Figure 8. Example of comparison of the sensitivity measured on
the ground (green line) at the quiet site of Chambon la Forêt and in
flight during a quiet period, for SC4 Bz (top panel) and Bx (bottom
panel) components (By is identical to Bx). Outputs of Spectrum
Analyser (black line) of 180 Hz filter (red) and 10 Hz filter (blue)
are superimposed (see text).
Figure 9. Evolution of the sensitivity with time, for four different years, in the lobes (quiet region) for the four spacecraft and for the Bx
and Bz components (By, not shown, is similar to Bx) for both parts of the experiment (waveform up to 9 Hz, Spectrum Analyser above
9 Hz). The chosen time intervals are 3 August 2001 12:00–13:00 UT, 12 August 2004 11:00–12:00 UT, 12 August 2008 19:00–20:00 UT and

Mastitis pathogen and 16S qPCR results and associated metadata collected in Auvergne farms (France)
Longitudinal sampling of 6 farms in the Auvergne region (France) provided bi-weekly samples of milk (cow level), feces (cow level), litter (farm level) and milk filter (farm level), which were investigated for
- mastitis pathogens, quantified by qPCR using Pathoproof commercial kit and laboratory-made range (included in qPCR pathogen file and qPCR pathogen range file)
- bacterial abundance, quantified by 16S gene qPCR (included in metadata)
- immune cells abunance, quantified weekly by AgroLabs laboratory (included in metadata)
-information on farm practices and antibiotic treatments (included in metadata)
This data was then analyzed to identify pathogen profiles associated with mastitis, using the R workflow (included in R files pathogen preprocessing and pathogen analysis
Symbiotic diversification relies on an ancestral gene network in plants
We produced the two first genomes of leafy liverworts and demonstrated that one of them, Calypogeia fissa is likely polyploid. Transcriptomic assays of C. fissa in different nutritional and symbiotic conditions revealed that symbiosis is driven by phosphate availability in a nitrogen-dependent manner. Using coombination of functional experiments and multispecies transcriptomics, we demonstrated that the signaling pathway controlling the infection of plants in intracellular symbioses is conserved in land plants
