Simulations des rendements canniers de 2016 à 2100 sur l'île de La Réunion avec le modèle Mosicas

    No full text

A lexicon for organic residues valorization in emerging and developing countries

    No full text
Text mining using F-TF-IDF-C was conducted on title of 7 692 publications related to valorization of organic residues in low and middle-income country. Experts then conducted annotation by relevance on candidate terms following two guides to determine whether the term is off topic or not. This dataset contains one table file of the initial corpus (Initial_Corpus_References.xlsx), one table with all extracted terms from text mining (Extracted_Term.xlsx), one document file with the two annotation guidelines (Annotation_guideline.pdf), and a last table file with the evaluated terms (Pertinent_Term.xlsx)

Participatory Processing Data on Boiled Yam generated by UAC-FSA in Benin

    No full text
This dataset contains data generated during the Activity 4 or Step 3 - Participatory Processing Diagnosis and Quality Characteristics performed by the UAC-FSA team in Benin on Boiled Yam, within the RTBfoods project (following the Methodological Guidance). This dataset may contain diverse types of anonymized data (e‧g. questionnaires, processing parameters, cleaned and processed data) which is to be available on open access following a 2-years embargo after the end of the RTBfoods project (embargo ending date: 15 March 2025) This dataset may also contain non-anonymized data (e‧g. raw data, consent forms signed by interviewees) which cannot be made publicly available, at any time; non-anonymized data is contained in the .tar‧gz file. For more information about the content of the .tar‧gz file, you are invited to contact the authors mentioned in the metadata

NIRS Database on raw fresh sweetpotato for texture & cooking time at CIP, Uganda

    No full text
NIRS spectra were taken of 61 sweetpotatoe genotypes. Three fresh roots per genotype were cut hoizontally and scanned by NIRS XDS in the middle of the root. Scans were used for calibration development by single root but also averaged by genotype. Spectra databases and lab values are presented in two seperated sheets. Reference analysis was done in Uganda directly after scanning by cutting two cubes of each root for cooking time and texture parameters. For texture parameters, the method needed to be changed after sample 17, which means that samples with IDs 02 to 17 were not considered for calibration development

NIRS calibration database on raw intact potato for sensory descriptors, moisture content, DM, crude fiber and starch at CIP Uganda

    No full text
The spectra were collected from 3 raw-intact tubers, where the raw tubers were cleaned, peeled and cut cross-sectionally across the mid-section. Each piece was immediately scanned with the cut end facing the lense following the published SOP. Sensory data was collected by 12 trained panellists, who consumed small cubes of each cooked potato genotype and rated the overall liking of the samples on a 10-point hedonic scale ranging from 1 (dislike extremely) to 10 (like extremely), for each sensory trait per genotypes. Biochemical traits were collected following standard conventional procedures
