The data presented here are the raw data used to construct the figure for a draft submitted for publication titled : Cytosolic hyper-replication of Salmonella occurs in all physiologically relevant
host cell types, with variable T3SS-1 involvement.
Figure 1 : Raw Images (TIFF imageJ) used to illustrate that Hyper-replicating Salmonella occur in diverse endothelial, fibroblast and immune cell lines, in addition to epithelial cells.
Figure 2 : RAW data obtained by quantification of area of cell exposed to Salmonella hyper replication allow to conclude that Hyper-replicating Salmonella are detected as early as 6 hours post-infection.
Figure 3 : RAW Images and RAW data used to done Quantification and visualization of late-stage cytosolic Salmonella replication in AML12 cells
Figure 4 : RAW Images and RAW data used to support our hypothesis that The hyper-replication phenotype does not occur in all epithelial, endothelial, and immune cell types.
Figure 5 : RAW Images and RAW data used to support our hypothesis that sfGFP-positive Salmonella remains associated with LAMP-1 in AML12, HBMEC and stimulated THP-1 cells at 8h p.i.
Figure 6 : RAW data used to support that Bacterial load has no impact on the intracellular fate of Salmonella.
Figure 7 : RAW data used to support that The intracellular behavior remains unchanged regardless of the Salmonella serotype or strain used.
Figure 8 : RAW data used to support that The ability to hyper-replicate in the cytosol does not depend on Salmonella entry mechanism used

Figure S5: RAW data obtained by quantification of area of cell exposed to Salmonella and used to support thatSalmonella SL1344 and LA5 strains show higher infection rates compared to the Salmonella 14028 strain accross the various cell type teste
Ex-situ experiment to select willows for subalpine soil and water bioengineering structures
This dataset presents survival and growth data of three subalpine willow species (S. caesia, S; foetida and S. hastata) and a ubiquitous willow species (S. purpurea). In a growth chamber under controlled conditions of light, temperature and humidity, 50 cuttings per species were planted in sand pots, 25 of which were treated with growth hormone (IBA). After four months of growth, survival was estimated and biotechnical traits were measured. The traits were chosen to assess the potential use of the four species in soil and water bioengineering (SWBE) structures: diameter, number and length of roots, number, maximum and cumulative length of stems, above and belowground biomasses. For each individual, we recorded the species, the origin of the cutting (M: Maurienne, L: Lautaret, T: Tarentaise), the growth chamber and tray on which it was grown, the survival rate and the biomechanical traits (root_length_max, root_D1:5, root_number, stem_number, stem_length_max, stem_cumulative_length, aboveground_biomass, belowground_biomass, cutting_biomass)

PASTorIN
The PASTorIN_MAP dataset contains geodetic data from the 62 experimental sites that were the locations of the studies presented in the 94 publications used. Figure 1 illustrates the geographical location of these 62 sites, spread across 29 countries, with 69% and 31% located in temperate and tropical zones respectively. The geodetic coordinates provided in the PASTorIN_MAP dataset generally correspond to the experimental sites where the animals under study were fed. However, in certain publications, some ambiguity remains between the coordinates of the actual experimental site and those of (i) the slaughterhouse where carcass measurements were undertaken, or (ii) the institute or university that sponsored the study.
The Shapefile format of PASTorIN_MAP allows the data presented in the associaded Data Paper ("Comparison of the performance of pasture-fed and indoor-fed ruminants: a literature dataset on weight gain and carcass characteristics” by Boval M, Shaqura I, Berthelot V) to be combined with other cartographic sources (e.g. vegetation, land use), thereby facilitating their subsequent use within various analytical frameworks or modelling projects focusing on animal performance

A specific metabolomic and lipidomic signature reveals the post-partum resolution of gestational diabetes mellitus or its evolution to Type 2 Diabetes in rat Supplementary data
Gestational Diabetes Mellitus represents a major public health concern due to adverse maternal post-partum and long-term outcome. Current strategies to manage Gestational Diabetes Mellitus fail to reduce the maternal risk to develop later impaired glucose tolerance and type 2 diabetes . In a rodent model of diet-induced gestational diabetes mellitus without obesity, we explored the perinatal metabolic adaptations in dams with gestational diabetes mellitus followed by either persistent or resolved post-partum impaired glucose tolerance . Female Sprague-Dawley rats were fed a High-Fat High-Sucrose or a Chow diet, one week before mating and throughout gestation. Following parturition, High-Fat High-Sucrose dams were randomized to two subgroups: one switched to Chow diet and the other one maintained on High-Fat High-Sucrose diet throughout lactation. Oral glucose tolerance tests were performed and plasma metabolome-lipidome were characterized at Gestation_day 12 and Lactation_day 12. We found that: 1_in gestational diabetes mellituspregnant-dams, impaired glucose tolerance was associated with incomplete fatty acid oxidation, enhanced gluconeogenesis, altered insulin signaling and oxidative stress; 2_improved glucose tolerance post-partum seemed to restore complete fatty acid oxidation along with elevation of nervonic acid-containing sphingomyelins, assumed to impart beta-cell protection; and 3_persistence of impaired glucose tolerance after delivery was associated with metabolites known to predict the early onset of insulin and leptin resistance, with maintained liver dysfunction. Our findings shed light on the impact of post-partum impaired glucose tolerance evolution on maternal metabolic outcome after an episode of gestational diabetes mellitus. They suggest innovative strategies, implemented shortly after delivery and targeted on these biomarkers, should be explored to curb or delay the transition from gestational diabetes mellitus to type 2 diabetes in these mothers
