    Débit journalier simulé par le modèle hydrologique GRSD pour l'ensemble des projections climatiques Explore2 sous RCP 4.5. Ces fichiers résultent de la concaténation des simulations hydrologiques sous runs historiques (avant 2005) et des projections hydrologiques (post 2005), fichiers NetCDF disponibles au téléchargement sur le portail https://www.drias-eau.fr/commande. Ce dépôt regroupe un fichier NetCDF par couple GCM/RCM et correction de biais.     A database of long-term experiments on soil organic carbon dynamics in the Global South

    This dataset compiles the results of a critical meta-analysis based on an exhaustive literature search in the Web of Science database, targeting peer-reviewed primary studies published up to early 2024 and focusing on soil organic carbon (SOC) dynamics in countries of the Global South. The initial literature search identified 3,641 unique articles. Abstracts were screened using keywords such as “soil carbon”, “SOC”, “carbon”, “stocks”, “long-term”, “experiment”, “changes”, “decades”, “pluriannual”, leading to a shortlist of 452 articles. From these, studies were selected based on the following criteria: (i) long-term field experiments lasting more than 5 years, (ii) availability of SOC stock or concentration data at both the initial and final stages of the experiment (diachronic approach), and (iii) exclusion of studies based on remote sensing, modeling, or space-for-time substitutions (synchronic approach). In cases where only soil organic matter (SOM) was reported, SOC was estimated using a conversion factor of 0.58 (Pan et al., 2004). Based on these criteria, the final database includes 155 primary studies conducted across 174 long-term experimental sites, resulting in 1,362 paired observations comparing SOC content or stock at two time points. Data were extracted from text, tables, and figures, including digitization of graphical data using WebPlotDigitizer (Burda et al., 2017; Kpemoua et al., 2022), and organized in a structured Excel file (Supplementary Material 1). For each study site, extensive metadata were compiled, including: - Geographic location - Ecosystem type (forest, grassland, cropland, fallow, agroforestry, crop-livestock systems) - Soil management practices (conventional tillage, minimum tillage, permanent beds, no-tillage) - Crop management details (mineral and organic fertilization rates and types, crop rotation, diversification, etc.) - Climate variables (climate type, mean temperature, precipitation when available) - Soil physicochemical characteristics: clay, silt, sand, pH, bulk density, total nitrogen, C/N ratio, CaCO₃. Soil texture classes were derived using the USDA textural triangle, then grouped into coarse, medium, and fine texture categories following the Soil Survey Manual . Carbon input data: crop yields, aboveground biomass, and exogenous organic matter additions were recorded when available. Where inputs were reported as dry matter, a conversion factor of 0.45 was applied to estimate carbon input. All exogenous organic inputs were expressed in tons of carbon. To our knowledge, this is the most comprehensive and methodologically rigorous dataset on long-term SOC dynamics in the Global South. It provides valuable insights into the drivers of SOC sequestration, associated co-benefits, and knowledge gaps in tropical, subtropical, and Mediterranean systems. This resource is expected to support evidence-based climate policy design and contribute to international scientific discussions, including those led by bodies such as the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC)

    This dataset compiles information extracted from 220 scientific publications on polyculture research in aquaculture. The data were collected and organized into a matrix. For each study, we documented the following characteristics: the species farmed, the rearing systems, the management practices, the associated forms of integrated production, as well as the study objectives and the levers used to achieve them. This dataset makes it possible to identify major research trends over time, highlight knowledge gaps while considering their geographic distribution, and propose future research directions to address global and regional challenges in this field.</p

    Abstract Lead optimization failures are often linked to poor absorption, compounded by strong efflux transport and low recovery. Here we report a comprehensive analysis and modeling of public and industrial data on adsorption of organic molecules. Comparative analysis of one pharma-industrial chemical space was used to examine the relationship between critical permeability parameters. Our findings highlighted misconceptions in the transport route characterization. We demonstrated the importance of considering recovery, distribution coefficient, and topological polar surface area during Multi-Parameter Optimization. A Multi-Task Learning approach was employed for predictive model development. The models built on the public data were validated on the industrial data, revealing key discrepancies influenced by variation in experimental protocols. Our analysis emphasizes the model building on proprietary data in industrial absorption evaluations, which allows to avoid applicability domain issues and standardized measurement protocols. Finally, the integration of predictive models with Generative Topographic Mapping for chemical space exploration introduces a novel strategy to better understand optimization challenges. This work proposes a visual approach for MPO to improve drug discovery efficiency. The developed public models and curated public datasets are publicly accessible.     La modélisation des flux d'azote à l'échelle des exploitations de polyculture-élevage en agriculture biologique nécessite des références techniques sur les systèmes de production végétale et animale. Ce jeu de données synthétise les références nécessaires pour ces calculs. Ces références sont issues de différentes sources bibliographiques. Pour la production végétale, il s'agit du taux de légumineuses, du taux de fixation symbiotique, du rendement et du contenu en azote des récoltes pour les différentes catégories de culture. Pour la production animale, il s'agit des quantités d'azote excrétés, du temps passé à l'extérieur des bâtiments et de l'efficience de conversion de l'azote pour les différentes catégories animales, d'une part. D'autre part, il s'agit des facteurs d'émission liés aux effluents d'élevage des différentes catégories animales

    All RT-qPCR data were generated from cultured MG-63 cells supplemented, or not, with with 80 µM dynasore, one hour prior to exposure to PBS (control for EV treatment), 0.2% dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), 20 µg of EVs in PBS, or 20 µg of EV in PBS with 0.2% DMSO (final concentration) (control for EV treatment in the presence of dynasore). RT-qPCR was conducted using three biological replicates, and three independent technical replicates (n = 9) for each cDNA sample. The amount of mRNA was normalized by using the geometrical mean value of three reference genes, GAPDH, PGK1, and PPIA. Gene expression values were calculated using the 2-ΔΔCT method relative to control conditions (PBS for EV treatment and EVs in PBS-DMSO for EV treatment in the presence of dynasore).     Metabolic responses to test meal procedures in growing pigs

    Eight crossbred growing pigs (49 + 3 kg) equipped with CGM sensors and fitted with a central venous catheter, were tested in a 5 days-feeding trial. Pigs were fed twice daily, with diets progressively changing from high starch to high fat composition over the trial. At day 2 and day 5, after an overnight fast, a test meal rich in starch (starch, day 2) or rich in fat (fat, day 5) was fed to the pig. Time-series blood collections were obtained just before (-15 min) and after (0 to 360 min) the meal, to analyze plasma concentrations of glucose, insulin and lactate (using commercial kits and a lab analyser). The pigs were also equiped with a continuous glucose monitoring system (CGM) and glucose values were read every 5 min during the same period (raw_sensor_glucose: raw values of glucose concentrations; smoothed_sensor_glucose: glucose values filtered using a Stavitsky Golay filtering)
