    PERGURUAN TINGGI TEKNIK KUNCI MENGATASI KEKURANGAN INSINYUR MENGHADAPI MEA 2015

    MEA akan berlaku mulai akhir Desember 2015 namun Indonesia masih kekurangan 800.000 insinyur. Keprihatinan yang sebenarnya tidak perlu terjadi bila para pengelola PTT sejak dini tanggap dan tidak mengabaikan tugas serta tanggungjawabnya sesuai amanat konstitusi yang termaktub dalam UU No. 20/2003 tentang Sisdiknas. Tulisan ini dimaksudkan memberi pemicu kepada PTT untuk bersinerji dan bermitra dengan asosiasi profesi serta masyarakat industri, agar layak dan pantas menyelenggarakan Program Profesi Keinsinyuran. Tahun 2000 ide dan kursila Program Profesi Keinsinyuran dirancang berdasarkan hasil Studi Mutu dan Relevansi ST/SP terhadap Kebutuhan Industri dengan benchmark 11 Profil Mutu ABET. Dilakukan oleh PII untuk maksud mengatasi kesenjangan mutu sekaligus meningkatkan daya-saing ST (outcomes) dengan standar kualifikasi mampu-kerja sebagai praktisi konsultan, kontraktor maupun pabrikator. Dengan terbitnya UU No. 11 Tahun 2014 tentang Keinsinyuran, mempertegas tugas dan tanggungjawab PTT, khususnya untuk mengatasi kekurangan insinyur. Maklum bila tidak maka enjiner luar negeri akan tidak terbendung masuk ke pasar kerja Indonesia. Ke depan ST akan menghadap persaingan ketat walau untuk menjadi buruh dan “indekost“ di negara sendiri. Sebagai upaya sinerji mengemban amanat konstitusi dan sekaligus untuk menyikapi tatangan pasar global, Dikti-PII telah menyiapkan kurikulum Program Profesi Keinsinyuran dengan bobot 18-20 sks, yang pelaksanaannya bertumpu pada upaya sinerji jalinan jejaring industrial berupa kemitraan mutual antara PTT dengan asosiasi profesi & industri disekitarnya.     Correlation Between Perception of Smoke Dangers Message with Adolescent Smoking Behavior in Banjarbaru

    ABSTRACT Government issued regulation No. 28 Year 2013 about Imprinting and Health Information Health Warnings on Tobacco Product Packaging control efforts for the health effects of cigarette consumption in Indonesia. The effort is greatly influenced by the perception of the dangers of smoking for messaging users. This study aimed to analyze correlation between perceptions of dangers of smoking message by Minister Regulation No. 28 of 2013 which is a picture “Merokok Membunuhmu” with adolescent smoking behavior of SMA / SMK private Banjarbaru. The study uses a quantitative method with observational analytic design with cross-sectional approach. The study population 3002 people. Calculation of the sample using hypothesis testing two proportions totaling 82 samples. The sampling technique using cluster sampling. The result showed the respondents have a positive perception many as 73 people (89%) and who behave smoke as many as 34 people (41.5%). Chi-square test showed that there is a relationship between perceptions message dangers of smoking and smoking behavior (p=0.03). Message dangers of smoking on cigarette packs may be used as an alternative medium of health promotion and health worker input in reducing the number of smokers in the target school teenagers. Other researchers can carry out research on the perception of dangers of smoking messages on other media such as audio-visual media. Keywords: Perception, behavior, messages dangers of smokin

    Green Suplay Chain Management (GSCM)consists of green design, green manufacture, reverse logistic and waste management. Green design emphasizes much on environmental-risk management. The 3R Program (reduce, recycle and reuse) is under the scope of green manufacture and reverse logistic. How to keep sustainability resources, to avoid pollution practice,as well as the appropriate technique of final disposal are emphasized on the scope of waste management. This research was done in partnership industry, aimed to determine the role of GSCM implementation to minimize wasteand to determine which factor among its five implemented factors givingthe highest correlation in waste prevention in industry. The observed factors covered internal enviromental management (IEM), green purchasing (GP), co-operation with customers including environmental requirements (CC), eco-design (ECO) and investment recovery (IR). Each itemwas measured with a scale ranged from 1-5 (not considering it- implementing successfully).The next step was to determine mean, deviation standard (S.D), alpha value, and range of item to total correlations. Among the total 21 items taken from those five factors mentioned, there were 7 items for IEM factors, 5 items for GP factorswhile 3 items each for CC, ECO and IR factors.The analysis result indicated that the industry in which this study done had implemented 66.48% GSCM, in which the best implementing factor to minimize waste in their industrywas internal environmental management factor.
