    THE ROLE OF INFORMING PATIENTS ABOUT HYPERTENSION IN POLYCLINIC SETTINGS

    A retrospective analysis (over the last five years) was carried out on 222 randomly selected outpatient records from among patients undergoing dispensary observation with arterial hypertension in family clinics (n=54) and in a number of rural family clinics of the Republic of Uzbekistan (n=168). Data from a retrospective analysis of outpatient records were compared with the results of examination of patients (questioning, examination, anthropometry, blood pressure measurement, cholesterol determination, etc.). Doctors from family clinics in Tashkent and rural family clinics in the regions of the Republic were interviewed. Before training, 156 doctors were surveyed, after training 119, and 236 patients undergoing follow-up with hypertension were surveyed and examined. Subsequently, some of them (n=122, main group) completed an awareness course at a health school, and some (n=114, comparison group) did not participate in the educational program.     This article examines the literary and aesthetic portrayal of the teenager in English literature, with a focus on how adolescence is represented as a period of emotional, psychological, and moral transformation. Drawing on selected works from the 20th and 21st centuries, the study explores how authors construct the image of the adolescent to reflect broader social, cultural, and philosophical concerns. Through character analysis, thematic exploration, and aesthetic evaluation, the article highlights the complexity of teenage characters as both individuals and symbolic figures within literary narratives. The study also considers how literary techniques—such as narrative voice, symbolism, and psychological realism—are used to convey the inner world of teenagers and their struggle for identity, independence, and meaning. Ultimately, the article argues that the literary image of the teenager serves as a powerful lens through which authors critique social norms, explore human development, and reflect on the universal experience of growing up

    The problem of modern oncology is the discrepancy between the achievements of medical science and technology and the understanding of general practitioners to conduct examinations and the ability to apply them and detect cancer at a stage when the cure rate can be 80-100%. It is necessary to train doctors who are not so much knowledgeable as able to determine the optimal diagnostic tactics. The interactive system allows solving tactical problems, conducting classes more vividly with visual perception and implementing an immediate objective and transparent knowledge control for participants, presenting them in the form of graphs and time spent on answers. Preliminary experience of combining traditional forms of training and modern digital technologies indicates the effectiveness of increasing oncological literacy and alertness of students and general practitioners

    This article examines the legal regulation of citizen participation in ensuring public safety in Kazakhstan and Tajikistan, analyzing their legislative systems, law enforcement practices, and potential for regional cooperation. Drawing on primary sources—including laws, reports from ministries of internal affairs, court decisions, and academic studies—the study identifies the strengths of both models: Kazakhstan’s preventive approach, which reduced street crime by 23.1% in 2024, and Tajikistan’s territorial adaptation, which decreased offenses by 16.8%. A comparative analysis highlights their differences—strict regulation versus flexibility—and their complementarity. Successful cases, such as joint exercises in 2022 that reduced cross-border incidents by 12%, underscore the value of coordination. The article proposes establishing a platform within the EAEC and CSTO frameworks for experience sharing to enhance regional security. It contributes to the global discourse on the role of citizens in maintaining order, offering a model for countries with traditions of collective responsibility
