PREDIKSI TINGGI GELOMBANG LAUT LEPAS DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN DATA ANGIN RATA-RATA (2003 – 2012) DI PANTAI KUTAI TIMUR
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tinggi gelombang di laut lepas yang dibangkitkan oleh angin yang berhembus menuju pantai Kutai Timur (Kutim), dengan menggunakan data angin sejak tahun 2003 – 2012. Tinggi gelombang di Kutim dibangkitkan pada saat angin dari arah timur, tenggara, selatan dan barat daya. Hasil perhitungan diperoleh bahwa tinggi gelombang yang terjadi selama tahun 2003 - 2012 berkisar antara 0.47 - 1.42 m pada saat angin rata-rata, dengan periode gelombang berkisar antara 3.06 - 5.17 detik. Tinggi gelombang dominan berada pada kisaran 0.36 - 0.56 m (62.69%) dan kemudian pada kisaran lebih besar dari 0.56 m (20.90%), sedangkan arah gelombang dominan dari arah selatan (73.13%), dan barat daya (22.39%)

The research is concerned with the applicaton of supervision by school superintendents to teachers MTsN Banjar Regency. The instruments used to collect data was a questionnaire, which was distributed to teachers through their respective school heads. The result of data analysis indicate that: (a) a widely used approach to supervision supervisor is non-directive approach, (b) the maturity of the work teachers in general are very mature, but there is also a small part that was a bit overcooked and not even or immature (c) Part the teacher supervised by school supervisors with the right approach, the approach to supervision that are tailored to the maturity level of the work of teachers. Nevertheless, ther are still schools that are not appropriate supervisor in supervision approach do not pay attention to the level of maturity of the work of teachars who supervised (d) the success of teachers in implementing the teaching learning process is fair (e) the relationship between the accuracy of the approach used supervisory aversight and success teachers to implement the learning process
