures to participants in fair foreign economic activity that meet the requirements established by international standards in the field of customs administration. This article examines the specifics of the functioning and legal regulation of the institution of an authorized economic operator in customs control to further simplify customs procedures, increase the eficiency of customs authorities, as well as eliminate bureaucratic barriers to business development and improve the investment climate in the country. The experience of developed countries in the practice of using the institution of authorized economic operators has been studied and the existing problems and ways of solving them in the Republic of Uzbekistan have been analyzed

Особое внимание уделяется значимости формирования лексической компетенции на базе актуальных и повседневных тем, таких как городская инфраструктура, транспорт, учреждения, культурная и социальная жизнь города. Автор подчеркивает, что интеграция городской лексики в учебный процесс способствует развитию коммуникативных навыков учащихся, расширяет их активный и пассивный словарный запас, а также повышает мотивацию к изучению языка. Работа носит практико-ориентированный характер и может быть полезна преподавателям РКИ при составлении учебных материалов и проведении тематических занятий

No full textThis paper analyzes the concept of green business models, explores experiences from developed countries, and examines how such models can be adapted to small enterprises in Uzbekistan. The aim of the study is to identify business approaches that harmonize ecological sustainability with economic efficiency and to demonstrate how they can be practically applied in Uzbekistan. The article reviews the experiences of Germany, Sweden, and South Korea, and adapts them to the local context of Uzbekistan. The findings indicate that South Korea’s system, based on grants and tax incentives, can be most effectively implemented in Uzbekistan, considering the financial limitations of small businesses. The paper also provides practical recommendations for expanding green financing among small enterprises

This article examines the educational ideas, modern technologies, and techniques that support technology-enhanced foreign language teaching. This document examines current improvements in Uzbekistan's foreign language education system, emphasizing the incorporation of ICT and highlighting the associated opportunities and concerns. The study highlights the beneficial effects of ICT utilization, including enhanced student involvement, improved communication abilities, and the encouragement of independent learning, based on national and international research. Notwithstanding these advantages, numerous challenges impede comprehensive implementation, including inadequate digital skills among instructors, insufficient technical infrastructure, and a scarcity of regional methodological resources. The article promotes focused professional development, infrastructural improvement, and the development of novel educational resources to tackle these issues. The incorporation of digital technologies in foreign language instruction is essential for enhancing educational quality and aligning with international educational standards.
