D-Garment Dataset
This dataset was created for and used in the work "D-Garment: Physics-Conditioned Latent Diffusion for Dynamic Garment Deformations". It contains simulated cloth sequences over various human motions, body shapes and cloth physical materials. The purpose of this dataset is to reproduce D-Garment results and to allow future works to train and evaluate data-driven models of dynamic clothing
Supporting data to "Genomic landscape and genetic architecture of recombination in domestic goats (Capra Hircus)"
Supporting data to research article "Genome landscape and genetic architecture of recombination in domestic goats (Capra Hircus)."
This dataset contains:
- Scripts to run pedigree-based recombination analyses in goats. The public scripts begin analyses after crossover detection.
- An xls file containing all crossover information for autosomal chromosomes. First tab ("Crossovers") lists all detected crossovers in all meioses. Second tab ("Informativity") lists bounds for the genomic interval on which it is possible to detect crossovers, for all autosomes of all meioses.
- Pedigree information of all samples on which recombination information has been measured. Recombination phenotypes for the samples are also available in this file.
- Phased and imputed to sequence genotypes of all samples on which recombination information has been measured
Behavioral and physiological responses of Prim’Holstein cows to familiar and unfamiliar human in visual preference and cross-modal tests
Dataset used for the article intitled "Cows visually discriminate and cross-modally recognize familiar and unfamiliar human faces"
LC-MS data of trypanothione from Leishmania infantum samples : assay method assessment
Data of the results presented in the article "LC-MS Evaluation of the Redox Trypanothione Balance in Leishmania infantum Parasites", currently under review in the journal Antioxidants.
LC-MS raw and processed data with calculation of the concentrations of the species of interest (oxidized trypanothione and NEM-derivatized reduced trypanothione) in Leishmania infantum biological samples.
These data are being used to validate a method for measuring trypanothion and the balance between its reduced and oxidized forms in biological samples from parasites of the genus Leishmania.
Parasites have been exposed with hydrogen peroxide and/or gold complex auranofin to induce oxidative stress
Four high resolution solar atlases of the [3000 Å - 9900 Å] range
We present a set of useful high resolution atlases of the Sun in FITS format, originally produced by Delbouille et al (1972), Kurucz et al (1972) at disk centre, Gandorfer (2000, 2002, 2005) and Stenflo (2014, 2015) close to the limb (respectively for μ = cosθ = 0.1 and 0.145). The ZIP file contains the scientific data (wavelength and intensity) in FITS format together with derived sets of PNG spectral images of 100 Å bandwidth for quick look. Lines are identified by the Moore table and Lande factors are reported
Flow intermittence indicators from the projection simulations (1985-2100) in the Genal DRN (Spain)
Statistical monthly and yearly flow intermittence indicators calculated from the simulated daily state of flow in the Genal DRN (Spain).
Indicators are provided for 3 SSP scenarios and 5 climate models on the projection periods (1985-2014 and 2015-2100)
LiDAR data
All LiDAR overflights by drone were performed in June 2022. The LiDAR sensor used was a Yellowscan Surveyor and was embarked on a DJI Matrice 600 Pro UAV. The YellowScan Surveyor includes:
- GNSS-inertial station : Applanix APX-15 UAV
- LiDAR : Velodyne VLP16 (also known as Puck) : Wavelength: 905 nm / 300,000 pulses per second (300 kHz) / 2 echoes per pulse / Viewing angle: 360° - Accuracy: 4 cm
The design of a flight path consists of a double grid with interline distances of 40 m. The drone flew at 50 m height constrained by a 5 m resolution DTM from the BD ALTI® by IGN. The flights were made at a speed of 5 m per second. All trajectories were planned with the UGCS-4.0.134 software. Then, the LiDAR dataset was post-processed in several steps by using different softwares:
- Applanix POSPac UAV 8.4: post-processing (PPK) of trajectories based on the UAV's GNSS-Inertial Measurement System data and using a reference GNSS base station. The correction solution for each trajectory is exported in an ASCII SBET (Smoothed Best Estimated Trajectory) file.
- Yellowscan CloudStation V2106.0.0: The SBET file is integrated in the software to generate point clouds in .las format projected in RGF93/Lambert 93.
- LidR (R package): reading of las files, redrawing into tiles in compressed format .laz file corresponding to the output format.
Telepilots from the TETIS resarch unit, Montpellier : Samuel Alleaume and Florian de Boissieu. This dataset includes raw data and derived raster products. The data is provided in a cloud-optimized format (COPC)
Supplementary_material_SEAMPL
Supplementary material used and produced to develop SEAMPL tool. SEAMPL is a user-friendly web interface that aim to help stakeholders to consider the environmental dimension when developing new reusable bottle systems. The tool is based on simplified parametrized LCA models
Workflow for BBC room netCDF creation and replication
Jupyter notebook of the BBC room data.
This workflow contains all steps to recreate a global netCDF file. The global netCDF file contains all 39 measurements, regardless of year and dates.
IF wanting to use this workflow, PLEASE ENSURE you have dowloaded the "Processed files" from RDG.
All 39 measurements included are organized by themes. You can find:
Office environement: Ambiant values (Temperature, humidity and CO2), Indicators (Presence, ventilation, VOC and heating), Doors and windows (Opened of closed, only starting in 2020)
Specialized office values Relative temperature, humidity and CO2 concentration
Specialized sensors:Thermocouples sensors(TC1-4, temperature), Triosys 1-2 measuring temperature and triosys 1 measuring humidity.
Solar measurements: Adjustable sunshade (south, southeast, east, southwest and west), starting in 2020. Pyranometer energy and irradiance.
Illuminance: North and south.
Energy:
General, heating, kitchen, main and outlets meter.
The obtained netCDF file can be used to analyze the environmental impact on office workers.
The workflow in itself can be used to replicate the corresponding file, but also a good idea on how to create netCDF file if wanting to replicate
