    SME sector is a sector that has tremendous potential to stimulate economic growth in Indonesia, it is supported by the dominance of the number of business units that reached 99.90% or 42,300,000 units of whole business units in Indonesia, if it has a 99.90% good production capacity will be increasingly easier economic to grow. Indonesia is a country with the third largest population in the world, leh therefore required a higher growth compared to population growth. If only rely on big business sector alone amounted to only 0.1% of the total number of business units in Indonesia will be fragile economic growth. SME sector in developing its business has a variety of obstacles and that the main obstacle is the capital factor, since SMEs often use funding from the Bank, or even hit hard because of credit lending requirements that must be met. This is implemented by the bank due to bad credit prevent. Therefore, the policy solution would be better done with the restructuring of problem loans from SMEs. This policy is very appropriate because it is done with the process of mediation and negotiation

    INFLUENCE OF DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT IN LQ45 COMPANYTOWARD SHARES RETURN BEFORE AND AFTER EX-DATEDEVIDEND IN INDONESIA STOCK EXCHANGE (IDX)

    The research’s aim is to analyze whether announcement of dividend increase and decrease will be positively influence to the shares return before and after ex-dividend date in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). In this research, the samples used consist of 24 companies which incorporated in LQ45 group for the period of August 2008 until January 2009 in IDX. Testing the influence of dividend announcement have done by observing the abnormal return during the period 11 days, which are 5 days before the dividend announcement and 5 days after the dividend announcement. The research results show that on the significance level 5% exist the weekdays which produce significance abnormal return. The company which announce the increase of dividend having significance abnormal return, it can be found on (t+3) days after the announcement. The company which announce the dividend decrease, the significance abnormal return existed at the (t+1) day after the announcement

    An alternative investment allocation of funds made today in the hope of a profit in the future. Investment can be done in various sector. Can be either private companies or public companies, banks and financial institutions, and so on. Any investment that we do have to maintain an investment climate that is happening in our country will appoint a place of our allocation. A good investment climate is to provide opportunities and incentives to businesses to make productive investments, create jobs and expand business activities. In order for the investment climate in a country can be efficient, it would require support from the government. Support may be the deregulation measures that aim to create a climate more conducive that in an effort to attract more investors in our country. A stable political climate is necessary in order to create legal certain implementation and business security in Indonesia (up to the outside world now is still not safe to assume in Indonesia (high risk country). Indonesia until now faced with severe challenges, both from domestic sources and from abroad as well, so from that Indonesia should be able to create a stable political climate

    Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) is one of considered economic sectors in Indonesia because of its contribution to Indonesian economics. This research is aimed to present the differences of perceptions and group attitudes of the SMEs owners who participated in the training of internet utilization before and after the training which was held in University of Gunadarma in Depok and Bekasi. The method of research uses a self-reported level of adoption measurement. This research also uses a model of adoption measurement and the intensity of actual internet utilization which is measured based on the internet utilization activities. Based on the result of observation, it can be concluded that there is a level of internet adoption : adopter, potential adopter, and non adopter before and after the SMEs training in Depok and Bekasi and it can be concluded that internet adoption can give positive effect to the Owners of SMEs.     A COMPARISON OF COSTUMERS BEHAVIOR BEFORE AND AFTER INTEREST RATES DEPRECIATION

    The purpose of this study is to identify factors that influence the behavior of customers in bank saving activity before and after interest rate depreciation. Data were collected using questionnaire. The questionnaire was designed in closed form and distributed to customers with convenience sampling method. The data collected then analyzed using a multi-level structural equation models. The results showed that there’s difference in customer perception towards bank saving account as an investment mode before and after bank regulation. As well it is also found that there’s difference in customer perception towards bank interest rate before and after bank regulation. It is also found the different between before and after bank regulation on customer trust toward bank saving account

Discriminant analysis results showed that 4 variables can be used as predictors of personal computer adoption rate among the students, but the highest differentiation factor is significant only for the variable usability
