Predicting Purchase Power: AI-Enhanced Financial Data Analytics for Personalized Marketing
The trend of artificial intelligence (AI) and financial data analytics integration is transforming the individual marketing field where predicting the purchasing power of consumers could be made more accurate. The research article, Predicting Purchase Power: AI-Enhanced Financial Data Analytics: Personalized Marketing, tells about the possibility to predict the purchasing power of the consumer and, with the help of this knowledge, use it to optimize the marketing campaigns. The authors of this research study discuss the possibilities of integrating machine learning models with big data analytics and behavioral finance to come up with adaptive marketing systems that can be used to provide personalized marketing in real time. With the assistance of the different financial numbers, like the expenditure history, transactions, and credit history among others, AI systems can identify some of the latent patterns that are often overlooked by the classical methods. This paper also examines the predictive algorithms such as the neural networks and the ensemble learning and how they can be used to improve predictive accuracy of purchase power leading to the evidence based decision making in marketing campaign. Not only are the precision of targeting increased in such models, but the customer response rates, loyalty as well as the conversion rates all escalate. However, such ethical and privacy concerns as the processing of personal financial data are also presented in the research in terms of the importance of disclosure, the safety of information, and professional conduct of the algorithms. The available empirical data suggest that AI-driven financial analytics would help marketers get a deeper understanding of the consumer segmentation and purchasing power to address individual offers based on the existing financial capacity of customers. At the end of the paper, the advent of AI and financial data analytics to a marketing intelligence discipline is a paradigm shift that will resolve the gap between the intent and financial capacity of the consumer. The presence of this synergy opens the way to a new era of responsible, predictive and personalized marketing strategies through intelligent data system assistance
Gamification and Mobile Learning: A Comparative Impact Study
The development of mobile learning (m-learning) is an educational technique that has undergone a paradigm shift to motivate learners, engage them, and improve their level of performance through the introduction of gamification in the learning process. This research paper, which is the Gamification and Mobile Learning: A Comparative Impact Study, explores the comparative impact of gamified and non-gamified mobile learning systems on the cognitive, behavioral and emotional performance of students. Based on the self-determination theory and constructivist learning concepts, the paper will discuss the use of gamification elements (points, badges, leaderboard, and progress) in influencing learner engagement and knowledge acquisition. It was a quasi-experimental study, involving two groups of undergraduate students: those who used a gamified mobile learning platform and the other group using a standard mobile application without games. The data was gathered in quantitative form (pre- and post-tests) to assess academic performance, whereas the qualitative data have been gathered as the result of the structured interviews to determine the learner motivation and satisfaction.
The findings suggest that the level of engagement of the students was significantly higher in the gamified mobile learning group, the retention rate was also higher, and the attitude towards the learning process was more positive in the gamified mobile learning group than in the control one. Moreover, gamification has been discovered to contribute to intrinsic motivation through immediate feedback, challenges to be reached and the feeling of achievement. Nevertheless, the paper also mentions the possibility of excessive dependence on extrinsic rewards that can negatively affect long-term motivation unless they are accompanied by significant learning outcomes.
Altogether, the study can be seen as an addition to the current bibliography on the importance of gamified mobile learning settings in teaching. It indicates the necessity to be smart in designing, and the mechanics of the game gets created in the purpose, to promote the outcomes of increasing learning and not to merely entertain. There are certain practical implications of the research to the teachers, instructional designers, and those policy makers that aim at maximising experiences of mobile learning in formal and informal education
Bacteriophage-Mediated Modulation of the Gut Virome in AntibioticResistant Enterobacteriaceae
The increasing emergence of antibiotics-resistant Enterobacteriaceae is a significant health issue around the world, and it demands new treatment methods instead of typical antimicrobials. Bacteriophages Natural bacterial viral predators are now becoming a viable direct pathogen control tool and can also be used to modulate microbiomes. In this research paper, the author seeks to find out the value of bacteria phage as the alternative to remodel the gut virome and the relief of multidrug-resistant Enterobacteriaceae. We then considered phage host interactions, viral community structure changes, and downstream microbial ecology using in vitro models of gut microbiota as well as live murine infection models. The responses in our experimental groups indicate that specific phage-mediated treatments can lead to large decreases in resistant populations of Enterobacteriaceae with concomitant changes in the entire virome within the gut environment, especially phage distribution and horizontal gene transfer rates. Interestingly, phage killing reduced carriage of plasmid-encoded resistance resistance, and this therefore provided a dual advantage in both reduced bacterial load and limitation of resistance spread. Virome sequencing also exemplified creation of new phagebacterial steady states, meaning phage therapy has more to it than merely clearing pathogens, but has effects in the realm of altering ecological stability. Critically, microbiota diversity was kept to a great extent with the least interruption in commensal populations of bacterium. These results help identify the therapeutic promise of phages as precision therapeutics to manipulate microbial ecosystems to respond to challenges in antibiotic resistance. This effort has given fundamental answers regarding how phages can alter virome architecture and reservoirs of resistance genes, information that can form the basis of logical strategies in the design of phage-based interventions. Applications of phage therapy in the future can be individualizing phage cocktails and phage-antibiotic combination approaches to resist infections. In sum, weaved genus of bacteriophage virus in the gut or microbiome seems to be a feasible and ecologically friendly approach to the worldwide problem of antibiotic-resistant Enterobacteriaceae
The Role Of Social Media And Its Key Impact On The Youth : Opportunities And Obstacles
"Social Media is not a media The key to listen, engage and build relationships.”David Alston Social media is a buzzword which is considered as direct form of contact with target audience which is wide spread in all fields. It is an interactive media technology platform which facilitates the sharing and exchange of ideas, information and interest through web based apps and virtual communities which has improved the significance for youth where more than 4.5 billion use social media as of October 2021.( Data Reportal. "Global Social Media Stats October 2021." Social media is considered as the life line of the youth and inevitable part of human life –personal or official space. Youth are early enthusiast of digital media which helps them to be in touch with their friends which leads to psychological development, social skills ,real world skills and creates awareness about current affairs.Apart from entertainment purpose social media provides learning opportunities, job opportunities and helps in promotion of products and services. It is considered as a good platform for education and Elearning by youth. Brady, Holcomb, and Smith (2010). As mentioned by Luke(2010) that it improves students communication skills and advance their learning skills. The paper focuses social media usage by youth along with various its platforms which has gained importance among the youth. Social media is like two sides of a coin where on one side it connects people worldwide through exchange of ideas and thoughts whereas it leads to deceptive post , cyber bullying creating an impact on the mental and physical issues. As it rightly stated that too much is too bad is applicable to social media too where enormous usage creates a matter of concern for wellbeing and if rightly used is a matter of great help for improvement and development of the youth. At the end suggestive measures are also included so as to guide youth for a better life
Histopathological Signatures of SARS-CoV-2-Induced Microvascular Injury Across Organs
Increasingly, the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) infection is being considered a systemic disease with systemic effects on the microvasculature. Though observation and care of respiratory compromise was the starting point of management, the growing evidence indicates that the central tissue pathophysiology factors are endothelial dysfunction and microvascular destruction is the cornerstone of Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). The article dwells on the pathological alterations of microvascular damage in various organs of patients infected by the SARS-CoV-2 based on a few post-mortems of patients with confirmed COVID-19. The endothelial detector and the inflammatory marker of hematoxylin-eosin stained lung, heart, kidney, brain and liver formalin-fixed, paraffin embedded slices were immunohistochemically stained, where the presence of the ultrastructural changes was through the electron microscope checked. The similarities in histology across organs were the swelling of the endothelium, lymphocytic infiltration around vessels, microthrombi of fibrin in the endothelium and disturbance of the glycocalyx. Capillary congestion and thickening of alveoli walls in pulmonary tissue dominated, and small-vessel microthrombosis with the presence of adjacent myocyte necrosis was common in myocardial samples. Pathologic findings in the renal specimens included inflammation of peritubular capillaries and microthrombin in the glomeruli, which was associated with clinical acute kidney injury. Cerebral microvasculature showed perivascular cuffing and focal microhemorrhages, and their presence initiated the assumption of blood a brain barrier damage. The hepatic changes were sinusoidal congestion and portal microthrombosis. These results justify the hypothesis that there is a diffuse endotheliitis caused by SARS-CoV2, probably through viral infiltration of endothelial cells and an uncontrolled host immune response. Systemic Vascular Injury in COVID-19 The prevalence of the injury indicates that the aspect of the disease is systemic endothelial-mediated and that endothelialprotective/microthrombus-induction-treatment strategies could have cross-organ effects. Being able to identify the histopathologic hallmarks of microvascular damage may be helpful in comprehending its mechanisms and helping manage them or even develop specific interventions to prevent complications later in life when a patient survives
The Gig Economy in Hospitality: Opportunities and Exploitation
The rising gig economy has triggered expedited transformation in labor market within any other industry and the hospitality industry has not been an exception as one of the worst hit industries. In this paper, the two poles of the opportunity and exploitation of the gig-based hospitality work will be referred to, where the flexibility, autonomy, and innovation should be discussed in the context of precarity, vulnerability, and unequal power relationships. In line with the trends in the contemporary labor market, the paper will investigate how the hotel, restaurant and tourism services have been transformed into platform-based and freelance agreements to respond to the elasticity of peak and decline demand, and minimize fixed costs. These usually create gateways to workplaces, increased income and possibilities of balancing between personal engagements and work timings to the workers. Such advantages are however offset by the lack of job security, lack of social security, low incomes and lack of career progressions. The study unveils the issue of regulatory gaps and the lack of clarity of the category of employment of which the corporations may dispose the risks and retain the labor in control. On the one hand, consumer demands that are necessitating and warrant precarious practices are maintaining precarious, cost-effective, and at-demand services. The paper will present the argument that the vision of the gig economy should be approached with caution and putting this concept within the context of the continuation of the discussion of the problem of labor rights, digital technologies, and neoliberal reorganization. The paper has come to the conclusion that sustainable policy frameworks and industry principles and collective strategies have to be present to the extent that to make sure that flexibility is not a cost to fairness. Finally, the gig economy in hospitality can be new and threatening: it will become not only innovative but also enabling, however, until it is regulated it will not be allowed to go beyond facilitating numerous systems of exploitation of the workers who have fallen behind as informal workers
Teacher Competencies in the 21st-Century Physical Education Classroom
The 21st century classroom of physical education (PE) needs a paradigm shift of the conventional teaching practice to the more dynamic and student-centered mode of teaching that encompasses knowledge, skills and values that are crucial in whole-person development. In this paper, the author will examine the abilities PE teachers need to possess in order to effectively negotiate existing education conditions, in terms of technology integration, students with special needs, and the emphasis on lifelong health and wellness. In general, the analysis of the available literature, national and international curricula, and educational theories, the study shows the primary competencies, such as pedagogical knowledge, digital literacy, assessment methods, and socio-emotional skills. The research article also takes into account the contribution of the competencies to inclusive practice, critical thinking and active involvement of students. Findings indicate that the modern PE teacher in the 21st century has to be not only familiar with physical activities, motor skills development, but also be flexible in his or her teaching and creative as well as possess good classroom management. In addition, the adoption of technology, e.g. wearable, interactive platforms, and virtual simulations, turns out to be a significant component of the enhancement of the engagement and monitoring of the student progress. Another important aspect of teacher efficacy proved in the paper is the constant professional development, learning communities, and reflective practice. With the integration of the findings of empirical research and theoretical models, the study will offer a guideline to creating teacher preparation courses and professional training programs in line with the modern educational needs. In conclusion, the knowledge and development of such competencies can help PE teachers create a learning environment to support physical literacy, personal growth, and lifelong wellness and meet the demands and possibilities of the present-day education. The study is applicable to the policymaking process, curriculum development, and teacher assessment in physical education, so that the educators are adequately ready to address the changing demands of children in the 21st century

Equity in Education: Bridging the Gap Between Policy and Classroom Practice
Equity in education is one of the key issues of modern education as there is still a consistent gap in access, learning outcomes, and resource distribution between students with various socio-economic, cultural, and language backgrounds. Nevertheless, despite the existence of many policies that seek to facilitate equity education, there still exists a huge gap between the intentions of the policies and the realities in the classroom. This research article discusses how the educational policies concerning equity are applied in the classroom practice and what elements contribute to their successful or unsuccessful conversion into the effective pedagogical practices. The paper relies on both qualitative and quantitative research provided by the case studies, interviews with teachers, and observations made in the classroom to identify the complications that arise in the integration of policy requirements and actual teaching scenarios. Major results suggest that though policies offer a guideline towards the provision of equitable education, effective implementation must involve the readiness of the teachers, opportunities of professional growth, culturally indulgent programs, and conducive institutional contexts. Another significant fact brought out in the study is the role of teacher beliefs, attitudes and competencies in mediating the policy influence on classroom practice. It also looks at how systematic challenges such as lack of resources, large classes, and pressure of standardized tests can undermine the implementation of policy even in well-intended objectives. The research paper also will contribute towards the understanding of the relevance of equity in the classroom in the view of making learning more effective to all the students. The paper concludes with practical suggestions to the teachers, the school administration, and policymakers including professional training levels, change in policies and inclusion and joint school cultures. Finally, the study highlights the need to reconcile policy constructs and classroom realities in order to make equality in education not only a dream but a reality. The research can be useful to teachers and policy-makers who aim to promote high-quality, inclusive, and fair learning environments
Ecocriticism in Literature: Examining Nature in Contemporary Fiction
Ecocriticism as the treatment of the literary relationships with environment has been found as one of the major means of the study of nature in fiction of our times as is also the place of products produced by the impacts of the modernity. The current paper is dedicated to the discussion of the contemporary writers addressing the issues of environmental problems, linkages between people and nature and environmental questions in the works established with references to the approach of ecocriticism. It gets into how contemporary literature has been responding to this steadily mounting height of environmental concerns related to greenhouse gasses, the loss of forests and extinction of biodiversity. The paper gives the analysis of the position of nature in works of such authors as Margaret Atwood, Barbara Kingsolver, and Richard Powers and therefore provides the evidence that nature is not merely a background in the writings but can be evaluated as a character on stage that controls not only the lives of human beings but also social order. Another observation made on the paper is the possibility of ecocriticism to unearth the anthropocentrisms story narratives and create more interest in the concept environmental justice. According to the paper, modern fiction can be viewed as a good method of awareness creation and source of inspiration by relating what is read in the works to ecological problems in the real life. It would be concluded that the ecocritical approach may help to turn literature into a powerful means of environmental activism that could affect the overall debate about the need of protecting the environment
