Replication Data for: A high-throughput screening approach to discover potential colorectal cancer chemotherapeutics: Repurposing drugs to disrupt 14-3-3 protein-BAD interactions
Includes the docked structures, prepared proteins, key representatives of the MD clusters, and all other structures used for analysis (with the exception of the full MD trajectories) in the named article

IEA CO2 Emissions from Fuel Combustion Statistics: Greenhouse Gas Emissions from Energy. Allocation of emissions from electricity and heat, 1960-2021
CO2 emissions after reallocation of emissions from electricity and heat generation to consuming sectors. This data file includes four dimensions of “flow”, “allocation”, “time” and “country”. [Data editions 2021 & 2023
Data for "The experience of mental effort during a continuous performance task"
This study was conducted to understand how the experience of task-elicited and volitionally exerted mental effort during a continuous performance task are associated with person-based (i.e., trait inattention and hyperactivity) and task-based (i.e., manipulations in interstimulus intervals) factors. This study was conducted online by collecting survey responses and behavioural data from undergraduate students at York University. This data includes the predictor variables, moderators, mediators, and outcome variables. This dataset does not include any demographic variables
Postal Code Conversion File [Canada], March 2025, Census of Canada 2021
The Postal Code Conversion File (PCCF) is a digital file which provides a correspondence between the Canada Post Corporation (CPC) six-character postal code and Statistics Canada's standard geographic areas for which census data and other statistics are produced. Through the link between postal codes and standard geographic areas, the PCCF permits the integration of data from various sources. The Single Link Indicator provides one best link for every postal code, as there are multiple records for many postal codes.
New to the June 2022 version, a separate data file is available for retired postal codes. The retired file uses the same record layout as the PCCF file. The same syntax file can be used for both the PCCF data file and the retired data file.
The geographic coordinates attached to each postal code on the PCCF are commonly used to map the distribution of data for spatial analysis (e.g., clients, activities). The location information is a powerful tool for planning, or research purposes.
The geographic coordinates, which represent the standard geostatistical areas linked to each postal codeOM on the PCCF, are commonly used to map the distribution of data for spatial analysis (e.g., clients, activities). The location information is a powerful tool for marketing, planning, or research purposes. In April 1983, the Statistical Registers and Geography Division released the first version of the PCCF, which linked postal codesOM to 1981 Census geographic areas and included geographic coordinates. Since then, the file has been updated on a regular basis to reflect changes. For this release of the PCCF, the vast majority of the postal codesOM are directly geocoded to 2021 Census geography while others are linked via various conversion processes. A quality indicator for the confidence of this linkage is available in the PCCF. </p
A Prospective Multi-Site Observational Study of SARS-CoV-2 Vaccination Immunogenicity in Patients with Hematologic Malignancies [VIP, study data contributed to the CITF Databank]
Background: Individuals with blood cancers have weakened immune systems due to their disease and treatments, putting them at higher risk of death for COVID-19. An effective vaccine is important to protect them from infection; however, major COVID-19 vaccine trials did not include this population. Therefore, it was not known if people with or treated for blood cancers develop a protective antibody response after vaccination, or if it would last as long as in the general population.
Aims of the CITF-funded study: This study aimed to quantify the humoral immune response to the SARS-CoV-2 vaccine and to describe Grade 2-4 adverse events following immunization in patients with hematologic malignancies.
Methods: This cohort study enrolled patients with hematologic malignancies aged 18 and older from hematology clinics in participating hospitals in Edmonton, Montreal, Ottawa, and Toronto. Participants completed an online questionnaire and provided a dried blood spot sample at baseline and during each follow-up—approximately 90, 180, 270, and 360 days after their second COVID-19 vaccine. Blood samples were also collected 28 days after any additional COVID-19 vaccination dose.
Contributed dataset contents: The datasets include 751 participants who completed baseline questionnaires between August 2021 and August 2023. 95% of participants gave one or more blood samples for SARS-CoV-2 serology between September 2021 and February 2023. Variables include data in the following areas of information: demographics (age, gender, race-ethnicity and indigeneity, region, education, occupation), general health (smokes; chronic disease; height and weight; flu vaccine), SARS-CoV-2 vaccination, clinical characteristics, and serology
Jackson Bibliography of Romantic Poetry
The purpose of this collection is to extend our knowledge and understanding both of English poetry published during the critical time period 1770-1835 and of the lives of men and women authors—many of whom are otherwise now unknown to literary history. The collection comprises two linked sets of data. The core is a bibliography of all poetry first published in English from 1770 to 1835, including verse translations from other languages. The bibliography is unique in its scope: it includes books published anywhere in the world and the only restriction is that the verse must equal at least ten pages of the recorded books. Full bibliographical descriptions of the nearly 23000 books are based on a known copy and the holding library or online resource is identified. Where a book is known only from contemporary reviews, these are identified. The bibliography is linked to a second data set of biographical notices for each of the over 5000 named poets. The biographical data was developed from resources including national biographies (Dictionary of Canadian Biography, ODNB, and others), contemporary memoirs and biographies, newspaper records, and genealogical sites
