    Sistem Informasi Geografis Sekolah di DKl Jakarta ini bertujuan memberikan informasi kepada pengguna mengenai titik-titik lokasi bangunan Sekolah yang ada di DKl Jakarta serta informasi-informasi yang terkait didalamnya seperti kantor pos, museum, GOR dan rumah sakit sehingga diharapkan dapat di akses kapanpun dan dimana pun. Hal ini dimaksudkan agar masyarakat yang ingin memanfaatkannya dapat dengan mudah untuk pengaksesannya. Pembuatan S1G berbasis web ini dibuat menggunakan Mapserver, Quantum GIS, PostgreSql sebagai data basenya dan Chameleon sebagai frameworknya. Sedangkan bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah HTML, PHP dan CSs. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat dipergunakan untuk mendapatkan informasi Sekolah di DKl Jakarta yang disajikan dalam bentuk pet

    Abstrak Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, Perkembangan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) sangat pesat dan memberikan banyak kemudahan pada berbagai aspek kehidupan, baik itu di bidang bisnis maupun pendidikan, termasuk dalam penyelenggaraan manasik haji yang biasa diselenggarakan oleh biro-biro perjalanan haji. Penelitian ini menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) sebagai kerangka teoritis untuk menganalisis perilaku pengguna dalam penerimaan teknologi informasi (Acceptance) dalam manasik haji dengan didasarkan pada dua keyakinan yaitu persepsi manfaat dan persepsi kemudahan penggunaan. Populasi penelitian adalah jamaah pada kelompok bimbingan haji depok. Subyek penelitian adalah jamaah yang telah menggunakan teknologi informasi. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling dengan teknik analisis SEM. Hasilnya,1) persepsi kemudahan penggunaan berpengaruh positip terhadap penerimaan teknologi informasi, 2) persepsi kemudahan penggunaan berpengaruh secara positif terhadap persepsi manfaat , 3) persepsi manfaat berpengaruh secara positif terhadap penerimaan ditolak dan 4) persepsi kemudahan penggunaan berpengaruh secara positif terhadap penerimaan dengan dimediasi oleh persepsi manfaa

    ADAPTABLE FINGERPRINT MINUTIAE EXTRACTION ALGORITHM BASED-ON CROSSING NUMBER METHOD FOR HARDWARE IMPLEMENTATION USING FPGA DEVICE

    In this article. a main perspective of developing and implementing fingerprint extraction and matching algorithms as a pari of fingerprint recognition system is focused. First, developing a simple algorithm to extract fingerprint features and test this algorithm on Pc. The second thing is implementing this algorithm into FPGA devices. The major research topics on which the proposed approach is developing and modifying fingerprint extraction feature algorithm. This development and modification are using crossing number method on pixel representation value '0'. In this new proposed algorithm, it is no need a process concerning ROI segmentation and no trigonometry calculation. And specially in obtaining their parameters using Angle Calculation Block avoiding floating points calculation. As this method is local feature that usually involve with 60-100 minutiae points, makes the template is small in size. Providing FAR. FRR and EER, performs the performance evaluation of proposed algorithm. The result is an adaptable fingerprint minutiae extraction algorithm into hardware implementation with 14.05 % of EEl?, better than reference algorithm, which is 20.39 % . The computational time is 18 seconds less than a similar method, which takes 60-90 seconds just for pre-processing step. The first step of algorithm implementation in hardware environment (embedded) using FPGA Device by developing IP Core without using any soft processor is presented

    evelopment of mobile devices in Indonesia is growing very rapidly. This rapid development is encouraged by affordable price of mobile devices and increasing number of mobile device users triggered by the presence of new technology offered by various vendors. One of new technologies offered by vendors is NFC technology. Nowadays NFC technology can be found on smartphone which is one of leading vendors in Indonesia. On the other hand, mobile payment development in Indonesia has not grown significantly. The presence of NFC technology can be a stepping stone of mobile payment in the world. It is expected in the future that one mobile device will suffice to perform payment transactions. Payment will not only be possible in one place such as supermarket, but also can be used for payment of train tickets, bus, gas stations and many other places. Thus, the use of NFC technology on mobile devices can unify the various payment systems
