    Détermination âge TRF/TRM Nivelle

    La Nivelle est un petit fleuve côtier de la côte basque. Depuis plus de quarante ans des données (essentiellement tissus et écailles) sont régulièrement collectées sur les truites sur la rivière via des pêches à l'électricité, des captures aux stations de contrôle (passes à poissons) et sur les différents projets de recherche qui se déclinent sur le terrain. Les données de cette collection, forte de plusieurs milliers de données et d'échantillons, ont intégré récemment la banque de données BD Poisson gérée à l'U3E de L'INRAE de Rennes et le centre de ressource biologique Colisa. L'estimation de l'âge des truites (scalimétrie) de deux écotypes (rivière et mer) est réalisé grâce aux écailles prélevées lors des campagnes d'échantillonnage. Le présent dataset donne une estimation des âges des individus capturés et toutes les informations et observations relatives aux lectures effectuées (marques de frai, nombre d'écailles prélevées et localisation dans la collection)

Depuis plus de quarante ans, des données (essentiellement tissus et écailles) sont régulièrement collectées sur la rivière via des pêches à l'électricité, des captures aux stations de contrôle (passes à poissons). Les données de cette collection, forte de plusieurs dizaines de milliers de données et d'échantillons, ont intégré récemment la banque de données BD Poisson gérée à l'U3E de L'INRAE de Rennes. Cette base de données dédiée au stockage des données collectées sur le terrain regroupe toutes les informations relatives aux captures effectuées sur les sites de l'ORE Diapfc, observatoire de recherche en environnement « Poissons diadromes dans les Fleuves Côtiers » au sein duquel la Nivelle est associée à d’autres cours d’eau observatoire comme l’Oir et la Bresle en Normandie et le Scorff en Bretagne. Le présent Dataset a pour fonction de proposer toutes les données numériques collectées sur la Nivelle en 2024 sur toutes les espèces échantillonnées aux cours des différentes campagnes d'échantillonnage à savoir : - Les pêches à l'électricité sur saumon, truite et anguille. - Les captures de toutes les espèces de poissons aux stations de contrôle d'Uxondoa et Olha.     Le Soleil est observé à la lunette depuis quatre siècles. Cependant, son étude a fait un bond prodigieux à la fin du XIXème siècle avec l’apparition de la photographie et de la spectroscopie, puis au début du siècle suivant avec l’invention du coronographe et des filtres monochromatiques, et enfin dans la seconde moitié du XXème avec l’avènement de l’exploration spatiale (satellites, sondes). Celle-ci permet en effet d’observer les rayonnements cachés par l’atmosphère terrestre (Ultra Violet, X, γ) et d’effectuer des mesures « in situ » dans l’environnement solaire. Cet ensemble multimedia retrace les grandes étapes de cette fantastique épopée où entrent en scène des savants renommés comme Janssen, Deslandres, d’Azambuja, Lyot ou Dollfus, conférant à l’observatoire de Paris-Meudon un rôle de pionnier dans l’histoire de la physique solaire jusqu’en 1960. Après cet âge d’or, l’exploration spatiale a nécessité de gros moyens mutualisés entre nations, ne pouvant plus être mis en oeuvre au sein d’équipes ou même d’instituts individuels. Le développement de la simulation numérique, nouvel outil de recherche, a également exigé la mise en commun de supercalculateurs.The Sun has been observed through a telescope for four centuries. However, its study made a prodigious leap at the end of the nineteenth century with the appearance of photography and spectroscopy, then at the beginning of the following century with the invention of the coronagraph and monochromatic filters, and finally in the second half of the twentieth century with the advent of space exploration (satellites, probes). This makes it possible to observe the radiations hidden by the Earth's atmosphere (Ultra Violet, X-rays, γ) and to carry out "in situ" measurements in the solar environment. This multimedia dataset retraces the major stages of this fantastic epic in which renowned scientists such as Janssen, Deslandres, d'Azambuja, Lyot and Dollfus entered the scene, giving the Paris-Meudon Observatory a pioneering role in the history of solar physics until 1960. After this golden age, space exploration required large resources shared between nations, which could no longer be implemented within teams or even individual institutes.     Among the phenotypic and functional traits of interest in a context of rapidly changing environmental conditions linked to anthropogenic global warming, fruiting data are often lacking, even though they are fundamental for assessing the adaptive capacities of species and for modeling their ecological niche and simulating their evolution. Inter-annual alternations of high and low fruiting and the correlation between this masting phenomenon and resource allocation to other functions, such as growth, are relatively poorly documented in forest trees. This paper presents a long-term monitoring dataset containing observations of the annual production of female reproductive structures (strobili) over an 18-year period, combined with observations of the annual production of male flowers and cones, dendrometric data (circumference at breast height, total height, crown base heights) and tree health status, at individual tree level. The observations concern two major species of European lowland and mountain forest ecosystems, common beech (Fagus sylvatica L.) and silver fir (Abies alba Mill.). The individual observations were made in a mountain forest located at the southern edge of the distribution range of these two species, along a marked altitude gradient [963 to 1521m] that makes this site a natural laboratory for deciphering processes of micro-geographical adaptation and plasticity: Mont Ventoux (France). For financial reasons (long-term monitoring is dependent on shorter-term, project-based research funding), the number of trees monitored per year varies. For example, there are no fruiting data for 2008, 2009 and 2010 for common beech and 2022 for both species. Despite these short interruptions, the publication contains a total of 2247 cone observations made on 334 fir trees and 2694 fruiting observations made on 422 beech trees between 2006 and 2024. The dataset contains 3 data files: - Fructification_data_Ventoux.csv : Data on fruit production, dendrometry (CBH and Ht), health status and mortality; - MaleFlowers_data_Ventoux.csv : Male flower inflorescence production ; - FructificationBiomass_data_Ventoux.csv : cone biomass estimation data, as the “cone length” proxi. Common variables (Original_ID, Taxon_Name and Year) make it easy to compare data from the 3 files. The dataset also contains a documentation file describing the variables measured and observed, that are present in the 3 data files

    Projections of climate types (Köppen-Geiger classification)

    The dataset is the result of a Köppen-Geiger classification of climate types on high-resolution climate projections across France. The Köppen–Geiger classification is based on mean annual or monthly air temperature and precipitation amounts for 30-year periods from 1970-1999 to 2070-2099. The classification was carried out on 84 bias-corrected climate projections at a resolution of 8 km, including 22, 22, and 40 projections for RCP 2.6, 4.5 and 8.5, respectively. A more complete description of the dataset as well as an analysis of the evolution of future climate types is presented in Strohmenger et al. (2024). Please have a look at the README.txt file for information about the files format and about the data fields. Please note that the following climate projections were subsequently discarded from the Explore2-2022 dataset, for all RCPs (if relevant) and both downscaling methods: IPSL-CM5A-MR_WRF381P CNRM-CM5-LR_RACMO22E EC-EARTH_HIRHAM5 It is therefore recommended to not consider them for any further analysis

    Single-nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) data for 1,085 adult individuals from 54 range-wide populations of 5 European conifer species

    General description This dataset contains the Single Primer Enrichment Technology (SPET) data (variant call format -vcf- files) of five conifer species used in the manuscript "Genome-wide data to assist conservation in five European conifer species". The SNPs were selected based on DNA regions containing loci with a known adaptive function or putatively under selection, sequences of orthologous gene families with functions of interest, and genes with unknown functions and presumably neutral loci. For each species, between 161 and 371 genotyped trees are included, sampled across their European range in 9 to 15 locations. Three different datasets are provided for each species: (1) target SNPs (TARGET), (2) de novo SNPs - detected within 100 base pair (bp) distance from each targeted SNP (DENOVO) and (3) target and de novo SNPs combined (COMBINED), resulting in three vcf files per species, built as [species tag]_v5.2.2.1_[TARGET/DENOVO/COMBINED].vcf.gz. The vcf files can be opened and analyzed using the following custom-made pipeline: https://github.com/amfarsakoglou/GenTree_SPET_Pipeline_short_version. The file "GenTree consortium" lists all authors involved in DNA sampling and extraction. Species included: Abies alba Mill.     Quartz trace elements analyses from Macusani volcanic rocks (Peru)

    This dataset comprises trace element analyses from the quartz crystals originating of the Macusani volcanic rocks (Peru). In-situ analysis of the several quartz growth zones was conducted using LA-ICP-MS. The initial objective of this study was to explore the conditions of crystallization of quartz in silicic and peraluminous plumbing systems, which contain significant concentrations of Li. At Macusani, thermobarometry based on Ti concentration in quartz reflects a polyphased crystallization of the quartz phenocryst, from the partial melting zone in the lower crust to the subsurface dyke during eruption. Furthermore, the Li concentration in the different generations of growth zones record distinct igneous processes at the origin of the outstanding Li enrichment of these rocks
