    Contemporary natural selection and potential for evolutionary change in maritime pine (P. pinaster Aiton), a keystone forest tree

    The dataset "Pinaster_genotypes_Lacanau&Tocchi_10652SNPs.xlsx" contains individual genetic information and was produced by a consortium of European research Intitutes. For the data collection, needles were sampled from a total of 1,500 individuals from 2 maritime pine populations located in French (Lacanau) and Italian (Tocchi) Genetic Conservation Units (GCUs). 10,652 SNPs were genotyped from the multispecies 4TREE SNPs chip (chip produced within the framework of the B4est project). This dataset was used to carry out a quantitative genetics and evolutionary biology study (i.e., parentage/mating model analyses and heritability estimates). The dataset "WD_Lacanau-Tocchi.xlsx" contains individual adult tree relative wood density measured in situ using a SC-650 resistograph (Rinntech, Heidelberg, Germany). Median values were calculated for each tree from individual density profiles using the R package densitR (https://github.com/krajnc/densitr; Krajnc, 2020). The dataset "" contains individual adult tree fitness values (effective fecundity in the form of the number of established offspring computed using MEMM and CERVUS), standardized phenotypic traits (growth and functional traits) measured and predicted using in-situ direct assessment, drone flights and near-infrared spectroscopy for each of the adult trees in Lacanau and Tocchi populations and covariates used in this study (data paper for phenotypic data to be published soon).     This study examines the evolution of France's carbon footprint from 2000 to 2014, with a particular focus on the role of international trade. During this period, France's territorial emissions decreased by 18%, yet its consumption-based footprint declined by only 5%. This modest reduction reflects an increase in emissions embedded in imports, which grew from 45% to 54% of the total. Employing a novel structural decomposition analysis, we disentangle the contributions of scale, composition, and technique effects from a consumption perspective. Our approach advances traditional methods by explicitly distinguishing between domestic and foreign influences and by separately analyzing trade openness and the geographic reallocation of trade flows. The results underscore the dominance of the technique effect in reducing emissions (-28%), driven primarily by efficiency improvements abroad. However, the geographic composition effect led to a substantial increase in emissions (+18%), especially due to shifts toward more carbon-intensive trading partners prior to 2008. This pattern—characterized by a growing reliance on foreign improvements for emission reductions—likely foreshadows developments in other developed economies as domestic decarbonization advances.     MilkOligoCorpus, a rich semantic annotated resource for milk oligosaccharide complex information extraction

    The MilkOligoCorpus is a dataset of 30 Pubmed abstracts and full-text extracts from scientific articles on the composition of milk oligosaccharides in mammalian species, manually annotated for training and evaluating information extraction tools. This corpus is designed to support the development and assessment of tools for named entity recognition, entity linking and relation extraction to extract the variability of milk oligosaccharides profiles. Named entity linking is essential for integrating information from diverse sources by mapping entity mentions to standard categories and associating them with unique identifiers. Thus, along with the corpus annotation we developed four semantic resources to address the absence of existing ontologies for several entities: (i) the Female parity thesaurus, (ii) the sample thesaurus, (iii) the MO methods thesaurus, (iv) the Oligo type thesaurus available at https://doi.org/10.57745/RA5DAC. An annotation schema was also developed, that identifies the entities of interest and establishes relations between them. This annotation schema serves as the foundation for the manual annotations along with guidelines, a 66-pages document that dictates the instructions on how to perform the annotations, available in the repository Z. This archive includes: (i) the HoloOligo corpus dataset, (ii) the list of the document annotated in the HoloOligo corpus, (iii) the three thesaurus required for the manual annotation, which are not available elsewhere, (iv) the annotation schema. An article detailing the development of the annotation schema and the creation of the gold standard corpus will be submited to PLOS One

    Indicateurs des changements par niveaux de réchauffement TRACC issus des débits journaliers simulés par le modèle hydrologique GRSD pour l'ensemble des projections climatiques Explore2 sous RCP 8.5. Ces fichiers résultent de l'agrégation temporelle des simulations hydrologiques sous runs historiques (avant 2005) et des projections hydrologiques (post 2005), fichiers NetCDF disponibles au téléchargement dans la collection Explore2 - Projections hydrologiques. Ce dépôt regroupe un tableau par indicateur, niveau de réchauffement et chaîne de simulation, c'est-à-dire, couple GCM/RCM et modèle hydrologique HM. Ces données sont brutes et contiennent donc des chaînes de projections jugées aberrantes / horsains qu'il est possible de filtrer grâce à des métadonnées supplémentaires. Pour des raisons techniques, ces indicateurs sont regroupés par dossiers compressés selon les différentes phases du régime hydrologique.     This dataset contains point cloud sets acquired on beads and parts printed in multi-axis LDM silicone. The points measured on the beads reveal the variable geometry of the central part of beads printed with different printing parameters and nozzle angulations. The points concerning the parts show the impact of using triangular and flattened beads on the surfaces of a multi-axis printed part, which can be compared with two other Cartesian printed parts. This dataset highlighted the change in bead shape as a function of printing parameters and nozzle angulation. The observations made at the bead scale could be applied to the printing of a whole part, to analyze their impact on the condition of its surfaces. This dataset is offered to the scientific community for the creation of a database or for analysis purposes
